Brandon and his crew respected my appointment time took care of my tire which had to be replaced and gave me a comfortable place to wait for the service on my Honda CRV. Their customer waiting area offered coffee, tea, snacks, and I believe a television. Who could ask for more? Also, I had five lights on my dash that came on when I ruined my tire hitting a curb. The guys reset the warning lights and replaced my tire with a newer tire. I was out of there in 45 minutes. Typically in my old place of business that I used I was there 3 to 4 hours waiting for similar services. My time is precious just as theirs is. Brandon was polite. The customers service was important to him. Thank you, Brandon and guys in the shop who took care of this customer. As I was ready to leave and pay my bill, Brandon said "No Charge". What? Wait I need to write you a check no ma'am no charge today I was blown away. Like this dude wasn't on the clock or getting paid (spoiler alert I tried to give him cash and he said no, cause he didn't stop to help because he wanted a customer or money, he stopped to help me and my mom because it was the "right" thing to do.) Like wtf who does that anymore? He got my car to the next parking lot entrance and instead of that being "that's my good deed for the day" he stayed with me for the next at least 30 minuets making literally 18 trips to (somewhere, I hope he hope he didn't pay for the that many water bottles) to fill up little water bottles to fill up my apparently leaky coolant tank with water. He talked to me about what was wrong and gave me advice about how to get home safe, etc.... and this dude, you will not believe actually offered to follow me all the way down Lancaster till it was time for me to pull off into my neighborhood. Like I know this could come of as creepy to women, but he didn't follow me home, he just was there to make sure I didn't stall out on such a dangerous main road! l literally cried in relief that he just stepped out of his way in such a good hearted way, with gaining nothing for himself! Back to the spoiler above, I tried to repay he with the cash I had in my wallet.... his response was that he just did what he believed anyone should do and he couldn't believe that so many cars passed us without offering to help. To elaborate a little on why we needed help so desperately, neither my mom or me had our cell phones charged and we were basically just stuck in holding up a busy main street, terrified and waiting for someone to call the cops to get rid of us. So in conclusion, I have never been a customer of this Valvoline location, but knowing the kind of management that is running this place I am NEVER going anywhere else! Literal hero there, thank you so much to Manager Michael!

I had found a car that looked awesome but it was 70 miles from my home. Tony answered the call and said he could be there the next day to do the inspection. He arrived on time and was professional and courteous to the people selling the car. He found multiple things that were wrong which were not disclosed by the sellers and would have caused the car to need more work than it was worth. I meant to send this review in several weeks ago and obviously I didn't so here goes…read more I came with my son who was having break problems with the idea to get a brake inspection and probably new brakes or whatever was needed. They took it for a test drive. You could almost push the brake all the way down before it would stop and it didn't stop very well. We were expecting the worst but after about half an hour they put the tires back on and came in to talk to us. They said that they adjusted something on the brake and now it was so much easier to stop and also it would give us a lot more time before he had to spend money on new brakes. What was the charge, I asked? No charge they said. We walked out of there like we were walking on clouds. What could've been several hundred dollars ended up costing us nothing. I've been there several times before and I've never been disappointed with anything they've done. My thanks to the owner, the workers and everybody involved at that wonderful business. But I don't recommend if you expect them to do everything according to your manufacturer's recommendations. I brought my AWD Camry in to get serviced. Everything went well except for the part about the drive shaft bolt retorquing. There's a bolt on the drive shaft of AWD Carmy's that Toyota requires retorquing every 10,000 or 15,000 miles / 12-18 months (depending on driving conditions). Toyota service centers do the retorquing every service they do. But when I talked to the service rep at this location, he didn't know anything about it. My point is that you'll probably be happy here if you just want basic car service. But if you want to make sure you get manufacturer-specific things done for your car, take it to the dealership.
