Went to Best Buy Geek Squad, even tho they didn't have the disc required they were still able to remove the password thru terminal. Total repair time: less than 30 min. Avoid the Illini Union Tech Zone they are disrespectful to users who they don't think are naïve and can be taken for a ride. Go to Best Buy they are MUCH more friendlier and respectful.
