We had: a delicious, sweet red wine; apps-Papa Relleña, Causa de Pollo, Anticucho, Leche de Tigre, entree- Lomo Saltado, dessert- Torta Manjar Blanco and coffee. Everything was sooo tasty and wow, the presentation of the food had me saying, "oooh" and "ahhh" every time the server brought something to the table. The Causo de Pollo was probably the most beautifully presented dish...for a moment, I thought someone mixed up our app order with dessert, but actually, no, apparently, their chef is an artist in that kitchen!! The Leche de Tigre was another eye-catching dish- huge serving and stacked up high on the platter & the ceviche was perfectly cooked, seasoned and crisp. Every dish and sauce was an experience all its own and so yummy. If someone had tried to tell me before today that I'd enjoy beef heart, I'd think they were nuts, but the Anticucho was so good!! Add the smallest drop of the hot sauce (ask for it specifically) to change and amplify the flavor into something even more interesting. If you have never tried blood sausage before, Brazza offers an exceptionally palatable way to try it through the homogenous filling, rich spices, and minimal tangy flavor. If you already enjoy blood sausage (I grew up eating boudin), then you should try what I consider the smoothest and most complexly flavored version I've ever eaten. The food isn't that good to have to keep going through the challenge of being seated every time we make a reservation for a group. They're really pricey, too. So, certainly not worth this chronic headache. There are PLENTY of other places in the Town Center or in Herndon/Reston in general where you can get a tasty meal, not drop a day's pay, and have your entire party served well together. My only issues were with the fried rice that came as a side with the lomo saltado (rice was uncooked/not fully cooked) and the spicy chicken teriyaki was flavored well, but was cold. Service was efficient and prices were reasonable for the portions you receive. I will return, but will skip the rice and chicken teriyaki sides.

I want to start this review by saying that this place wouldn't stay open until this day without their employees, I have been here a few times and it's always the same story, the food is ok, but it seems to be over price, their waiters are always very friendly but the owner is unprofessional and very rude. Believe me that if I could have found another Bolivian restaurant that would sell frozen Salteñas sooner I would have taken my business somewhere else a long time ago, luckily I found another place that I can get my frozen salteñas from (luzmary in falls church) and for my Bolivian food I rather drive the extra miles to go to el Pike restaurant in Arlington or to lusmilas cuisine just so I can get a better customer service and less over priced food Definitely I would not go back to Betty's grill... read more

I ordered picante de pollo OMG the chicken was cold and dry by inside , onother time when I was there again picante de pollo they gave me the whole back of the chicken which we supposed to trash. Then at launch time, Majadito the egg was half way cooked and the yuca was totally cold it seems this people served food from previous day or something I do not recommended this restaurant. read more

This seemed odd as that's a key part of the dish and not that hard to make. We still ordered it and found it tasty back home. Not sure if it was because it sat in our fridge until later, but the wontons were soggy and not crispy at all. But the taste was there and surprised us how good it was despite pairing it with white rice. Overall the vibe was enjoyable with the server being very attentive and nice with us - she brought our food quickly and constantly greeted us with a smile. Will definitely be coming back!

An additional service charge was added to the bill... when the restaurant was empty. No one barely checked on us and our table of people wasn't even big?? No explanation of the charge and expected tip of top of that ...

I ordered the lomo saltado (Beef with rice and fries) because I wanted to match it against others within the area. The meat was VERY delicious and well seasoned...but was slightly overcooked. It was more on the chewy side and was difficult to cut with a knife. My colleague had a chicken dish and he stated that it was a little on the salty side but was still tasty. So at least the flavor is there so this place definitely has potential! As for the service, our waitress was very polite and she was attentive when we needed anything. The only bad thing was that we had to wait 40min for our food and there were others that were able to order and leave when getting take out. I won't blame any specific person, but if you're the only table waiting for their food while others are able to eat... But overall a decent spot to try! I just hope the wait times could be lowered.
