Unfortunately, I ended up dealing with pain for 2 and a half years afterward. I was very scared of dentists, so I kept putting off going back and just lived with the pain. When I finally went to another dentist for a professional check up's, I was told that the cavity had not been properly treated and that I now needed a root canal because the decay had reached the nerve. I'm extremely disappointed that something that could have been treated with a filling ended up becoming a much bigger and more painful issue. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend finding another dental and carefully considering your options before getting treatment here. Please save yourself the money and the pain. ‼UPDATED‼ I actually did call them like they told me to, and honestly the whole thing just made me even more annoyed. They looked me up and clearly saw that I was a patient there, but then the dentist tried telling me that it was a different dentist who treated me and basically tried to make it seem like maybe I went to a completely different dental office and confused the two. Like... seriously? Are you that dumb? Just admit you can't do your job right The dentist who treated me was George Mirsal. I know where I went and who treated me. I'm not sure why they felt the need to act like I somehow made up or confused my own dental treatment when they literally had my name and records in front of them. Their response to my review made it sound like they actually wanted me to contact them so they could "properly investigate" what happened. I did. And instead of actually taking responsibility or even listening to what I was saying, I felt like they were trying to question whether I was even a patient there in the first place. And basically calling me a liar when my RECORD IS RIGHT INFRONT OF THEM! After dealing with years of pain from a tooth that never even hurt before I got it filled, and eventually needing a root canal, this was the last thing I wanted to deal with. So yeah, based on MY experience, I would seriously recommend going somewhere else. Save yourself the headache, money, and pain because I definitely wish I had.

I went through at least five dentists before trying out La Sierra since I used to hate going to the dentist every six months--to the point where I would just refuse to go. The personnel is consistently hospitable and friendly. They always make me feel comfortable while I'm there, see me right away, and take the time to recall the little things from my prior trips! I can now honestly state that my teeth have never been better, and I eagerly anticipate my six-monthly checkups. The office also has a really modern, clean vibe.

After got home, about 45mins to 60mins of feeling a little bit of soreness, I felt nothing afterward. I gotta enjoyed my day talking to my mom and taking a walk with my husband. My mom said, "really no pain?" And I said" yes" and my husband laughed when I acted normal because he knew I would be so mad when I am in pain and he is happy I am not mad :) The technique Dr. Andrew Choi used after teeth extraction really helps with healing and provides pain free comfort. Extractions were done skillfully with no pain at all. The little squishy(Mr. Tooth) really helped with my stress but it was all because I am scared of dentists and needles in general. Staff gave me a squishy and that was helpful. I told myself to get the squeeze ball I have at home but I forgot and when I was given Mr. Tooth, that made my day. Thank you Dr. Andrew Choi and Staff. You guys rock!!! I normally don't write review unless they are really good or really bad. In this case, I love Inland Choice Dental. For every business, it doesnt matter it's a hospitality business or dental, doctor, or any other kind, the first impression when your patient or client walk in is the welcome they feel. I did feel that. Everyone smiled when I walked in and to be honest, I had not had a good experience with a dental office and this is my first. Front staff is friendly not only that they mentioned they have coffee for us as patients to enjoy while waiting . Secondly, the cleaning experience was fantastic. The hygienist is gently and friendly. I am not high pain tolerant and I am really scared of pain. She did more than what I had experienced at other offices. Meeting with Dr. Choi was the last thing and he actually explained pretty much I wondered about my teeth. I just had 2 small cavities taken care of yesterday and I went in there with such ease knowing I was in good hands based on my previous experience with Dr. Akkari. Once again, the whole process was completely pain free and I was out of there in less than an hour (the procedure itself was at most 15 minutes). Also, I cant understand why there are a few negative reviews about their receptionists. Rita has always been super sweet & I can't remember the other ladies name but they have always been super polite and helpful with scheduling, rescheduling, checking in & helping me get a referral to an oral surgeon. And as always, his dental assistants are kind & gentle as well.
