Steeple's Office Store at Prospect Avenue in Champaign, Illinois, is one of the worst business…read morecenters I've ever experienced. Their printing service is completely broken. You cannot print from your own device and are forced to use their single computer, which creates long lines. I paid six dollars and forty-two cents but was unable to print my document. If you try to send your document through their email system, you're often told you must return the next day to pick it up. It feels like they intentionally removed the photocopying machine just to force customers to spend more time and money on their computer. Many people, especially older customers, cannot remember their email passwords because they're saved on their phones or home computers. This setup makes the whole process unnecessarily difficult. The customer service was also very poor. One staff member stared me down and made me feel unwelcome the moment I walked in. This experience was frustrating, inefficient, and disrespectful. I came from Los Angeles and was truly shocked by the level of service at this location. I apologize for that! Let's focus solely on your positive library experience. Here's a direct take: I went to the library in Champaign to print documents, and I was blown away by the kindness of the staff. They helped me connect everything, and I ended up printing 5 pages for only 6 cents! It was affordable, easy, and a genuinely pleasant experience. Highly recommend the library for your printing needs

Distribution Center in Champaign IL. The semi's driving on…read morethe highways around Champaign, IL will not slow down. Even through the construction Zones. I have complained to FedEx customer service and the IL State Police Zone command. I was informed by customer service no one from FedEx distribution center can call me about my complaints, I find that hard to believe. I've been pushed off the road, the semi's weave in and out of traffic always speeding without signals. I hope gps speed tracking devices are installed. The semi's also will ride rt behind you as close as possible. I'm waiting on a call from IL State Police to inform them exactly where they can get the semi's in a construction zone speeding and driving erratically and what time to do it. I have noticed this for over a year and it needs to stop.

I've been here a few times over the past couple of months…read more I haven't utilized any services other than shipping and don't really have any complaints, other than the fact that the lines are 3-4 customers deep when I stop in (late afternoon). Typically two employees are working at the front counter, but because of all the questions they have to ask you (even more now that the mail bomb incidents have happened) dropping off is not a quick process. Have your ID ready. Employees have always been very friendly and knowledgeable. 5/5 stars for them having packaging tape on hand in case you need to close a box. USPS makes you buy a roll. Lots of office products in stock, too. Good assortment of calendars, planners, holiday stationery and more.
