I wasn't going to write this at first because the employees we dealt with were awesome and they did…read moredo a pretty good job of clearing and cleaning our stuff after a fire. However, we also decided to use ServPro for the remodel and have had nothing but regrets. They used the cheapest materials and subcontractors they could get away with. The work they, and they're subcontractors, did continues to disappoint us and deteriorate. It's been less than a year and everyday we find some other shortcut they took or shotty workmanship and that's just what we can see... In short, what should've been a great experience has just been really disappointing.
