To my surprise, I received a call the same day to schedule the installation for the very next day, March 15th. Incredible speed! I'm extremely satisfied with my experience. The service was excellent, and the installation, handled by technician Tyrone, was flawless. I truly appreciate the efficiency, professionalism, and, of course, the great deal. Thank you, Pavlov Media!

They were hired to upgrade our wifi and tore out a working system, and replaced it with crap. I get weak, broken signal in my room, and have pleaded with them for months to fix it. Nothing but push back and redundant questions, all designed to punch holes in my legitimate complaint. Today, the finally sent a guy to look things over. He was prepared to do nothing. He stayed on the phone with someone several states away, who was coaching him on waving me off. They had NO INTENTION of fixing this. My lease just renewed, so I'm boned for another year of this. I asked if he'd ever seen their Yelp reviews and his answer was, " I can't control what other people do" If you are starting school in Denton Texas, and plan on renting, ASK WHO THE SERVICE PROVIDER IS. If it's named after the guy who tortured dogs, RUN. Oe more thing. While on the phone with tech support, an "engineer" suggested my phone was the problem, and asked if I could update the phone's operating system, WHILE I WAS TALKING ON THAT SAME PHONE! I wish I could give zero stars to Comcast. We opened a new business, and they came to install or…read moreservice. We have two TVs, Internet and A phone line. When the installer came, he accidentally made several holes in the wall, and he also dented other places in the wall. This wall is a shared common wall, to other businesses. And the wall had just been dry walled and freshly painted. The guy assured us that someone would come and fix all of the damage, and make repairs, and repaint. It has been three months, and nothing. I have called multiple times to Comcast. I sit on the phone on hold, I explain the whole story to someone, they transfer me to someone else, I explain the whole story again, they transfer me to somebody else, I explain the whole story again, and then was suddenly disconnected, after being on the phone for 20 minutes. And nobody calls me back. Two of the other phone calls to Comcast, I have been told that a supervisor would call me back to help us out with the situation. And help us get a credit towards our bill for the damage and the inconvenience. That has never happened, and while I have waited for someone to come do repairs, they just keep sending bills. I received a letter this last week, from a credit agency, that Comcast has turned us in to , because our bill is late. I can't stand Comcast!!!!

We had unhappily been Comcast customers for a few months. I recently accepted a job offer out of state (where there are better options for Internet/cable service (Brighthouse holla)), so my husband and I decided to close out our Comcast account. We read online that trying to cancel service over the phone is a total nightmare. The best approach is to visit a local Customer Service Center in person with all equipment in hand and state that you want to close the account. Familiar with Comcast's reputation, we gathered up our things, drove to the center, and prepared for the worst. We went on a Wednesday afternoon around 1:15PM. Surprisingly there was no line at all. The woman working at the counter called us up right away. We handed over the equipment and made our request. She said sure, no problem. After three minutes or so, she printed out a receipt for us. She explained for some reason the account had been locked and she couldn't close the account outright. To trick the system, she first removed all of our services then was able to close the account. We were all set. That was it, no hassling us into staying or offers of discounts. The process was quick and painless.

I recently called them for help. The agent to whom I was connected possessed an accent that I would have found challenging to understand but that issue was exacerbated by the background noise. Apparently all the agents are sitting together in a group so there were numerous people talking all at once so it was difficult to discern one voice from another. Instead, it was a cacophony of voices. I ended up hanging up. Their Chat Box was no better. Whatever I wrote, the response was the same. One directive was to sign in. Well, the problem I was reporting was that I was unable to sign in. Comcast is a prime example of "laughing all the way to the bank."
