While I was there I decided to cash in a free car wash. During my wait I explained to John, (the person working the desk) that I would be stepping out for a minute to retrieve my plates from the dealership side. He said he could page to have them dropped off while I wait comfortably in the waiting area. When my car was done being washed I was pleasantly surprised to know that not only had John paged to have my plates dropped off but also had them installed! These are the sort of experiences that will make a return guest out of me.

Jenna made the transaction run so smoothy with knowing her job and quickly contacting the company that had our tire warranty! We were impressed with how quickly she obtained the authorization code, and how quickly our new tire was in place, and we were back to our travels. The entire team was friendly and communicated well! Took my Palisade down last Thursday at 8:30 am and didn't get my car back until 11:30 am. We also purchased the extended warranty and with ever oil change they try to sell us another service. It's not worth taking it back to the dealer Porter Hyundai to waste my time for a free oil change. Either let us make appts for oil changes and it shouldn't take more than an hour or have designated people who only do oil changes to speed things up!
