Faisal is a liar and a scammer, posted my review on Google and they're trying so desperately to…read morerefute my claims with evidence. We purchased a 2004 Toyota Sienna from them. **[PLEASE VIEW EDITS, THEIR RESPONSE IS UNTRUE.]** We purchased a used car from Faisal, he refused to fix any issues in an effective manner and chose to drag it out until he ultimately refused to fix anything after being confronted. Crystal lied to me about the car's history reports, saying they "didn't have carfax but had something similar" and failed to provide me with said documentation, also advertises on their website that the carfax is available to view when it is not. When we brought the car home (about an hour and a half drive away), the engine and VSC lights came on. The codes given were both catalytic converter codes. He agreed to fix ONE of the converters instead of both, and when he was asked about it he threatened to stop fixing it. Upon being confronted with the very evident fact that he removed the battery cables to clear the computer, he refused to fix anything further and encouraged us to "sue him please". Upon diagnostic with a separate mechanic, it had everything under the sun wrong with it. His response when I asked what was wrong with it, his words were "you name it". computer, suspension, engine, everything. It is a complete Lemon and I will now have a repo on my record because I have to surrender this junk. It's also quite evident to both me and SEVERAL mechanics that he unhooked the battery to reset the computer. Faisal lied to me about having basic repairs done such as Rotors (ALL OF THEM ARE BAD), rear control arm bushings, and brakes, all of which he claimed he did but were not done. ISSUES INCLUDE: The transmission was glued up to seal a leak, and the car was overfilled with oil to accommodate for the excessive oil burning. Stopleak was put into the radiator and is crystalized on the cap, the power steering fluid is black, the windshield leaks, AND THE EMERGENCY BRAKES. Motor makes a humming noise, paint is chipping (repainted from undisclosed accidents), broken pieces from each side of the radio, no antennae, fog lights don't work, driver door doesn't have a stopper, EVERYTHING IS WRONG WITH THIS CAR. He buttered us up about how "oh he'll fix everything, we don't screw people", lies on top of lies. He allowed me to take it to a "local trusted mechanic" but then rushed us back after only 15 minutes on the road with the car. DO NOT LISTEN TO HIM. IF YOU CONFRONT HIM WITH ISSUES HE WILL SCREW YOU OUT OF EVERYTHING. Faisal DOES NOT CARE about the safety of you or your family in their vehicles, he just wants your money. Faisal is just another stingy, greedy, cheating scammer of a car dealer who will take advantage where possible. He put us in danger knowingly selling us a car with safety issues like this. DO NOT LET HIS WORDS AND HIS ""KINDNESS"" FOOL YOU. HE IS WILLING TO PUT YOUR FAMILY IN DANGER. They are claiming on google reviews that I stated the car was inspected and passed PA inspection, this is not true. The car never had stickers at any point. He is attempting to save face and make me look unreliable. I will update if he responds

I went to Hertrich Hyundai with my leased Santa fe as my lease was ending, and I wasn't sure if I…read morehad any equity to roll into something else with reasonable payments. I was not in a situation where I could put anything out of pocket for a new vehicle, so I made it clear that whatever I got would be 100% financed. We quickly realized leasing a new vehicle was out of the question due to costs, which was fine with me, as I really wanted to purchase something used, and wasn't really interested in another lease. I worked with Walter and he got me into a 2020 Palisade that was right in my price range, has everything I wanted & more & didn't have to put anything down. It was a very long day, but it was worth the wait. After having the vehicle for one day, a light came on indicating an issue with the headlights. I brought it back in & they replaced a bulb, at no cost to me. They also washed and refueled my car! Overall, great experience with Walter and the rest of the team at Hertrich Hyundai, I will be back in the future!

WARNING - Do NOT purchase from Hertrich Hyundai of New Castle…read more This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership. I purchased a brand new 2024 vehicle (under 1,000 miles, straight from the showroom), and within the first month it needed a full steering column replacement. Within two months, the sunroof began leaking. When I brought it in for repairs, the dealership outsourced the work--and returned my vehicle with additional damage, including exterior scratches, a ripped interior liner, and a still-broken sunroof. After returning the car immediately, they attempted another repair and then claimed a rodent nest was found, with damage to the airbag system--damage that was not present during the first repair, meaning it occurred while the vehicle was in their possession. The car has now been at the dealership for over 60 days. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to push me to file a claim through my personal insurance for damage that clearly happened while the car was under their care. That is completely unacceptable. The situation became even more frustrating when the manager, Chris, demanded we pick up the vehicle immediately--even though it was unsafe, with a rodent nest still inside and a chewed-up airbag system. Our insurance company attempted multiple times to contact him and received no response. We showed up before the deadline he gave us, only to be told the paperwork wasn't ready and to come back the next day--completely wasting our time. As we were leaving, he came outside, crossed his arms, and laughed at us. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. To make matters worse, the dealership even tried to argue that this was "not a new vehicle," despite selling it as one. The vehicle has since been acknowledged as a lemon, which says everything about the situation. The lack of accountability, poor workmanship, and rude, dismissive behavior from management is unacceptable. I highly recommend staying far away from this dealership. I will never purchase another Hyundai and will never return to Hertrich again.

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT CHANCE GETTING A CAR FROM THESE SCAM…read moreARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bough my 2015 Ford Explorer 3 months ago from Larry. Who by the way has crap customer service and thinks that its okay to raise his voice at his customers. So me and my husband bought the car and told him we needed to get it registered in MD where we live. He said that they would be able to do that with no problem. They give us a 3 month temp tag which I though was weird but they said was normal in DE. So I double checked and asked him they where going to mail us our permanent tags or would we have to come pick them up and Larry was very clear that he would mail them to us. Then when our 3 month temp tag expires we call them and speak with Larry and he says that he never said he would mail our tags to us and that we had to take the car to get a MD state inspection. Fast forward we go get the inspection done the next day and the car fails inspection for multiple reasons. The back tires both need to be replaced as one had whole plug to close to the tire wall to be a good fix and the other tire had cracks that stretched all the way to the tire wall. The driver-side outer tie rod had excessive movement and inner tie rod boot is damaged with the clamp lodged inside the pinion. Both mufflers have rot holes in them and its leaking break fluid. Now there where other things wrong like the battery was bad, rear axel seals have been leaking for a while. So I call Larry and I'm pissed. He says well your cars out of warranty there's nothing I can do about it. So now I'm paying out of pocket $3400 just to get the car to pass a state inspection and I'll be having our military lawyers take them to court. This is was just crazy. Larry and the rest of the store knew what kind of shape the car was in and sold it anyway. THE WORST KIND OF PEOPLE. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
