When we placed our order we asked for extra cilantro and received no cilantro at all. Once the runner delivered our food no one came over to ask how everything had turned out, if we needed anything else etc. The lack of communication, lack of attention to detail and quite frankly complete lack of personality turned a pleasant afternoon meal into a disappointment.
