They have it for a week and still can't figure out what's wrong first they told me it was the ABS module now they're telling me it's a sensor that's messing everything up and on top of that before I took it back. I got an oil change in my mechanic who I've been going to years told me there's also an oil leak. they act like I shouldn't have attitude or be a little edgy after giving them $3000 and haven't got three consecutive weeks of driving out of this car. They was all happy go lucky to take my money and it's a problem to fix the disaster that they do research and bring a mechanic is my best advice I can give other than just find another place. There's three right next-door you can go to. This post probably is not going to help me out much with them, but at this point I just probably want my money back. I'll figure out how to get to and from work until I get a different vehicle. Customer service is horrible here if you have any issues with your car.

Buyer Beware The…read moresalesman I dealt with at Elite Autos was very professional and eager to help. The owner, however, seems to be a stereotypical used car dealer. Even after learning that the car had an open SAFETY recall and an interference engine (google it) that was 40,000 miles overdue for a timing belt, the owner would not negotiate on the grounds that he could sell the car in the coming weeks for his asking price to someone else. As a business owner, I respect his right to demand a certain price and I have no hard feelings over a simple deal that fell through. It was a common car and I knew I'd find another one. What REALLY concerns me is his willingness to sell a car with full knowledge of expensive and potentially dangerous issues to another customer, ideally to one who doesn't know how to inspect a car properly. You can't trust people who do business like that. This review is not a complaint, it's a warning to others.

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT CHANCE GETTING A CAR FROM THESE SCAM…read moreARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bough my 2015 Ford Explorer 3 months ago from Larry. Who by the way has crap customer service and thinks that its okay to raise his voice at his customers. So me and my husband bought the car and told him we needed to get it registered in MD where we live. He said that they would be able to do that with no problem. They give us a 3 month temp tag which I though was weird but they said was normal in DE. So I double checked and asked him they where going to mail us our permanent tags or would we have to come pick them up and Larry was very clear that he would mail them to us. Then when our 3 month temp tag expires we call them and speak with Larry and he says that he never said he would mail our tags to us and that we had to take the car to get a MD state inspection. Fast forward we go get the inspection done the next day and the car fails inspection for multiple reasons. The back tires both need to be replaced as one had whole plug to close to the tire wall to be a good fix and the other tire had cracks that stretched all the way to the tire wall. The driver-side outer tie rod had excessive movement and inner tie rod boot is damaged with the clamp lodged inside the pinion. Both mufflers have rot holes in them and its leaking break fluid. Now there where other things wrong like the battery was bad, rear axel seals have been leaking for a while. So I call Larry and I'm pissed. He says well your cars out of warranty there's nothing I can do about it. So now I'm paying out of pocket $3400 just to get the car to pass a state inspection and I'll be having our military lawyers take them to court. This is was just crazy. Larry and the rest of the store knew what kind of shape the car was in and sold it anyway. THE WORST KIND OF PEOPLE. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I went with her today to finish up the deal and sign off on paperwork. I'm happy to say it all worked out perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle, new or used.

I originally brought an 04 Ford Explorer XLT from here. Things were fine for about a day or two? Then the car starting steaming and overheating and stalling which then made me late to work. Almost costing me my promotion. After 2 weeks of over the phone battles they finally took the car back and gave me an 07 Suzuki XL7 the same day I got the car the airbag service light came on along with the check engine light and the oil light pressure low all came. They told me to give it some time. It was just serviced it might need a moment whatever. So bout a week later I was delivering a $500.00 catering order for my store and then the car starts to ding uncontrollably and shuts off. I had to get my manager to come get me and the catering order and afterwards had to walk back to my car where I towed it to their mechanic shop where I was told the car was unsafe to drive. After about a week of not having any car and being a caterer you kinda need one of those... I received a call and I get it back and things were smooth for another 3 weeks. Where it happened again. I said this is enough. I decided to take the car back they refuse to take it back. Even when I said it was a voluntary repo. They said I was responsible for two balances and threatened to take me to court. The two balances being the original Ford Explorer which they tacked onto the new loan without telling me. Then they also proceeded to throw in my face that they sold the Explorer to someone else and I was still responsible for both cars when someone else brought that car?! These guys are scam artists and I beg you guys to please not make the same mistakes I did.. that's all I have to say.
