This is my second time at Chagee Teahouse. A Different location this time. This one is at the Orange factory outlet mall known as "The Orange Block". They are really close to the Nike Factory store which is visible from the parking lot. The interior design of their stores is very Zen like and the vibe is upbeat with some cool tunes in the background. This store must be one of the largest ones. It is also great for working as they offer free customer wifi. I noticed a few students on their laptops. They offer some hot and cold tea mixes with very refreshing flavors. See pics for full Menu. As you stand in line, they have a tea fragrance station, which i thought was cool. I wanted something decaf but they did not have any. I had the Guava Jasmine Citrus Teafresher. I really liked it. I got it half sweet. It had a little bit of pulp in it. The only thing i wish i had asked for, is less ice. They tend to put way too much ice in it. The 24oz was roughly $10 and i drained it in about 5 sips. LOL Good quality tea though, friendly service, refreshing beverages and reasonable prices. I recommend trying Chagee. Especially on a hot day.
A nice spot to get tea after shopping. The inside is modern with lots of seatings but it does get busy and crowded. The line gets a little long and the wait for the drinks could be a few minutes. There is an APP to order ahead of time to make it more convenient. The tea at regular sugar was still way too sweet for me, so I would suggest to modify the sugar when ordering.
I love this CHAGEE location! Idk why but somehow it just tastes better than the other locations I usually do curbside pickup and place my order on the way here, and it's always ready by the time I get there. The shop is cute like always and it's usually not too crowded, so it's pretty quiet. Customer service kinda depends on the day, but so far I've had good experiences, especially since I mostly just do pickup now.

I was here at the Chagee at the block of Orange grand opening weekend. I've been to a few of the other locations before in the past and was so thrilled to know that there was this location opening. Make sure to deal with the app so you can mobile order sometimes alliance can get a little bit longer, but they are and you can drink very quickly One quirky thing about their app is that make sure that your location is correct. It usually will remember the last location you were previously on so if you are all throughout Southern California, make sure that you confirm that it is where you are at and where you are ordering from. They are very tea forward here. The drinks are really good. I really like their peach oolong citrus teafresher. And all of their lattes are really good as well. Usually, I'm getting two drinks every visit just because I can't decide what to get.
Went to the grand opening and there were very limited drinks to choose from. We got boya jasmine green tea latte and peach oolong citrus teafresher. I would say both drinks were good but nothing special. Although you can taste the tea in the boya jasmine green tea latte, the drink was very milky. The peach oolong citrus teafresher was more refreshing but the taste was artificial, reminded me of the tea from Starbucks with added lemon. I would come back if I'm shopping there but I wouldn't drive there just for the drinks. They were giving out tote bag every hour. We were there at 8pm but didn't get anything. They ended up giving out to the people behind us when the line got longer (around 8:10pm) so they actually pick when to give out the tote bag. We signed up for the app and ordered 2 drinks in order to get free gift. Otherwise, there was nothing giveaway for the grand opening.
We came across this delicious tea house as we walked around this outside mall. So many delicious choices, but since it was already a late evening went for the peach oolong tea latte, so delicious and just the right amount of sweetness. Can't wait to come back and try another flavor.
I stopped by Chagee during its grand opening since I was already in the area, and it was a great experience. We were welcomed by two employees handing out samples, and I tried the Peach Oolong Tea Refresher. It was light, refreshing, and perfect for a warm day. For the grand opening, Chagee was also giving away gifts with the purchase of two drinks. I received a coaster and a bookmark, which was a nice touch. The location is clean, spacious, and has plenty of parking. It wasn't too crowded when I visited, but I expect it to get much busier over the weekend. I also hope they get some curtains because it does get hot if you're going to work/study in here. Overall, I'm glad to see another great tea spot in the area!
Picked up 4 drinks to try. The peach oolong citrus tea is the best out of the 4 drinks we got. The milk tea was lacked of any tea flavor. Friendly service. We got our drinks in less than 5 mins. They do have a few tables to sit inside.
We got invited to their event before the grand opening event and was really excited to see the new space. This store is super close to us so it's really exciting! I love all peach teas and they did not disappoint. I like that the cups tell you how much caffeine is in it so you are mindful because i definitely can drink 2 cups! Service was quick and fast!
This location was pretty easy to find since it's located near Dave & Buster's. I decided to try a couple of their teas since I've heard a lot about this place and wanted to see if it was worth the hype. I got the Green Tea Citrus, and personally, the citrus flavor was way too overpowering for me. I could barely taste the green tea itself, which was disappointing because I was expecting a better balance between the tea and citrus. I also tried the Peach Oolong Citrus, and I definitely preferred that one. The peach and oolong flavors came through a little more, and overall it tasted more balanced compared to the Green Tea Citrus. It was refreshing, but still nothing that really stood out to me. The drinks weren't necessarily bad, but for how popular this place is, I expected a lot more from the tea quality and flavor. I personally think the teas are a little overrated, and there are other tea spots I prefer more. I'm glad I finally got to try it for myself, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back.
Glad Chagee has finally opened here. We were able to come during their opening weekend. We were lucky enough to be the last two people in line on Sunday. The staff was very friendly and worked extremely efficiently to try to get orders out as fast as possible. We ordered the Peach oolong tea latte and the Peach oolong citrus teafresher. Seems like all the drinks that were available during their opening weekend, only came in the large size. The teafresher was absolutely refreshing, especially on a hot day. Strong citrus flavors, but be advised, if you let it sit too long, it will get a bit acrid from the fresh lemons and limes that are in the drink. The peach oolong latte had a a great Peach flavor, with the great tea that chagee is known for. Their quality of their teas are what draws us to this shop. Always great tasting. Definitely glad they're really close to us. Will be back soon!

Chagee tea at the outlets. Which I still call the block. Place has plenty of seating inside and out. Nice feel. Friendly staff. Drinks I think are still priced reasonably also Peach oolong tea latte. Easy to drink. Not too sweet. Very balanced. Nice tea flavor to milk ratio. Boya jasmine tea latte. Also great. Balanced like the other drinks. Good quality drinks. So many tea houses opening and so many to try. I was a bit overwhelmed but "roasted" anything always stood out for me. I got Roasted Black Tea Latte. Just like the description, bold, rich and velvety. It was a toss up with their signature drink, Boya Jasmine Tea Latte. I'm glad they were giving out samples and I was able to try it. It was a light cream with bold tea flavor. Refreshing but not very creamy. Has flavor and not watered down. Also tried their seasonal spiced tea latte, that was a spin on chai latte. Also very good. Great tea quality. If you want no sugar, order the drinks under Pure Tea. read more

Beautiful Modern Teahouse located at the block of Orange right in front of the Guitar center. Welcoming and Friendly service. Loved the interactive process of being able to smell the tea. Flavors are bold, rich and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. Jasmine green pure tea ( refreshing, organic and balanced) Peach oolong pure tea ( lightly sweetened and soft peach flavor ) Spiced Ceylon tea latte ( bold and warm flavors ). Enjoyed our first experience. Joined their rewards program and received 15% our first order. Wednesday they offer 15% off everything as well. Definitely will be returning! read more

I had a terrible experience at this place. It was my first time here, and I was really disappointed. I recommend Brea instead. They have a much better experience, with amazing service and helpful employees who explain the drinks. Here, Allie didn't help me when I asked about my points. When I told her I could scan my app code, she ignored me. I asked again, and she said, "Oh, it's too late now, next time." Honestly, I'm not happy with this. Allie could have said no in a different way. read more

This just might be one of my new favorite tea spots. I had the peach refresher tea (less sweet) it was still flavorful! The service was quick, and staff were friendly. The place was pretty clean, good spot to meet up with friends for a drink or two. read more

Love the warm, modern interior with its wooden décor and spacious seating. We stopped by for the grand opening and ordered the Peach Oolong Tea Latte and Jasmine Green Tea Latte. Both were smooth and delicious! The oolong has a bolder tea flavor, while the jasmine is light and floral. Will be back again! read more
Had gone to opening weekend and it was pretty packed. This place was well staffed and was very organized for such a busy weekend; I was surprised at how service went so smoothly. They have a screen that shows your name when your drinks are ready; they also call out your name but just in case you didn't hear, you can check the screen. I've heard about Chagee and been wanting to try so I'm glad a location opened nearby. I love the interior, very clean and modern. They have nice merch for sale as well. I went to all 3 days for all the giveaways and got to try different drinks each time. My favorite was the boya jasmine green tea latte. Great tea quality and well balanced! Another drink I really liked was the peach oolong citrus refresher. Super refreshing and perfect balance of tea and sweetness. Definitely will be back to try other drinks when the full menu is available. This is already my go to place for tea now! read more

As the name suggests Chagee has a modern aesthetic. Great for hanging out or picking up tea! Cool that they have the nutrition value for each drink. Definitely recommend the Chagee Daydream. It was super light and not super sugary like some fraps! The peach oolong pure tea was delicate and balanced! Service was quick since it was a busier Saturday. Chagee It still is a little mind boggling not seeing Johnny Rockets at this location, but wow it is a whole new refresh Chagee added to this corner of the outlets. I know Chagee had crazy long lines during grand opening along with a few days after and depending when you go I wouldn't be surprised if the line is long as well. Wife and I went on a Friday afternoon, when we first arrive there was maybe 2 groups but had like 3 people in each group. After we ordered, as usual the line did get to the entrance door. A decent amount of seating, they also have their own bathrooms inside as well. The worker were nice, most of them greeted us as we walked in, the gentleman who was working the cashier was very helpful and was spot on with recommending me the Ceylon Black Tea as i was originally going to for the Roasted Black Tea, which I do and will try soon amongst other drinks as well. I loved that you order was placed on a label that is put on the cup, when it comes to you drinks in the hands of the makers, they put the QR code to this machine, it scans it and to my guess does it automatically dispense the amount of liquid and any thing else right into a shaker. On that label is shows the calories, how much caffeine as well as protein and sodium if any. Matcha Latte - Wife ordered this one with oat milk, I am not to big on Matcha but I did try it and it is really good. My wife said if you have had Hojicha, she said it gives her a little bit of hints of that with the Matcha flavor. She said it wasn't too sweet, a good balance of earthy and creamy. Ceylon Black Tea Latter - As mentioned above this is what I ordered with oat milk based off the recommendation from the cashier. I went with the larger size and I am glad I did because this was delicious. A lot of you may not have tried this before, but you could have with social media now a days, but being an ex barista from Starbucks, this drink reminded me on hot days I would make myself a black tea no water but with soymilk sweetened with toffeenut (rip) and it gave me that milk tea vibe. This was just that but tasted better! You had a really good balance of the black tea taste that mixed well with the oat milk, super refreshing! My question, they gave me this interesting straw or stir stick? It was thick enough to stir my drink, but it was also tiny holed straws. I could have been doing it wrong and it was only to be used to stir but I used it as my straw and you know what...it actually helped me enjoy my drink a lot longer, other wise a regular straw or sipping it from the top I would down the drink in seconds. In conclusion, so far both drinks were delicious and refreshing, specially right now with the heat. I will most def be coming back to try other drinks. I do prefer coffee over tea but knowing this isn't too far I def see myself changing things up and getting other drinks I haven't tried. Feast Well Fellow Yelpers! Great taste! It's perfect when they open really close to my house. I was there on their second day of Grand opening. They have promotion for everyone who signs up to be their customers through their apps. Buy any large 2 drinks to get their coasters at any time or They have limited time for tote bags (on August 2 at every hour for first 20 people in line from 11am to 3pm) and about 200 plushies (on August 1-2 at 11am and 3pm). People are in line to wait for a stamp on hands to order drinks and get their freebies. Drinks are great, not too sweet and good taste of tea. read more

Today, I visited the new location at The Outlets at Orange, and unfortunately, the drinks were nowhere near as good as the ones at CHAGEE Long Beach. The Roasted Black Citrus Tea Fresher at the Long Beach location is always flavorful and aromatic. However, the one I got at The Outlets at Orange was honestly disappointing--it was overly sour and bitter. It almost tasted like the sugar had been forgotten. I never change the sweetness level when ordering through the app, so this was quite surprising. I asked them to remake my drink, and while the second one was slightly better, it still didn't come close to the quality I'm used to at the Long Beach location. The customer service also wasn't as warm and welcoming as the staff at CHAGEE Long Beach. I guess I'll just stay loyal to CHAGEE Long Beach from now on. read more

Came here for their grand opening! Really excited about this as I've been waiting months for it to open. They have a limited menu currently. The employees were kind and already pretty knowledgeable. I got the jasmine green pure tea, iced and sweetened. The tea itself is excellent! The sweet is very very light and the bitterness of the tea still comes through. Amazing for true tea lovers! read more

Over the place not that bad it's nice they have good customer service but the downfall on this is that when you get ready to pay and if you wanna pay with cash they won't accept cash just card and what I see around they don't have a sinuses no cash sign saying that they only accept cards they don't accept cash that's the only downfall for this place so you are looking forward to come and get a tea I won't recommend it if you have cash because they don't have a sinuses they don't accept cash only card read more
