Strip center not so appealing. Made an appointment. They were running late- no problem. Once i was in the chair- manicurist was fair. Noticed that the ALL of bowls for soaking fingers were on the sink- realized that they were for both used and unused bowls. One manicurist put her used bowl on the stack upside down and my manicurist took the same bowls for my fingers. Cutting of cuticles was choppy. She took a phone call from her kid while doing my nails and stayed on for longer then appropriate. The owner was kind and seemed to have many regulars.Not as clean as I would have liked. read more

This is my second time coming here and every time I'm here I get the "Ice-Dancer" callus treatment and Tri did an amazing work on my rough callus. I have a lot of callus because I do crossfit. I also did a "seacret manicure". I wanted to treat myself (LOL). Kim gave me a great massage. The staffs here are your super friendly and they are very good and super clean. That is one of many reasons why I'm back and recommend anyone to come here. I also noticed they took down that ugly wall. It's now a wide open area. It looks so much better and bigger. Amazing customer service, wish they had more selection in color. The technicians did not rush me and were incredibly gentle with my mani-pedi. Normally I'm used to the technicians cutting me and jabbing me. The salon was very clean and I watched them thoroughly clean each basin after each client. They are little more expensive than the last salon I went to but totally worth it. I won't be going anywhere else again. read more

LOVE this place! I just moved here from Chicago and wanted to get a pedicure to treat myself. The ladies in there were extremely nice. They offered me coffee, water, etc. when I sat down. The chairs are very nice and it is very clean in there. They play music or have the tv on which was nice. The employees speak English very well and are personable and sweet when they work on your nails. Good color choices also. I will be back soon! The first time I visited I was pleased, I got the nail dip and was told it was better for the nails and it would last longer. I found myself there again in the same 2 week time frame as I would acrylic nails . I brought my daughter this time with me for a pedicure and I'm really glad that was about it. I spent $100 that day and they gave me a gift card with $5 on it which I thought was nice but I'd really like my $100 back. Two of my nails began to lift and needed to be repaired in less than a week. When I went there one of the techs tried to help me,he said that my nails weren't properly done and the old dip had chips. He was only able to fix 1 nail per his client had shown up, he told me the girl that did my nails was on her way but was stuck in traffic and didn't know how long she would be. Long story short I went to my usual nail place, when I went to have my nails repaired , because the young lady had not done them properly I had fungus growing on several of my nails. In all the years I've been having my nails done I've never had this happen. Now I have to spend more money to have my nails taken off and hopefully i don't need medical attention. I won't be going back. Everything that looks good isn't good. read more

Worst gel manicure I've ever had. I've gotten a gel manicure every 2 weeks for the past 2 years and this is the worst by far. The ladies that work at footopia are great, but the young guy who did my nails is terrible. Do not let him do your nails!!! read more

I left and have been going back every two weeks for 4 Months. The staff is awesome. They are incredibly through. The prices are reasonable. I agree with other Yelpers. This is a good clean place, near downtown on Washington between Waugh and Wescott. The people were extremely nice! They were very pleasant and good at what they do. My friend and I took our lunch break to indulge in mani/pedis, and it was a perfect spot to de-stress and chat. The price was right, too - $42 for a mani/pedi. The building's location is a little sketchy in that it has a discount liquor store and empty lots as neighbors...but then, that describes many a corner in Houston as well. read more

They only get one star because there is not an option for a place that has no business being in business. The tacky little orange neon poster for massages may have been the first hint at what was to come. My husband gave me a manicure and pedicure here. This place will never see me again a relaxing experience is all one wants at a fair price. Needless to say they fail in every way shape and form.Close down and give the liquor store next door room for expansion, after this everyone that comes here needs a drink! read more

The absolute WORST manicure I've ever had. Came in last Friday, May 15 and had my nails done by a man. I left with every single one of my cuticles in throbbing pain, purple and bleeding. He buffed off all of my cuticles. He used his FINGERNAIL to clear around my nails and dug into my cuticles making it even worse. I am debating whether or not to report to the Texas Cosmetology license. I have never been more disappointed or in pain from a nail service. I had to wrap each finger in band-aids and apply cream with pain relief. Just terrible! read more
