This location was pretty easy to find since it's located near Dave & Buster's. I decided to try a couple of their teas since I've heard a lot about this place and wanted to see if it was worth the hype. I got the Green Tea Citrus, and personally, the citrus flavor was way too overpowering for me. I could barely taste the green tea itself, which was disappointing because I was expecting a better balance between the tea and citrus. I also tried the Peach Oolong Citrus, and I definitely preferred that one. The peach and oolong flavors came through a little more, and overall it tasted more balanced compared to the Green Tea Citrus. It was refreshing, but still nothing that really stood out to me. The drinks weren't necessarily bad, but for how popular this place is, I expected a lot more from the tea quality and flavor. I personally think the teas are a little overrated, and there are other tea spots I prefer more. I'm glad I finally got to try it for myself, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back. read more

Parking can get challenging during prime meal time. I was so excited to try thier boba. I placed my order on the app and it was ready on time. I ordered the Chagee Daydream Frozen Blended. I was here at the Chagee at the block of Orange grand opening weekend. I've been to a few of the other locations before in the past and was so thrilled to know that there was this location opening. Make sure to deal with the app so you can mobile order sometimes alliance can get a little bit longer, but they are and you can drink very quickly One quirky thing about their app is that make sure that your location is correct. It usually will remember the last location you were previously on so if you are all throughout Southern California, make sure that you confirm that it is where you are at and where you are ordering from. They are very tea forward here. The drinks are really good. I really like their peach oolong citrus teafresher. And all of their lattes are really good as well. Went to the grand opening and there were very limited drinks to choose from. We got boya jasmine green tea latte and peach oolong citrus teafresher. I would say both drinks were good but nothing special. Although you can taste the tea in the boya jasmine green tea latte, the drink was very milky. The peach oolong citrus teafresher was more refreshing but the taste was artificial, reminded me of the tea from Starbucks with added lemon. I would come back if I'm shopping there but I wouldn't drive there just for the drinks. They were giving out tote bag every hour. We were there at 8pm but didn't get anything. They ended up giving out to the people behind us when the line got longer (around 8:10pm) so they actually pick when to give out the tote bag. We were welcomed by two employees handing out samples, and I tried the Peach Oolong Tea Refresher. It was light, refreshing, and perfect for a warm day. For the grand opening, Chagee was also giving away gifts with the purchase of two drinks. I received a coaster and a bookmark, which was a nice touch. The location is clean, spacious, and has plenty of parking. It wasn't too crowded when I visited, but I expect it to get much busier over the weekend. Great little spot at The Outlets at Orange, located right by Dave & Buster's. I ordered the Boya Jasmine Green Tea Latte and the Jasmine Green Citrus Tea Refresher, and both were really good! I ordered through the app, which made things super convenient. If you order ahead, pickup is on the left side as soon as you walk through the door, so you can grab your drink without waiting in the regular line. You can also order in person, but expect a longer wait during peak hours. Definitely a convenient spot to grab a refreshing drink while shopping at the outlets. Glad Chagee has finally opened here. We were able to come during their opening weekend. We were lucky enough to be the last two people in line on Sunday. The staff was very friendly and worked extremely efficiently to try to get orders out as fast as possible. We ordered the Peach oolong tea latte and the Peach oolong citrus teafresher. Seems like all the drinks that were available during their opening weekend, only came in the large size. The teafresher was absolutely refreshing, especially on a hot day. Strong citrus flavors, but be advised, if you let it sit too long, it will get a bit acrid from the fresh lemons and limes that are in the drink. The peach oolong latte had a a great Peach flavor, with the great tea that chagee is known for. Their quality of their teas are what draws us to this shop. Always great tasting. Had gone to opening weekend and it was pretty packed. This place was well staffed and was very organized for such a busy weekend; I was surprised at how service went so smoothly. They have a screen that shows your name when your drinks are ready; they also call out your name but just in case you didn't hear, you can check the screen. I've heard about Chagee and been wanting to try so I'm glad a location opened nearby. I love the interior, very clean and modern. They have nice merch for sale as well. I went to all 3 days for all the giveaways and got to try different drinks each time. My favorite was the boya jasmine green tea latte. Great tea quality and well balanced! Chagee It still is a little mind boggling not seeing Johnny Rockets at this location, but wow it is a whole new refresh Chagee added to this corner of the outlets. I know Chagee had crazy long lines during grand opening along with a few days after and depending when you go I wouldn't be surprised if the line is long as well. Wife and I went on a Friday afternoon, when we first arrive there was maybe 2 groups but had like 3 people in each group. After we ordered, as usual the line did get to the entrance door. A decent amount of seating, they also have their own bathrooms inside as well. The worker were nice, most of them greeted us as we walked in, the gentleman who was working the cashier was very helpful and was spot on with recommending me the Ceylon Black Tea as i was originally going to for the Roasted Black Tea, which I do and will try soon amongst other drinks as well. I loved that you order was placed on a label that is put on the cup, when it comes to you drinks in the hands of the makers, they put the QR code to this machine, it scans it and to my guess does it automatically dispense the amount of liquid and any thing else right into a shaker. On that label is shows the calories, how much caffeine as well as protein and sodium if any. Matcha Latte - Wife ordered this one with oat milk, I am not to big on Matcha but I did try it and it is really good. My wife said if you have had Hojicha, she said it gives her a little bit of hints of that with the Matcha flavor. She said it wasn't too sweet, a good balance of earthy and creamy. Ceylon Black Tea Latter - As mentioned above this is what I ordered with oat milk based off the recommendation from the cashier. I went with the larger size and I am glad I did because this was delicious. A lot of you may not have tried this before, but you could have with social media now a days, but being an ex barista from Starbucks, this drink reminded me on hot days I would make myself a black tea no water but with soymilk sweetened with toffeenut (rip) and it gave me that milk tea vibe. This was just that but tasted better! You had a really good balance of the black tea taste that mixed well with the oat milk, super refreshing! My question, they gave me this interesting straw or stir stick? It was thick enough to stir my drink, but it was also tiny holed straws. I could have been doing it wrong and it was only to be used to stir but I used it as my straw and you know what...it actually helped me enjoy my drink a lot longer, other wise a regular straw or sipping it from the top I would down the drink in seconds. In conclusion, so far both drinks were delicious and refreshing, specially right now with the heat. I will most def be coming back to try other drinks. Today, I visited the new location at The Outlets at Orange, and unfortunately, the drinks were nowhere near as good as the ones at CHAGEE Long Beach. The Roasted Black Citrus Tea Fresher at the Long Beach location is always flavorful and aromatic. However, the one I got at The Outlets at Orange was honestly disappointing--it was overly sour and bitter. It almost tasted like the sugar had been forgotten. I never change the sweetness level when ordering through the app, so this was quite surprising. I asked them to remake my drink, and while the second one was slightly better, it still didn't come close to the quality I'm used to at the Long Beach location. The customer service also wasn't as warm and welcoming as the staff at CHAGEE Long Beach. I guess I'll just stay loyal to CHAGEE Long Beach from now on. read more

They have promotion for everyone who signs up to be their customers through their apps. Buy any large 2 drinks to get their coasters at any time or They have limited time for tote bags (on August 2 at every hour for first 20 people in line from 11am to 3pm) and about 200 plushies (on August 1-2 at 11am and 3pm).
