Haven't been to a Noodles and Company in ages (literally, it has to be at least a decade). I saw…read morethey had Steak Stroganoff on their menu, and being a Beef Stroganoff fan, I wanted to give it a try. It was very good. I would definitely order it again. But....it was cold. And here's why. Hubby ordered the Chicken Parmesan, and apparently it has to go into the oven to bake which takes longer. So they brought my dish out first, and then his five minutes later. Needless to say, his was hot, and since I waited for him, mine was not. I will never understand why restaurants think it's ok to serve food at different times. People go out to eat TOGETHER, not one at a time. Eating before everyone has their food is not an option. It's rude. By the way, hubby really enjoyed his dish too. Pop machine wasn't calibrated correctly. There was virtually no syrup in the Diet Coke. It was like drinking club soda. Employees were very nice. They tried to find a solution to the food coming out separately by offering to put a lid on mine until hubby's was ready, and took the time to explain what the problem was. Two separate people checked in on us, one of whom appeared to be the manager/owner. Restaurant was very clean, and while it was freezing outside, the restaurant was nice and warm inside. I do recommend Noodles, but next time, we will do a to go order so we can enjoy hot food together.

I went to this location this weekend with my Boyfriend. While in there, I went to the counter to…read moreplace my order and waited for my food. My Boyfriend decided to add another item to the order so he got in line, placed the order, paid, then they told him they would have to ring it up and charge him again but he still had to pay again and the other one would be cancelled, he declined and said it was fine and we went back to waiting for our initial order. During that time, the employee with the purple hair (not sure of pronouns) and the Asian lady were staring at us, rolled their eyes, then went to snickering and laughung at us we got our food and left. While walking to our car, we realized we forgot our keys so he went back in and at this time they were repeately asking him if the payment was still showing and the person with the purple hair went to call him out his name and refer to him as a woman and "miss" just becaue we didnt want to respond to their harrasment and bullying. I then called and spoke to John, the manager, and he apologized and mentioned how it is unacceptable and the employee will be handled, I mentioned fired, and he said yes because it is a bad look on the establishment. I called back today to follow up with John, Les the shift lead answered and I let him know what was going on. He mentioned that he was at the store when it happened and I asked him why didn't he say anything and he said he was counting his drawer in the back and was about to clock out and that the general manager John was out front the entire time and didn't say anything. He let his team members harass and bully customers and didn't say a thing then or when I called the store to follow up. They do not respect people here and I will bever be back.

I ordered online for carry out and the platform was easy to navigate. Once my husband and I arrived at the resto we were greeted by a very kind staff member. Our food wasn't ready but within 5 mins of us being there it was good to go. We tried the wonton soup and chicken dumplings app. Both were on the bland side. Normally I'm used to wonton soup also having noodles and theirs does not. Flavors were OK, felt like both dishes were missing spices. Everything was cooked perfectly though. Maybe we ordered the wrong items from here and need to try others instead.

I will say a must have is the cheesy garlic bread & a noodle doodle. My order came fresh and prompt.

I placed a food order from the app, intending to pick it up approx. 30 minutes later. After entering the gift card #s and my cc info the $50.+ order was confirmed by email. After receiving the confirmation via email I drove to the location to pick it up. When asked the name on the order, I replied, then told that the order had not gone through. No one tried to contact me or inform me of this digital snafu until SFTER my arrival. Instead of eveni trying to accept responsibility or correct the error, the 'manager' suggested we start over. Well, when I had tossed those 'redeemed' zero balance gift cards in the trash and invested the time to place the order for a hungry family of four, her suggestion fell very far short of satisfactory. I asked & received her boss's contact info. Will be calling tomorrow. My family has dined in and carried out literally hundreds of orders at this Noodles. Resolution of this in a professional, customer-centric manner will be greatly appreciated. Recommend that you keep your expectations in check should you choose to use the Noodles app for ordering from this location.
