Distribution Center in Champaign IL. The semi's driving on…read morethe highways around Champaign, IL will not slow down. Even through the construction Zones. I have complained to FedEx customer service and the IL State Police Zone command. I was informed by customer service no one from FedEx distribution center can call me about my complaints, I find that hard to believe. I've been pushed off the road, the semi's weave in and out of traffic always speeding without signals. I hope gps speed tracking devices are installed. The semi's also will ride rt behind you as close as possible. I'm waiting on a call from IL State Police to inform them exactly where they can get the semi's in a construction zone speeding and driving erratically and what time to do it. I have noticed this for over a year and it needs to stop.

You cannot print from your own device and are forced to use their single computer, which creates long lines. I paid six dollars and forty-two cents but was unable to print my document. If you try to send your document through their email system, you're often told you must return the next day to pick it up. It feels like they intentionally removed the photocopying machine just to force customers to spend more time and money on their computer. Many people, especially older customers, cannot remember their email passwords because they're saved on their phones or home computers. This setup makes the whole process unnecessarily difficult. The customer service was also very poor. One staff member stared me down and made me feel unwelcome the moment I walked in. This experience was frustrating, inefficient, and disrespectful. I came from Los Angeles and was truly shocked by the level of service at this location. I apologize for that! Let's focus solely on your positive library experience. Here's a direct take: I went to the library in Champaign to print documents, and I was blown away by the kindness of the staff. They helped me connect everything, and I ended up printing 5 pages for only 6 cents! It was affordable, easy, and a genuinely pleasant experience. (extra creepy on my part, I actually drove past you on Tuesday night after work; I waved, but you didn't see me). I saw you left the Fedex facility here on Wednesday, I had hoped you were going to visit me at the house and be mine forever. I was working from home that day and watching for you to show up all day. Then, in the afternoon, I get a note saying you went to Indianapolis. Apparently you don't have the same feelings for me as I do for you. It now says that you are being shipped from Indianapolis via the U.S. Postal Service. I'm starting to believe that you don't want to be with me. I have interacted with them in only a few circumstances but one instance I needed a lot of repeated assistance while researching a wide range of printing options. Every interaction I was treated with friendly, helpful, and very timely communication. While I was researching Martin Graphics I reached out to other customers and every one I have spoken with about Martin Graphic's service has only had glowing things to report. In addition to their great customer service, the way they price and manage their services also makes me feel really valued as a customer and I am excited to work more regularly with Martin Graphics in the future.

The guy I work with now doesn't charge me extra for rush work, make excuses about how busy they are or try to brain wash me into "buying in" to the fact they have superior machines that use no trees- don't harm the ozone blah blah blah. I know they do recycling/ safe inks etc- but when the boss has my ass on the line, I'm not concerned about a Kum-by-ah sesh with Mother Earth. I suppose my print requests aren't that fancy- so as long as you make it look pretty, deliver on time and don't charge me up the wazoo- I'm a happy camper. My expectations are average- my end product surpasses that and my job gets done per the deadline. Win for all.
