Cleanliness is the bare minimum for any food or beverage business, so this was really disappointing. I'm hoping this was an isolated incident, but I wanted to share my experience so the owner can take a closer look at their sanitation and food handling practices. I really hope they address the issue because no customer should have to worry about finding insects in their drink.
