Instead of waiting around for 4 hours for them to come and install everything, only to have them not show up, they gave me an hour time frame and actually arrived when they were supposed to! Whatever gets "fixed" never seems to stay fixed. Most recently, I had five separate serious outage periods within about a month, including multiple multi-day outages. Support was incompetent, inconsistent, and they hallucinate! They would say the connection was fine when it clearly didn't exist. I eventually had to pay for a separate 5G backup internet service just to have something reliable. Avoid Volo if you have literally any other option.

I have called multiple times to Comcast. I sit on the phone on hold, I explain the whole story to someone, they transfer me to someone else, I explain the whole story again, they transfer me to somebody else, I explain the whole story again, and then was suddenly disconnected, after being on the phone for 20 minutes. And nobody calls me back. Two of the other phone calls to Comcast, I have been told that a supervisor would call me back to help us out with the situation. And help us get a credit towards our bill for the damage and the inconvenience. That has never happened, and while I have waited for someone to come do repairs, they just keep sending bills. I received a letter this last week, from a credit agency, that Comcast has turned us in to , because our bill is late. I can't stand Comcast!!!!

The staff and owner are knowledgeable and passionate about what they sell. I spent over an hour discussing the advantages of similarly priced big screen Sony, LG and Samsung OLED models before choosing an LG. Jason, their installer knows TVs inside and out and is a perfectionist when it comes to installations. He actually used a carpenter's level to insure my TV was perfectly angled and positioned. He performed all of the basic set up and then some. Tell him your viewing preferences and he adjusts the set to those before he departs. I requested that my new LG G5 be set for accurate streaming and cinema and he obliged. It felt good doing business with a civilized locally owned store. (Incidentally, I paid the full retail sale price.)

The service rep, Sarah, activated and set up the phone as part of the process. I have had such terrible experiences with multiple other carriers that I was thrilled that the rep at this store actually helped me out without trying to scam me. If we ever decide to switch carriers, we will definitely look at Verizon first.
