Stopped by for a much needed mid-afternoon pick-me-up. The Biscoff latte wasn't bad - I wish it had more Biscoff flavor without scraping the sides of the cup with a straw. The drink provided a good boost of energy, though. Enjoyed the ham and cheese croissant, which came out nice and warm. Tried a little of the Dubai cookie, which was good, but definitely super sweet - great for sharing or eating in small chunks. Service was okay. Plenty of seating if you decide to enjoy your beverage/food there. Parking available in the small lot out front.
Cute little cafe tucked in a small shopping plaza. There is parking but it is limited, so be aware. There is plenty of seating inside! They have a decent assortment of drinks and pastries to choose from. Decided to get the mango matcha latte. The mango flavoring is a syrup, so it's a little on the sweeter side and overpowers the matcha taste is a little. Overall, not a bad spot for a drink, but it didn't leave a lasting impression.
I actually came here for the first time with a date because the café we originally wanted to go to was really packed and the line was out the door, but I am pleasantly surprised because this was a lovely experience. The matcha strawberry was great and not too sweet but the cookies were spectacular! The Oreo cookie was memorable! The Dubai Croffle was whatever in my opinion, good but not great? Sortof expensive but not as expensive as other places. I'd recommend the cookie! That is something I'd get again We sat in the corner and eventually my eyes were toooo strained because the corner is so white with the florescent lighting it felt weird after some time. Cute place thought and the cashier was sweet! I like how there's parking but it does look small! I can see it get crowded during busier days. I'd come back again!

Service: 8/10 The girl in the front was super cool to talk to. Made small talk and she helped me figure out what I wanted to order. My friends and I ended up staying a tiny bit after closing because we lost track of time and they were very nice about it. So sorry ladies!! Ambiance: 8/10 The interior is super cute. Plenty of seating. It looks like a great place to study. It's well air-conditioned with a lot of white light. Restrooms are pretty clean, and music is a good volume. It's a great place to catch up with friends. TDLR: Good place to catch up with friends and or study, but drinks aren't great. Don't get me wrong. I'll drink it, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. Small parking lot, so if it's crowded, parking might be hard to find.
I will be back! There is soooo much seating inside and has nice comfy seats to get some work done or hang out with friends.(they have same games to play, like uno!) Their pumpkin cold foam was so delicious on top of a nice iced chai. But my favorite thing was the desserts - I highly recommend the biscoff cheesecake and Dubai chocolate croffle. Yummmm The workers were so kind and helpful and let me sample different chais to make the best choice for my taste palate. Yes the parking lot is relatively small but worth the wait if necessary.
If you have a sweet tooth, I highly recommend visiting this place. It has a charming ambiance, making it a great spot to chill or get some school or work done. I agree with Les S. and other reviewers who point out that this great coffee/tea shop has far too few parking spaces to accommodate customers in this small plaza. I was able to squeeze into the last available spot on a weekday afternoon. Fortunately, that's the only negative. The interior is spacious and inviting. The young woman working here was incredibly nice, so warm and welcoming and ready to answer my various questions. I ordered an iced Biscoff latte on this exceedingly hot day as well as a Dubai chocolate croffle. I took a seat at a comfy table and my name was called in a couple minutes. The Biscoff latte was perfect. I've been disappointed in ordering Biscoff lattes at other shops but this one proved to be made properly. I could taste the flavors of both a good latte and Biscoff cookie, the coffee being slightly predominant. I really enjoyed this drink and appreciated the judicious use of ice. I really liked the Dubai chocolate croffle too. The chocolate was the strongest flavor with the pistachio sauce being less strong. The kadayif gave it a nice crunch. I'd not had Dubai chocolate until now nor anything with kadayif (shredded, noodle-like phyllo dough). Again, like reviewer Les S., I enjoyed it very much but don't understand the obsession and viral sensation caused by Dubai chocolate. I guess something has to be the latest trend. It really was delicious though. Just a note, which doesn't affect my review. Please be considerate when in a quiet coffee shop. There were a handful of customers here who were quietly laptopping or chatting except for one douchebag who was wearing huge headphones and on a zoom call, talking (shouting, actually) to someone on how to operate some sort of financial software the entire time I was there...so incredibly annoying and disrespectful. He was drowning out the chill music. You are not the center of the universe, fella.
This is my second time visiting this shop. I really like their pistachio latte and had to come back and get it again. Ambience is great. I love the lighting and the look of the interior. Service was great as well. The workers are polite and quick to give recommendations when you aren't sure what to get. Parking can be a problem as this is in a small plaza. I'll definitely be back to try their dubai treats.
Love this place! The teas stand out to me. This is not a powdered chai place, this is legit brewed tea accented delicately with milk and sugar (depending on the tea) in a way that compliments and enhances the flavor. They also offer coffee, Monin syrups to flavor. Dubai strawberry cup, Karak Chai, Aden Chai, and Masala Chai are all exceptional. Atmosphere - Excellent. This is a place to come and hang out. Parking- Tight, but doable. Wish they had a curbside pickup option and I would come here more. Sustainability - A solid B+. They offer for-here mugs for hot and cold beverages. I wish they would ask at the register which the customer preferred, more people might pass on the plastic. Wish the strawberry cup came in a for-here (reusable plate or bowl) option. Bathroom- Decent. Pastries- I wouldn't necessarily come here specifically for these. I tried the Baklava previously on another trip and it was really sweet and not very flaky.
I have been wanting to check this spot out since they had opened. I got the opportunity one day after brunch. Upon arriving on that weekday there were a few groups of people inside and short wait to order. They had lots of yummy looking pastries on display including their Dubai Strawberry Cup and some sweet and savory pastries. I was confused with the different chai lattes they had so the nice guy that worked there brought out samples for me to try. I got the Karak Chai to enjoy in the shop. The drink was extra strong which was nice and I ended up taking half to go. I also liked that it wasn't very sweet. The person I came with got their Americano which they thought was okay. The inside of the shop is super cute. It's much bigger inside than it appears outside. It is definitely a nice place to sit and hangout or even work at. Besides chais, they also had other caffeinated drinks such as regular lattes, espressos, and even matchas. I do want to come back and try their pastries. It's located in a small strip mall and parking is a little tight but I can usually find parking.
Came to Chai Masters around 7:30 PM on a Wednesday, and they close at 9, so we had some time to settle in. Right away, the staff greeted us with kindness and asked if we had any questions, which was a great start. Kenneth took our order and also made our drinks and he crushed it. The presentation was beautiful, drinks served with glass straws, which just made everything feel a little elevated. I ordered the Mint Mojito and the Taro Milk Latte, both iced. Before that, Kenneth mentioned their most popular drink was the Karak Chai, a Middle Eastern-style chai that's a bit different from the more common blends. Since it was getting late and it has caffeine, we passed on ordering it, but he was kind enough to offer a sample. That alone showed great customer service, and I appreciated the gesture. The Karak Chai had a bold, spiced flavor that wasn't too sweet, definitely different from what we're used to. I could actually see myself swapping out my usual morning matcha for it now and then. The Mint Mojito was super green, refreshing, and came garnished with a mint sprig, which was a nice touch. That said, it was really sweet. I ended up diluting it with water just to balance things out, but I could see myself enjoying it more depending on my mood. The Taro Milk Latte had that classic powdered taro vibe, which honestly gave me childhood nostalgia, so I wasn't mad at it. It was smooth and drinkable, but a bit watered down from the start, even before the ice kicked in. Some might not be into that, but I thought it was still nice overall. Parking's in a shared lot with nearby businesses, and it wasn't too hectic when I went. All in all, Chai Masters delivers a welcoming space and friendly service that stands out, especially thanks to people like Kenneth. While the drinks were solid, they didn't leave a huge impression and could use a little refining to make them truly memorable. Still, if you're in the area and want something unique with great vibes, it's worth checking out.
Service was good, very patient as i was indecisive because it was my first time there and i wanted to try multiple things lol. I was very sad when i found out they only serve the Karan chai with 2% milk because that's what I originally wanted to have but instead i got a Persian tea and i liked it. I love drinking tea and this one was enjoyable, it wasn't a sweet tea it was more bitter but in a good way. I also got the cookie with the Oreo on top, it was nice and warm when given to us, and the honey butter croffle was delicious. It was warm and soft with a slight crunch around the edges and the honey with almonds made it really good. Definitely nice to have as a sweet treat. I def want to go back and try their Dubai pastries because i was eyeing a few so I'll be back to try those out!
Found this cafe randomly as it was recommended on the yelp site. I thought that the Dubai chocolate croffle sounded interesting. I looked at their menu beforehand and it looked delicious. The cafe has a very clean and nice interior and it was a few people sitting inside working or talking when we came in. Ordered the biscoff and Dubai croffle. They were $6.95 each and they were very good. Didn't thru their other items but will definitely do so in the future. Cool concept and great experience!!

Came across this place on Yelp and saw that they had Dubai chocolate pastries. They're located in a small strip mall, I came during the weekend around 3pm and was able to find a parking spot. Inside, the ambiance was really nice. It was bright inside and all the furniture was modern. I ordered the dubai chocolate croffle and a Karak chai. The croffle tasted so good, it had just the right amount of chocolate and pistachio cream and the knafeh gave it a nice crunch. My chai tasted good too and went well with the croffle. Second time here and honestly I love the vibes, drinks & food here. Awesome customer service as well both times. It's a great place to get work done as it's not super busy, loud or crowded. I've tried the sea salt caramel latte here and I absolutely loved it, also ordered a cheese paratha (not pictured) but it was a perfect snack. It's like a really thin mini cheese pizza, I've never had it before but I enjoyed it! The iced shaken brown oat espresso topped with salted caramel cold foam was ok but I really do like their coffee here, it's smooth and perfectly sweet (I prefer sweet) I can't wait to try their sweets next time. Chai Master offers some delicious teas, coffees and pastries with a great vibe. They have ample seating inside with a very homely feeling. I was able to try their karak chai, which was strong, mildly sweet, and very aromatic, just how I like my chai. I also tried their Moroccan mint tea, which was refreshing as well. Their cheese paratha was absolutely delicious - highly recommend you give it a try! The Nutella paratha was good too, more on the sweet side, so it can serve as a dessert. I don't leave reviews often, but I really enjoyed my time here. I loved that my coffee came out in a glass. The employees were very pleasant and kind. One let me leave my coffee in the front so I could pick up food next store. The seats are comfy! If I'm gonna work for a while, I need a comfy chair! I love the clean decor look, it definitely helped me focus. I have a couple recommendations: more outlets (I'm not sure if they can be added, but I wanted a place to charge my laptop, I'm sure others do to), it was a bit warm inside (summer is coming ), plenty of seats but maybe some table variety would be nice? read more

We stopped by after dinner in the area. From the outside it's located in a small strip mall but inside the space is surprisingly large with plenty of seating. The drink menu has an amazing variety of items, we went with the karak chai and it was fantastic. For dessert, we had the Dubai chocolate cookie and the Dubai chocolate bar, both equally amazing. I had an opportunity to visit the first chai place at Los Alamitos. Probably not the first but I was glad to have somewhere close other than Irvine or Laguna Hills. As soon as I entered, I was mesmerized and excited to see the place filled with people, bringing their friends and family to join for evening tea and pastries. The menu had vast selections from fruity refreshed drinks to classic karak and Masala chais. I was very confused into what I should order if it was not for Sofia, one of the owners who suggested to try their strawberry mojito ( non-alcoholic beverage ! Relax) and mango lassi tres de leches. She is super calm and welcoming. The strawberry mojito was very refreshing and fruity as it was very humid outside. The mango lassi tres leches were also tasty and moist. Again, the menus were promising and I still need to try out their others drinks. However, parking can be challenging as spaces are limited. I went with some friends for the first time and we had a great experience. We played some Sequence, and enjoyed a pot of the Karak Chai. I especially enjoy how freshly brewed and hot the tea is when ordered. It is a nice atmosphere for studying and hanging with friends. Went in for the first time today and had an amazing experience. As someone who's worked at various coffee shops I'm a little picky when it comes to chai and coffee in general. After walking in the cashier, Sandra, greeted me promptly. Answered all my questions and even allowed me to try the three different chais they carry. The masala chai was the spiciest of the three without being overwhelming and was very well balanced. The pastries and croffels looked amazing and after verifying there were no almonds or peanuts in the baklava, I ordered a slice. My only complaint is that there was a little bit of a wait while Sandra checked the ingredients for me since I do have an allergy and I feel thats something your cashiers should be knowledgeable about ahead of time during training. My first time visit was a little over one week ago. Brooke was there to patiently go over the menu. I couldn't pick between Dalgona and Spanish latte. True to my nature, I ordered both. I enjoyed both drinks but had the preference for the Dalgona. I liked that I could control the sweetness. I ordered Honey Butter Croffle, thinking it was the least sweet from all the croffle options. Just discovered Chai Master and I'm already hooked. It's peaceful and cozy in all the right ways. Spacious plush seating, soft piano music, outlets for studying, and no blaring chaos. Perfect for studying or just decompressing. The seasonal menu is always on point (Dubai chocolate right now and it's unreal!!!) and their pastries aren't the typical copy-paste stuff, they're actually unique and high quality. So i went here and got a chai tea, assam i believe. The lady saw me then went back so no one was in the front working. Then i rang the bell and she came out and acted kind of fake. I tried to start my order and immediately said close the door (it was someone who left who kept door open) so extremely I'm already turned off by customer service. She recommended the assam and i guess she said i have to check if we have it which was weird and she confirmed before i ordered she had some. Then i got it and she's like it's not that sweet so you can add sugar here which I wish i knew earlier. The WORST CHAI IVE EVER HAD. They didn't even offer syrups to boost the flavor i had to add my own at home. Do not come here unless you want a strong taste of cardamom, not even creamy plus rude behavior. read more

Chai Master has such a gentle vibe when my friend and I came in. It was very peaceful and quiet when we came and the place was very well decorated. Came here early on a Saturday. The place was very clean and cute. Barista was busy since she seemed to be working alone, but gave good service despite that. We ordered the mango matcha, pistachio latte, and Dubai croffle. They do provide milk alternatives: oat, coconut, and almond if I remember correctly. I was happy about that because I didn't see it on the menu so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get a drink! Mango matcha was heavier on the mango component, which is not a downside for some people. I prefer more matcha, but my boyfriend loved the drink like that. Pistachio latte was great and there was a stronger pistachio flavor than what I would find at most other cafes. I would like the espresso stronger though. First time trying a croffle, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It went a bit too heavy on the Nutella and pistachio sauce. It was still decent but I just wish there was less sauce because it made it too sweet and messy to eat. read more

Charming new spot! I got the Aden tea and the cake. Both were wonderful! Perfectly sweetened. Lovely presentation. The hospitality of the staff was so warm. We've been back here 4 times now! This place definitely does not miss. The Aden, Karak and the matcha are delicious. You can get them iced or hot, both are great. They also have cold foam as an option now! Love it. Definitely a must have. Café is always clean, and it's nice to just hang out there.
