When I brought them in to get them fixed I made the mistake of not agreeing on the price first and was overcharged nearly 100$ just to get the lettering replaced on the 5 worst ones . She probably replaced the letters on just 2 of those jerseys ; the other ones she obviously cut corners by "heat-pressing". This is a cheap way for her to cut corners which only keeps the letters on for about one wash. They are ALREADY starting to peel off! When I asked her politely about why the price was so high on obviously poor quality work Kristi Brownfield the owner was totally unsympathetic and borderline rude; making it seem as though I was an idiot that didn't know what I was talking about. Lesson learned. I will never go back to Brownfield Sports again and I recommend to anyone that doesn't want the hassle of overpaying for shoddy work to steer clear .

But then over a month later I still didn't have my order. When I inquired about it, I was told he was working his other job and hadn't gotten to it yet. I have interacted with them in only a few circumstances but one instance I needed a lot of repeated assistance while researching a wide range of printing options. Every interaction I was treated with friendly, helpful, and very timely communication. While I was researching Martin Graphics I reached out to other customers and every one I have spoken with about Martin Graphic's service has only had glowing things to report. I suppose my print requests aren't that fancy- so as long as you make it look pretty, deliver on time and don't charge me up the wazoo- I'm a happy camper. My expectations are average- my end product surpasses that and my job gets done per the deadline. Win for all.
