I've been coming here for a number of years now, and the dishes have been uniformly excellent. I normally order from their Chinese menu, and my absolute two favorite dishes are the salt-and-pepper shrimp and the beef chow fun. The shrimp are shelled and then dusted with a very light breading and flash fried. Much nicer than the usual preparation of frying them in the shell. The beef chow fun is prepared with slices of flank steak stir fired with inch-wide flat rice noodles - true Cantonese comfort food. read more

When I walked in I got greeted by a lady and I asked her what she would recommend. She said orange chicken and I ordered it. As I was waiting for my food. I analyzed their menu, website and yelp. The orange chicken was very underwhelming. I decided to hand my tray to the lady and ask if I could have a word with them. All I wanted to do was give them few advice which would allow them to be more profitable free of charge. I saw her and a gentleman sitting in the kitchen and enjoying lunch together. I have never seen a restaurant operate like this. The only two employee that work are taking lunch breaks at the same time. I suppose I should greet the guests and cook for them.
