I'm obviously not from Redlands, but my boyfriend and his sisters are... born and raised. So it was relieving and exciting for them that there is finally a boba spot there! Honestly, in my opinion, I think a Quickly's would've sufficed. This is located in a plaza with a huge parking lot! We came on Easter Sunday, so the parking lot was deserted. As soon as we walked in, there was a hostile vibe just oozing from the employees. Nobody greeted us, nobody cared to look up at us. There was only one, Ana (I believe I saw her name tag, I can't remember), who was the only one who smiled at us while we were ordering, but too bad she didn't take our order. Tiffany was very unwelcoming (my boyfriend's sister brought it to my attention). She didn't smile once, or ask if we needed any help. Obviously it was our first time! But she couldn't have possibly known that because she didn't bother to ask. After she swiped my credit card, she just stood there and didn't say a word. I looked down and saw it was time for me to add a tip/ sign my name on the screen. There was no communication with this girl. She didn't say thank you or anything for that matter, after she gave my credit card back. I ordered the taro milk tea for my boyfriend and sea salt caramel milk tea with boba for myself. As I've mentioned Quickly's, their boba balls taste the exact same. It's extremely hard and tastes old. I really enjoyed the sea salt caramel, but really, nobody can mess that up. My boyfriend's sister ordered the mango black tea and she kept asking why the tea was so thick! If you look at the photo posted, it didn't look like tea. What's in it Chaca?! She ended up tossing out the drink after we left the vicinity. Quickly's is at a much lower price, and tastes a bit better. I'll probably come back for their drinks WITHOUT boba, and I really hope I get different employees who can assist me next time. read more

I considered becoming a regular here, but the tea is a little too inconsistent to make the drive all the way out here from Riverside. I've only gotten the sea salt milk green tea with boba. Sometimes it's really really good, but sometimes the flavor is just lacking and the tea is a little bland. I don't see myself visiting this place anytime soon. Honestly the drinks were an alright quality - the main selling point in my opinion was the price. They were incredibly cheap for what you got and in some sense, you do get what you pay for. The drinks tasted fairly dilute and lacked the richness you come to expect of boba places these days. Like I said if it weren't for the price I would say this place is certainly not worth it for the quality you get. Customer service was decent, about what you'd expect from a busy boba place in most cases. If you're in a pinch or tight on money then this place is fine but otherwise I'd personally search out different places if you have the time and means to do so. read more

I've tried the lavender and rose milk tea on separate occasions and they taste so similar. I was expecting at least a more floral taste with the rose milk which I tried after the lavender. My family likes to call Richard The Machine, have you seen him make drinks! He's super fast, efficient and makes the best drinks! I enjoy coming here, the drinks are always good and you can get in and out quickly. They're also are very accommodating to any way you'd want your drink, whether you want it made a certain way or have them create a drink for you, they always try to do their best to make your drink how you'd like. Favorites here are the classic milk tea, blended matcha, coffee frappe which tastes like Vietnamese coffee, and their seasonal gingerbread milk tea was soooo good! They've expanded their menu and also are constantly adding to it. Plus the boba is chewy and warm which adds such a nice contrast to the cold drink! Or get your drink hot!
