I told him that I was interested in getting an estimate on just taking it down for safety's sake and one for rebuilding it to be functional. A whole month later after numerous phone calls and voicemails I can't get him to respond, so it seems as though he never had any intention of doing the job even though he said he would get me estimates. I wouldn't care if he just told me he wasn't interested in the job, but to just ignore all attempts of contact is a bad way to run a business.
