Being new to the area I depend heavily on customer reviews on yelp, yahoo, google etc... While this company only had 1 yelp review, I had a good feeling about them after reviewing their website and decided to give em a try. I called to inquire about whole house carpet cleaning and got a same day appointment for an inspection. While I wasn't planning on doing carpet repair, there were some areas needed so I went ahead. They did a very good job on both the carpet cleaning and repairs. I had a late appointment but they were prompt and worked diligently. They also charge the cleaning by the room instead of sq. feet. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend to others.

There just never seemed to be the right time to have someone to come in and clean. You know as dogs get older they have incontinence issues. And as you gain puppies there is the house breaking time... oh and there was only 5 days between the loss and the addition. Apparently I'm a soul who can't live with out a dog. Oh yeah I'm hear to talk about Ed Bledsoe and his company All Dimensions Floor Care. It was my mistake for choosing a light grout but honestly I haven't seen the true color since I laid the tile myself. The grout stands out the most but the carpets looked great. I even had them seal and polish the granite counter tops that I never seem to get around to maintaining while they were here. I always have the intention of sealing them but there always seems to be something else that makes me forget. Honestly it's only been about 6 months but I'm considering having them back cause now I can see the mud the dogs are tracking in. I can't believe I waited so long to begin with. Bottom line: Ed exceeded my expectations from his on time arrival to the detail and professional work he did. Totally recommend this company. He knows what he is doing.

At the beginning of the summer we discovered a leak coming up from the wood floors in our living…read moreroom. After contacting my home owners insurance, USAA. They started the claim and then told me a contractor would reach out to me to start the repair process once the house was dry. Cameron from Repairs Unlimited called me, in what felt like minutes, after USAA set up the work order. Being our first claim through our home owners insurance, I was lost. Through out the whole process Cameron was there to answer any questions or concerns I had. The damage to our house was far worse then what we expected. Waiting for insurance to approve every little thing took up a lot of time. Cameron reassured us that once everything had been approved the repairs would be done asap. They ended up replacing flooring through out the whole house minus our two bathrooms. Repairs did their best to work with the budget USAA gave them and we ended up with wood flooring that looks 100% better than what we originally had. Repairs was also able to get us a great deal on beautiful new kitchen tile. The lower kitchen cabinets we destroyed and the cabinet company was not able to match the finish to the upper cabinets. Cameron made the necessary phone calls and submitted everything we needed to have USAA replace all our kitchen cabinets. Though dealing with the insurance took up a great deal of time once Repairs had the proper authorizations the remodel was done in no time. We will definitely be using Repairs Unlimited for our future home improvements. Cameron was nice enough to get a few quotes put together on some other home repairs we'd like to tackle in the next year. I highly recommend Cameron from Repairs Unlimited to anyone in need of home repairs.

Mark came out, assessed the situation, and went to work. He moved the items in my garage and organized them outside the work area. He removed the damaged sheet rock and insulation and disposed of it. The garage floor was swept in order to prevent debris from getting into the prepared area. Fans were placed in the sealed area to maximize the drying process. I was very impressed with Mark's knowledge and his workmanship. He was professional, courteous and dedicated to my restoration project.
