I called on Thursday morning and spoke with Paul about getting some return address labels as another company was unable to make what I needed. He asked if Monday was soon enough and I asked if there would be any way to get them sooner. He said "I'll see what I can do." All I can say is that Paul and his team were so helpful! I was in a time crunch before my research conference and needed my poster printed by Thursday night. I called to submit my poster and they were swamped until I came in at 5pm. Paul and his associate stayed after 6 to print it for me and make sure that it was aligned correctly. I used Minuteman Press for both my wedding save the dates and invites. They do amazing work. I submitted the pictures via their online process but then had to call them since we had a very unique situation and wanted to make sure it was correct. Once I was on the phone with them they were able to process the order. I did not live in the area but used them since my family recommended them and our reception was in Champaign. They were wonderful to work with even over the phone. They were able to ship to NC super quick. We had one instance where we didn't have enough envelopes by accident and they were able to print more and ship them to me free of charge and fast - I had the new envelopes delivered to NC within two days from calling them. They are super friendly and professional and provide an amazing products. They take pride in what they do. This Press was a nightmare to work with. I was getting ready for an interview and was depending on them to come through for me. Unfortunately, I showed up to find out that they didn't have my work ready and not only did they keep me waiting close to 5+ hours past the scheduled pick up time, but they also didn't finish my job, and laughed in my face when I asked for a discount for shoddy service. In the end I walked away empty handed to an interview, and was told that since I was a smaller project "I wasn't an important customer" compared to other clients. If you value your work and want a reliable printer never use this printer. Instead I would recommend Dean's Graphics. read more
