Their dental hygienist is a doll. She explains everything and talks to you at ease so you aren't too anxious. She gets allll the stuff. Dr. Cameron... I couldn't say enough wonderful things about him. He's gentle in every way, focused and a true professional. He lets me talk out my anxieties, validates them while explaining everything I've ask with ease and doesn't make me feel like I'm taking up his time. It's hard now days to find a special doctor like Dr. Cameron. He numbs you up to perfection! Has done a beautiful crown and also root canal on me which is why I'm writing this review. In May 2024, I went in for a revision and was told I would be contacted when my new trays arrived. I never received a call. About two months later, my husband followed up in person and was told they had not received anything for me. There was no proactive communication or effort to resolve the issue. Around that same time, I was quoted nearly $1,000 for a crown, even though my insurance indicated crowns were fully covered. I later learned this office is not a preferred provider, which explained the high out-of-pocket estimate. I ultimately switched to another dentist where my insurance is properly accepted and have since received routine care without issue. After that, the level of service noticeably declined. For months, I tried to schedule an appointment to complete my Invisalign revision, but was repeatedly told I had to see a specific dentist who is only available in the San Bernardino office once a month. Every appointment I scheduled over a three-month period was canceled. I was eventually offered a May appointment, but I will be out of the country at that time. I asked to be seen at another location and went to the Riverside office, clearly explaining that I was there only to complete my Invisalign revision. Despite this, I was repeatedly asked if I wanted a cleaning, encouraged to get a deep cleaning (which I do not need), and even told I should have my wisdom teeth removed--something no other dentist has ever recommended to me. It felt like constant upselling rather than patient care. After clarifying multiple times that I was only there for my Invisalign revision, I was then told it would cost $2,500 to restart the treatment plan. This directly contradicts what I was previously told by the San Bernardino office--that I had until November to complete my plan. Overall, this office demonstrates poor communication, inconsistent information, and a clear focus on upselling rather than patient care. I would not recommend them, especially if you are relying on insurance coverage or expect continuity in your treatment.

This has been the only dentist I had gone to basically my whole life. I thought dental cleanings were supposed to take 6 hours because every time I would go, I would never get out before SIX HOURS every. time. JUST to get a teeth cleaning. Going into my adult years and having responsibilities, it is way too hard for me to take off a full day just to clean my freaking teeth. I didn't realize this wasn't normal until I spoke with one of my friends. She had told me that her dentist only takes an hour to clean her teeth, which I thought it must've been a lie. Well, it wasn't... That is the normal length of time it takes to clean the teeth, not six whole hours. My sister and mother also go to the dentist and they've never gotten out before six hours for a tooth cleaning as well. We've all had to take full days off work just to clean our teeth. What really made me mad is that the dentist told me I had eight cavities as well as periodontal disease the last time I visited!!!!! Periodontal disease at 23 years old!!! They tried to charge me $5000 to fix my "periodontal disease" and "8 cavities" and thats AFTER insurance!!! I was not going to spend $5000 without getting a second opinion. So I decided to go to a different dentist. They told me I had no such thing as periodontal disease and only had a singular cavity. The singular cavity was so minor that I might be able to get it out with just brushing my teeth. This place is a total rip off and scam and I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy... aside from that the staff is sooo rude! If you try to discuss anything with them regarding the wait time and when you'll be seen, they blow you off. I can't believe I've wasted years of my life in that stupid waiting room. I will never be going back there. Do not waste your money and just know you're most likely getting scammed. The new dentist I go to is absolutely wonderful and makes this place look like a freaking joke. If anyone needs recommendations for a good dentist that isn't this Sh*t hole reach out to me!

It was definitely a little pricey esp for me as a college student but I do feel like it was worth it. they also worked with us and our insurance which helped bring the cost down, and we were able to figure out a payment plan that worked for us !! the procedure was quick and everyone was really nice, careful, and attentive, especially with my other health concerns. also, the front desk, Isabella, was really helpful throughout everything. super thankful for how everything went

After got home, about 45mins to 60mins of feeling a little bit of soreness, I felt nothing afterward. I gotta enjoyed my day talking to my mom and taking a walk with my husband. My mom said, "really no pain?" And I said" yes" and my husband laughed when I acted normal because he knew I would be so mad when I am in pain and he is happy I am not mad :) The technique Dr. Andrew Choi used after teeth extraction really helps with healing and provides pain free comfort. Extractions were done skillfully with no pain at all. The little squishy(Mr. Tooth) really helped with my stress but it was all because I am scared of dentists and needles in general. Staff gave me a squishy and that was helpful. I told myself to get the squeeze ball I have at home but I forgot and when I was given Mr. Tooth, that made my day. Thank you Dr. Andrew Choi and Staff. You guys rock!!! I normally don't write review unless they are really good or really bad. In this case, I love Inland Choice Dental. For every business, it doesnt matter it's a hospitality business or dental, doctor, or any other kind, the first impression when your patient or client walk in is the welcome they feel. I did feel that. Everyone smiled when I walked in and to be honest, I had not had a good experience with a dental office and this is my first. Front staff is friendly not only that they mentioned they have coffee for us as patients to enjoy while waiting . Secondly, the cleaning experience was fantastic. The hygienist is gently and friendly. I am not high pain tolerant and I am really scared of pain. My teeth are sensitive because of gum recession and teeth cleaning is not something I am looking forward but it was great. It was not bad at all. :) I didn't get her name but thank you. She did more than what I had experienced at other offices. Meeting with Dr. Choi was the last thing and he actually explained pretty much I wondered about my teeth. All my questions were answered in the best of his knowledge. It made me feel hopeful about my worry of loosing my teeth due to gum recessions. I went through at least five dentists before trying out La Sierra since I used to hate going to the dentist every six months--to the point where I would just refuse to go. The personnel is consistently hospitable and friendly. They always make me feel comfortable while I'm there, see me right away, and take the time to recall the little things from my prior trips!
