Took my Palisade down last Thursday at 8:30 am and didn't get my car back until 11:30 am. We also purchased the extended warranty and with ever oil change they try to sell us another service. It's not worth taking it back to the dealer Porter Hyundai to waste my time for a free oil change. Either let us make appts for oil changes and it shouldn't take more than an hour or have designated people who only do oil changes to speed things up!
