I recently had my first dental visit in a long time and I'm glad I came to Dr. Tomazin! I felt anxious coming in since it's been a while for me, so fear of judgement was there for me, but there was none of that whatsoever. Front office, Ashley and Bianca were welcoming, kind and helpful! Their Dental Assistant Suzie was also kind and helpful and definitely had great laughs during my care! She was patient with me, as I have a hard time with the xrays (lol). And finally, Dr. Tomazin was kind and understanding and most of all, took the time to not only address my teeth but everything else that could be affecting my well-being. He gave me a lot of information and ways to take care of myself better! Won't be going anywhere else but here! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Tomazin and his whole team! My son had dental work done with deep sedation, because of his autism, and they were so caring and nice the entire process. They go over everything in detail and really go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and reassure you every step of the way. Everyone in that office is amazing and I will not take me son anywhere else from now on. It can be pricey without insurance but worth every freakin penny! Love them!! read more

Dr. Tomazin and Team are the absolute best. The only problem is that the "secret" is out and the clinic is in demand so plan ahead and be proactive with your dental health. Dr. Tomazin is not only a specialized biologic dentist but also a an anesthesiologist. He's also very gentle and kind, always thinking of the patient's well being first. His office is located in a charming historic brick boutique building. The ambiance is comfortable and welcoming. I would drive all the way to LA for this type of top-notch quality care an am so grateful to have Dr. Tomazin near me in the Inland Empire. My 45 minute drive is worth every mile. :) read more

Originally came here just to get old mercury filings removed safely using the S.M.A.R.T process, and left as a patient. The staff are all very nice and professional and explain everything to you. I love that the practice is naturally-minded, using essential oils, toxic-free cleaning products, and toxic free personal products (mouthwash). I am pretty crunchy myself, so this automatically made me feel at home, and I appreciate those tiny efforts to reduce the toxic load were bombarded with daily. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

First time and I loved it !! The staff was amazing Ashley was so helpful with getting all my information in the system . Lenora was the best Assistant , so helpful and kind ! And Dr Tomazin was great at talking me through all the details of this visit. Thank you and can't wait to go back. read more

Went in this week for the removal of my last 2 mercury fillings. As always Dr Tomazin and his staff are such an awesome group. Friendly, cheerful and skilled. I never even felt the numbing injections, as Dr Tomazin is very gentle, and lets you know each step as he goes. I highly recommend him for any dental needs. read more

I had the best dentist experience ever here!! Was definitely hesitant because I usually get a anxiety just thinking about teeth pain. However literally everyone helped me feel so welcomed! I was greeted in by David, then Andi came and welcomed me and showed me around a little. For my first visit, Andi and I talked lots about my teeth, anxiety and overall dental care. She made me feel sooo comfortable and helped me relax! I love how she explained the type of safe products they use and using the lowest settings for the x-rays. And generally figuring out things that I'm comfortable with (: After talking, I took some x-rays and pictures of my mouth with Crystal! She's awesome!! The pictures were great but hard to look at because my teeth looked so gross. Then Dr. Chad came and explained my x-ray pictures. He made it easy to understand and explained in depth of what's going on in my mouth. Very professional and fun !! (: At the end Jennifer made made me copies and explained the procedures I will endure, prices, and insurance! She even showed me some interesting videos!! Overall, everyone was very professional and friendly! I felt comforted as soon as I walked in til the moment I left!! (: You guys are so awesome! Thank you for giving me the best dentist experience I've ever had!! read more

To much to really type! However not happy with how they handle issues. Still dealing with tooth they were suppose to fix now for over a year! Countless failed attempts of going in time after time taking off work. 3k later! Then the over charge on prices. Just ruff not to mention the ability to work with you and sending billing to the right address. Would advise you take business elsewhere not happy! read more

Mercury removal is complete. Thank you to Dr. Chad, Linda & Bianca. The process was great. I'm so happy!!

Thank you Dr. chad and your amazing staff! My oral surgery went well and I didn't feel a thing!

Dr. Chad Tomazin runs a super friendly, clean and welcoming practice. His staff is always on point; between Crystal, Jennifer and Brenda I couldn't be happier with the level of service. read more

I have high anxiety when it comes the dentist. When I walked through the door the atmosphere was so calming and the staff were so welcoming! I sat and talked with the dentist and he explained EVERYTHING to me in great detail all the way down to the X-rays. I HIGHLY recommend this office especially if you have had a bad experience this is the place to go. A special thank you to Linda, Bianca, and Dr. Chad!!! read more

I've never felt such comfort and peace at a dental office before I came to IE Dental! The ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful! At my first appointment the dental assistant, Crystal, was kind and listened to my concerns. And Dr. Tomazin is a wealth of knowledge - and shares every step of the process. I absolutely love how he includes you in making the best decision for what steps to take if you need any dental work done. THANK YOU!!! I'm so happy to be on a road of recovery from a horrible infection from a root canal that was done without my permission from another dentist. read more

I cannot remember a time in my life I didn't mind a trip to the dentist until Dr. Tomazin and his team. The care that goes in to your experience is unlike any other and it's a constant reminder why they are always an immediate referral any time i know someone is looking for a dentist. If you're on the fence, go. You won't regret it. read more

Today I had a good experience at the dentist. Yep I typed that right, at the dentist. I found the whole experience to be pleasant and though I did not have anything done today, I didn't feel like I was being sold something nor did I feel like I was being bombarded with "all the things wrong" with my teeth without any explanation. I was actually 13 min late to my consultation but Bianca was understanding and so nice, I wish more people working a front desk was as nice. I then met Lenora(dental assistant), and she was also very nice, I noticed I felt comfortable there, and the appointment didn't feel rushed. Lastly I met Dr. Chad who was not only kind but thorough... and funny. He explained everything and also answered my questions and where I didn't quite follow initially Lenora stepped in to break it to me in lament terms. Overall I am glad I decided to get a second opinion and found this office after doing my research. Prayerfully I'll have another great review after I've actually gotten the work I need done. read more

I just got back from Dr. Tomazin's office and if I could give a 10 star rating instead of 5 stars I would. I have a lot of Anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. A couple months ago I went and had a consultation with Dr. Tomazin and today was my procedure. Everything was absolutely perfect. He put me to sleep and performed all of the procedures on my teeth that I needed. When I woke up everything was done, I felt perfect, no anxiety, no pain. He is a wonderful dentist, very caring and down to earth and both him and his staff are wonderful. I can actually say I look forward to going back if I ever need any more work. I chose Dr. Tomazin because he does sleep dentistry and with my anxiety that was a godsend. If you have fear, anxiety or just don't like going to the dentist, Dr. Tomazin is for you. Not only is he highly skilled, but he is also a nice guy. Thank you Dr. Tomazin..... read more

I absolutely love this dentist office. EVERYONE is friendly and kind. Everything is clean and sanitary. Gemma was wonderful and most importantly gentle. I found my forever dentist. Thank you Dr. Chad and staff!! read more

You make it sound like sunshine and rainbows when in reality your office manager was less than pleasant. She was getting my treatments pre-authorized after the last debacle. However, She cancelled my wife's appointment without discussion. Her attitude when contacted was less than accommodating. Her words were "It's a big hassle to separate accounts". So because of it we chose to find a friendlier front office. As I said, your front office said I was paid up. If I can't trust that information, I see no reason to continue. Again Dr. Tomazin is great. Office manager doesn't live up to his service. read more

Had been lax in taking care of my teeth. (Had been five years since my last visit...). Dr. Tomazin's staff is warm and encouraging, always pleasant, and extremely supportive. Their goal is our good health and it shows! Their holistic point of view is so refreshing, and much appreciated. I highly recommend having your teeth cared for by this wonderful office! Thankful for their courteous and professional service. read more

My husband & I have both had traumatizing experiences in the past with dentists. Dr. Chad & Dr. B have helped alleviate our anxieties with dentist visits. They're so easy going, take time with you & make sure that you're comfortable. The office is always super clean but doesn't have that sterile feel. The staff are always SO friendly! Linda has been so helpful to us for many years & Ashley is amazing too! We've moved a couple of times throughout the years, but we will still continue to make the drive to go here!!! read more

Best dentist office I've ever gone to. It is so kind, gentle, and understanding about my anxieties being at the dentist due to past experiences. Dr. Chad explains everything clearly. Finally, a dentist/office that looks at the whole body, not just the teeth. The entire visit was informative and thorough. I felt that Dr. Tomazin and his staff looked at the big picture without pushing unneeded dental work. Dr Tomazin and his staff were fantastic. I was greeted by Ashley and Jennifer who were extremely pleasant from beginning to end. I am impressed beyond impressed by the professionalism and care shown by this entire dental team. The office was quiet and the layout was welcoming. Linda was an expert at taking the x-rays. I was able to view everything on the monitor during the process. The state of the art equipment and the fantastic customer service tells me this office is different from any other dental office Dr Tomazin is so professional, caring, insightful and knows his craft. I was given a thorough dental exam and my concerns mattered and were valued. If you are looking for a dental team that values you and your concerns, then look no further. This is the dental office for you. My mission was to get my Mercury fillings out and get my oral health as optimal as my physical health, they are both connected and require constant assessment and proper care. Today I got a call to move up my Mercury filling removal appointment to Monday!!! How amazing is that? I would say pretty amazing. Thank you Dr Tomazin and your beautiful staff for all that you are doing. I appreciate the level of service and dedication shown by all of the team. Update: I have had three Mercury fillings removed Monday The staff was knowledgeable, caring and dedicated to safe Mercury removal. All the necessary precautions to ensure safety were taken and then some. The procedure was seamless and Dr Chad and his assistant Crystal were professional and caring. I felt nothing and was so surprised when they told me I was done. Dr Tomazin and his staff were so fantastic (again). This dental office has restored my faith in dentistry again. They are so dedicated to me, the patient and ensuring my comfort and safety. They really listen. My new tooth colored fillings look amazing. I can't wait to get the other two removed. read more

Dr. Chad and his team are truly amazing! Everyone is kind, polite, efficient and knowledgable. From Jennifer who maps out a great game plan for your dental health to Ashley and Bianca at the front desk who keep everything organized to Crystal and Lenora who keep things flowing calmly and efficiently. Brenda does the best teeth cleaning that I've ever had as well! As for Dr. Chad, he knows that I have dental anxiety and I needed some major upgrades to my teeth - like the removal of mercury fillings from the 1970s. He is incredibly fast and does top notch work. I have the best smile now! I am SO grateful that I found this team. Thanks all! Shana read more

Dr. Chad Tomazin was my anesthesiologist. He provided great customer service from the start of the procedure to the end of the procedure. He made me feel at ease and comfortable. He had a massager for my legs while I slept. He also brought a blanket warmer so I could be warm during the whole procedure. Best experience. I will definitely give him a call if I have any upcoming surgeries. Thank you so much for your time and your efforts of making my experience better. -Bryan Palacios read more

I waited for about 2 months for my first appointment and was the first one in the door at 7:50 am today for an 8 am appointment and then a short time later three women followed. All three women were called first so I left. I'd probably still be waiting there. What a total waste of time and disappointment. And the secretary gives me this excuse they're short handed. Bahahahahaha. You can't fool me with your B.S. I'll go back to the veteran dentist I've been seeing for years who is back in the city I used to live in and who's always been honest with me. He's worth the long drive. read more

Hi, Jennifer. I do remember you. You are in the 2nd (or 3rd) cubicle on the left side of the waiting area (as you're facing the rear of the building). I am glad you responded as it brought to mind something I forgot to mention. After I received a crown from you I visited another dentist and found out there was an abscess above the new crown at the tip of the root. I explained to the dentist that this crown was brand new! I had just gotten it from your office. They explained that "sorry, but there's an abscess at the top of it and that's why it still hurts". The solution, with their creative thinking, was to drill a small hole through the new crown I had just paid you for to get rid of the abscess. Alas...pain was alleviated. As far as the root canal...you did refer me to an endodontist. More money spent for nothing. read more

I have been a patient for few years and was happy with service until dr chad took over the practice, that's when I started getting higher than normal out of pocket expenses for same cleaning or x rays. I have also noticed that dr chad recommends expensive procedures and treatments compared to other dentists. I recently received a cleaning which my insurance pays for, but Dr chad fees were so high that they charged me 52 dollars out of pocket. When I called and complain about it, they were like there is nothing we could do, and they were ready to close my account and had no problem that I go to a different dentist. I decided that I no longer want to go back there. I am a business person, and I can't afford to lose customers in this manner, I always find ways to make them happy. Bottom line, I miss dr Kim, and his dental hygienist Brenda, I wished that dr chad offered the same level of service. read more

At the beginning of my recovery, from a long chronic illness, I started going to Dr. Tomazin for metal filling removal. The process of safe metal filling removal was explained to me throughly and I felt confident in the dentist's experience. After each safe metal filling removal and non metal replacement was finished, I had no discomfort. I was so satisfied with my treatment, I continued to go back for cleanings and ozone therapy which has improved my health immensely. Your oral health is key to your overall health. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. I would highly recommend Dr. Tomazin and his staff. read more

I am kicking myself for not getting in to see Dr. Tomazin sooner!! Ditto what a previous reviewer said... I have severe dental phobia. My fears of dental work caused me to neglect seeing a dentist for (I'm embarrassed to say...) 8 years. I had been searching for a biological dentist for over a year, reading reviews, hemming and hawing over which one to choose, when a decayed tooth and excruciating pain prompted me to finally make an appointment with Dr. Tomazin. Andi, the Patient Care Coordinator, took my call and completely put me at ease, saying, "There is no dental shaming or judging in this office." At my appointment I wanted to look at the health of my entire mouth and come up with a comprehensive plan. Dr. Tomazin took his time with me and explained everything. He is conservative and strategic in his assessment, as in, he did not recommend unnecessary work or procedures. He informed me the decayed tooth needed to be extracted (I knew I waited too long) and referred me to Dr. Jong, Oral Surgeon. An impression was taken of my tooth so a flipper could be made. The work on my mouth has been broken up into 3-4 appointments, including deep cleaning. I needed 2 crowns (which they make in the office - same visit!!) and all my mercury fillings removed and replaced with safe materials. The reason I'm writing this review (my first Yelp review ever) is because I had my first appointment 2 days ago with actual work being done. I was told it would be a 3 hour appointment to complete the left side of my mouth (top and bottom) and was very nervous. I was given a Valium, which helped. But, what was especially calming is Dr. Tomazin's "chair-side" manner. He was incredibly calm, reassuring, and kind. He explained everything and answered my incessant questions without a hint of irritation. I felt totally safe in his hands. His precision and patience gave me an amazing result. My teeth fit perfectly (top fitting bottom) and he matched the color of my crown to the rest of my teeth perfectly. I have an appointment next week to complete the right side of my mouth and have no worries or nervousness because I know what to expect. Dr. Tomazin IS AWESOME! (So are his Staff :) ) read more

I have severe dental phobia and let me tell you...I have never felt so calm and comfortable at a dentist office! They took their time, really listened, and made me feel like they really cared. I was looking for a dentist that cared about keep my teeth rather than just making money and drilling away. I found it! Dr. Tomazin is great at what he does! When we have to get dental work he is so gentle that my kids don't even know they are getting an injection. I have had so much dental work and dental anxiety in the past. When I come here I know it won't be a bad experience. His staff is one of a kind from the dental hygienist, Gemma to the dental assistants, Lenora, Crystal and office staff Bianca and Jennifer. They are always so helpful and kind to my family. The last time my kids went in there for some dental treatments Crystal was so caring! She made them feel at ease while getting their treatment. She also made sure they got some awesome toys. I am so thankful we found this dentist and staff. This is coming from someone who hates going to the dentist.
