Missed Connection; man seeking Chicago Blackhawks Prospect Messenger Bag
I saw you online before, and thought you looked great. Then, I saw you again on Saturday, March 6, and thought "you will be mine". So I swiped right.
It said you were available, and could be mine soon. I thought GREAT!
I hate to sound creepy, but I started tracking your movements. It seemed like you wanted to be mine as well.
You originated in Morton, Illinois which is 80 miles away. That's not really a long distance relationship, I think we could make this work. I used to live in Danvers, and have a friend who lives in Morton, so we'd have things to talk about, probably be able to share some common stories "did you ever go to Stage 2 in Peoria?" Then we'd laugh and reminisce.
Well, you left Morton and headed to Chicago. It's ok, I've got friends up there. I sometimes like to go to Chicago too, I'm going up to the Chicago Open Air Festival this summer, I was hoping to take you with me. :(
Then, you came to Champaign. I was sure you were the one for me. You got here on Tuesday. Well, I was working on Tuesday night, (and what a story I've got to share with you about that), and you were here, at the FedEx Ship Center. I've got a bunch of friends who work there. I thought, maybe you'd come to see me on Wednesday. (extra creepy on my part, I actually drove past you on Tuesday night after work; I waved, but you didn't see me).
I saw you left the Fedex facility here on Wednesday, I had hoped you were going to visit me at the house and be mine forever. I was working from home that day and watching for you to show up all day. Then, in the afternoon, I get a note saying you went to Indianapolis. Apparently you don't have the same feelings for me as I do for you.
It now says that you are being shipped from Indianapolis via the U.S. Postal Service. I'm starting to believe that you don't want to be with me.
I realize that you have an expected delivery date of Monday, March 14, but, you could have been with me on Wednesday.
I guess you just don't have the same feelings that I do. I hope that you change your mind and we can be together.
With Love
