If I am hiring someone to clean my home, I expect it to be CLEAN. I swiffer/mop, vacuum, windex and clean countertops daily.That's not what I hire someone to do. I hired someone to CLEAN the things I don't have the time for like showers, floors, etc. This company "cleaned" my house but didn't actually clean at all. They opened all of my blinds and maybe vacuumed parts of the floor to make it look clean. They DID NOT actually clean. They moved all my stuff around and I had to search for things that were misplaced. I wish I still had the photos from the last time they "cleaned" my house but I am sharing what I do have. I'm sure these employees have the best intentions but I rate their cleaning abilities a 0 out of 10. I can push dirt around for free.

OK, here are some details about our experience: we made an appointment at 10am to move to our new apartment, but they did not show up even at 10:30am. We called the workers, and they said they could not make it in the morning, what the hell??! Alright, we had no choice at that time and agreed to have them come to move at 1:00pm. Then guess what.... they kept delaying from 1pm to 1:30pm, and then 1:30pm to 2pm, and finally arrived at our apartment at 2:40pm! They arrived ~5 hours late, but even more disgusting things were gonna happening: they arrogantly said it is our mis-communication that caused the issue. Then arrogantly, they refused to move because we do not have a truck---but they NEVER informed us beforehand (we called them so many times but they never mentioned that) and we have three available vehicles for them to use! They reluctantly went upstairs to see our stuff, and immediately turned around after seeing our boxes and complained there are too many, leaving words saying "good luck with finding someone else".... WTF! We finally ended up with asking for help from three friends and finished moving all the boxes within one hour. The experience with them really sucks! Waited ~5 hours but they did nothing! Choose another company for your moving!

If I couldn't afford it, I would have seen if maybe every other week would work, etc. Instead, I just got shamed and dropped with about 5 minutes notice prior to a visit. For this reason, I would not recommend Vivi to disabled people or those who are worried about a cleaner judging them. She will judge you, and might fire you for not being clean enough.
