People of color beware, confederate flags are being sold here. Spoke with Habitat Corp and filed a formal report. The store manager Angela Flair called me back, she advised me that she took down the item, however she became offended and angry when I gave her my personal experienc. She said "I was attacking her" when i was only describing my personal experiences at this store and laughed at me when i told her i would file an additional report. I immediately filed another report with Habitat Corp and waiting follow up. FOLLOW UP, Spoke with executive manager Melissa McDaniel, she apologized for the treatment we received and for the behavior of the store manager. She advised me that our experience does not represent the views of Habitat Restore and assured me that she will speak with Angela and that this will not happen again.

First the right side recliner stopped working properly. We called, they came and ordered new parts. 2 weeks later the wrong part arrived, then after another 2 weeks the right part came and they fixed it. Then things went down hill a couple days after that when the left side recliner started experiencing the same problems. Once again they came and this time they said it was our fault and refused to cover repairs. Despite it being the exact same issue that was previously covered by their in house warranty. Also... the usb charger completely fell apart, we were politely told that was also not their problem. Frankly cheap quality sold expensive, and not backed up by them. Needless to say we will not be returning customers. At the very most, don't shop here for the nice stuff.

I bought two pieces of Ashley funiture from them, spending around $1000. The furniture came with a guarantee on parts and workmanship. My husband contacted them more than three weeks ago because his recliner mechanism broke, and as of today, they have not sent anyone out to fix it. He is really going to enjoy sitting in a lopsided chair all weekend; forget about enjoying the races or any other television programs he wanted to enjoy. Working people beware, you may have furniture breakdowns and they won't stand by their guarantee.
