Had a very good experience. My best friend and her mom bought their car here a few years ago and…read morethey still run great.. Absolutely no games or anything. I went in and he asked what he could do for me, I told him what I wanted and we talked about options, he gave me the keys to check out the car I liked and I went on a test drive. Car ran great. He worked with me and I bought the car that day. I went to a few previous dealers including the bigger names that had all these technicalities. I enjoyed my experience. No hassle or anything. They were very friendly, offered us beverages. The process went fairly quick. It was exactly what I hoped for. They get stuff done and I got the impression they cared about their customers. A few customers actually walked in while I was their and everyone there seemed adored.. it's definitely a family vibe.

You get a quality car and you support a local dealer. Lu has made this a family and friends business, both his so sons, wife, and daughter help with the company. He helped me get the lowest rates and worked w what little money I had for a down payment and I've never been happier. Both my ford focus AND my current Toyota RAV4 were/are amazing. Will forever do business here and recommend my friends and family to them.

Faisal is a liar and a scammer, posted my review on Google and they're trying so desperately to…read morerefute my claims with evidence. We purchased a 2004 Toyota Sienna from them. **[PLEASE VIEW EDITS, THEIR RESPONSE IS UNTRUE.]** We purchased a used car from Faisal, he refused to fix any issues in an effective manner and chose to drag it out until he ultimately refused to fix anything after being confronted. Crystal lied to me about the car's history reports, saying they "didn't have carfax but had something similar" and failed to provide me with said documentation, also advertises on their website that the carfax is available to view when it is not. When we brought the car home (about an hour and a half drive away), the engine and VSC lights came on. The codes given were both catalytic converter codes. He agreed to fix ONE of the converters instead of both, and when he was asked about it he threatened to stop fixing it. Upon being confronted with the very evident fact that he removed the battery cables to clear the computer, he refused to fix anything further and encouraged us to "sue him please". Upon diagnostic with a separate mechanic, it had everything under the sun wrong with it. His response when I asked what was wrong with it, his words were "you name it". computer, suspension, engine, everything. It is a complete Lemon and I will now have a repo on my record because I have to surrender this junk. It's also quite evident to both me and SEVERAL mechanics that he unhooked the battery to reset the computer. Faisal lied to me about having basic repairs done such as Rotors (ALL OF THEM ARE BAD), rear control arm bushings, and brakes, all of which he claimed he did but were not done. ISSUES INCLUDE: The transmission was glued up to seal a leak, and the car was overfilled with oil to accommodate for the excessive oil burning. Stopleak was put into the radiator and is crystalized on the cap, the power steering fluid is black, the windshield leaks, AND THE EMERGENCY BRAKES. Motor makes a humming noise, paint is chipping (repainted from undisclosed accidents), broken pieces from each side of the radio, no antennae, fog lights don't work, driver door doesn't have a stopper, EVERYTHING IS WRONG WITH THIS CAR. He buttered us up about how "oh he'll fix everything, we don't screw people", lies on top of lies. He allowed me to take it to a "local trusted mechanic" but then rushed us back after only 15 minutes on the road with the car. DO NOT LISTEN TO HIM. IF YOU CONFRONT HIM WITH ISSUES HE WILL SCREW YOU OUT OF EVERYTHING. Faisal DOES NOT CARE about the safety of you or your family in their vehicles, he just wants your money. Faisal is just another stingy, greedy, cheating scammer of a car dealer who will take advantage where possible. He put us in danger knowingly selling us a car with safety issues like this. DO NOT LET HIS WORDS AND HIS ""KINDNESS"" FOOL YOU. HE IS WILLING TO PUT YOUR FAMILY IN DANGER. They are claiming on google reviews that I stated the car was inspected and passed PA inspection, this is not true. The car never had stickers at any point. He is attempting to save face and make me look unreliable. I will update if he responds

I strongly and explicitly advise anyone considering buying this Tesla! or any vehicle from this…read moredealership to walk away and find a seller who values transparency, safety, and basic respect for their customers. This experience was not just disappointing, it was genuinely distressing and left me feeling pressured, dismissed, and deeply uneasy about the integrity of this dealership and the vehicle they were trying to sell. I visited twice in good faith, hoping to purchase a Tesla. The first salesperson was almost polite and initially tried to be helpful, but the tone quickly shifted into mockery. I was told I was "anxious" simply for asking reasonable, standard questions, questions any responsible buyer should ask before making a major financial decision! Once the manager became involved, the situation escalated into something that felt close to bullying. My concerns were brushed aside, my requests for transparency were treated as an inconvenience, and I was made to feel uncomfortable for trying to protect myself as a buyer. My requests for an independent inspection or any form of battery health verification were flatly refused. I was also informed that Tesla only performs formal inspections for the registered vehicle owner--meaning I had no practical way to verify the condition of this car before purchasing it. I was being asked to spend tens of thousands of dollars without any legitimate way to confirm what I was actually buying. The dealership refused to provide service records or meaningful documentation about the vehicle's history. On my second visit, the price no longer matched what was advertised online, and only after asking I was finally presented with the price. I was then confronted with excessive, unexplained dealership fees that felt deliberately obscured rather than transparently disclosed. During my own inspection, I found tire tread that appeared severely worn, borderline unsafe for winter driving, and an almost dead 12V battery. When I raised these safety and reliability concerns, I was told that I was "looking for a new car" and that used cars simply "come with used tires," rather than being offered any meaningful response, solution, or consideration. The trade-in process only reinforced my concerns. I was offered far less than what multiple other dealerships had quoted me, and my vehicle was described as being in poor condition despite independent documentation confirming it was in pristine shape with only minor cosmetic scratches. What made this experience truly alarming was the refusal to offer any form of buyback or post-sale guarantee, even if undisclosed issues were to emerge after purchase. I was being asked to assume all of the risk, with no inspection, no records, no accountability, and no protection.
