my girlfriend bought a car from them on Thursday and then Saturday to check engine light comes on we put less than 60 miles on the car and the check engine light came on which it was a code that they already cleared diagnostic system that the shops use and the code was cleared I recommend never buying a car from these people. They sell cars that are damaged and not repaired people trade cars into them or they buy them from auctions and do the minimum repair never buy from this place. This place is a scam. read more

PREDATORY LOANS, BAD INVENTORY, DISHONEST MECHANIC. I purchased a vehicle from these people. They made it super easy to finance it. But of course it was too easy. They got me a predatory loan with a 20% interest rate and a $17000 financing fee. The vehicle was sold to me for $18000. After fees and warranty the total for the loan is $42000. Double of what the car was even selling for. Monthly payment is $500 and monthly interest is $360. This car will never be paid for at this rate. Soon after I had it for a bit. The engine started overheating. I took it back to them to diagnose it, and their grease monkey told me that it was just a bad oil sensor, and to take it to the dealer because they don't have the tools to remove and replace it. Of course it wasn't an oil sensor. The head is warped and it needs a new engine. The garbage warranty company they hooked me up with is another story. The car has been at the dealer for over a month. We have been waiting for weeks for them to come out to "verify" that it needs a new engine. And yet they haven't sent anybody to check the car at the dealership. If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. Now I'm stuck with this crap car. Predatory loan. And no vehicle to drive since it's still in the shop for months since the warranty company hasn't come out. read more

You all should be ashamed of yourselves at Wolf's Elite selling lemons. How can you live w/ yourselves knowing that these bad reviews are a reflection of you? When you sow bad seeds it will eventually come back to you. I understand that a USED car needs repairs, but in the condition that this vehicle is in, it should have NEVER been on the lot in the first place. It is a DEATH TRAP. I cannot believe a dealership would sale a vehicle in this condition starting w/ no oil in the car. I would not like anyone else to experience these sorts of issues, so I would hope that Wolfe Elite resolves this matter with integrity of doing business in Delaware but these bad reviews speaks volumes. I purchased a 2011 GMC Terrain on 05/29/2024 but did not pick up the car until 05/30/2024 due to getting my insurance being switched over. The next day after I picked the car up the engine light came on. This vehicle has been going back and forth to the shop since I purchased this lemon. 05/31/2024 - Engine light on (not even 24 hours) - Sent email to Haydee Avila. 06/07/2024 - Engine light on (air not working) 06/22/2024 - Engine light on - (catalytic converter) While driving I saw black smoke coming from car in my rear-view mirror and the car became sluggish then shut off completely. This issue was after Wolfe Auto put a new catalytic converter on the car, so I had to ask if this part was new or used because it did not sound good and how the car was driving was worse than when I purchased it at the time. 07/15/2024 @ 10:27 am - Sent email to Wolfe's Elite Auto about engine light on. 07/16/2024 - Wolfe Elite did not have oil in the car I would have never guessed that a business did not properly inspect the vehicle before a customer took the car. I was almost in an accident due to the truck shutting off while I was driving with my 5-year-old autistic grandson in the car. I sent an email right away to Wolfe Elite staff and got an appointment to bring it in. I was informed by Sam (female) that the sticker might have come off, but please tell me why would a vehicle need an oil change right after a purchase? I can confirm that there was no sticker in that window. Of course, the car was not thoroughly checked, and you get into these situations because the purchase is more important than the integrity of the business. 7/16/2024 - When I picked the car up the mechanic stated there was a nasty exhaust leak and informed Sam of this problem. Her response was for me to call for an appointment. If they had serviced the vehicle properly in the first place then there would not be an issue. 07/21/2024 - Engine light on again and it sounds like the exhaust is about to fall off. The engine light code reflects PO137 error code which indicates an issue with the oxygen sensors in the vehicle. I was smelling gas and exhaust fumes in the car today, so I was wondering why my grandson, and I were coughing so much yesterday. Although it was humid outside, I had to roll the windows down due to the exhaust smell was so strong inside of the car (Hospital documents reflected on record). Now this is a more serious issue that I am dealing with because breathing in exhaust fumes can lead to carbon monoxide poisoning, which can cause dizziness, confusion, blurred vision, and even loss of consciousness so that is why I thought it necessary to make a public complaint. I just learned after obtaining a SECOND opinion that Wolf Auto mechanic "welded" the catalyic converter to the manifold and it can't come apart because this jack leg mechanic fused it to the engine block. The second opinion mechanic could not believe his eyes. He said there is no way that guy knew what he was doing when he serviced your car. Wolf states the part came like that and the other mechanic said they are liars because the part is on wrong from the get go. I purchased an Audi here October, 2016, with nearly 109,000 miles and no warranty. After driving it a week I was unhappy with two minor issues - a slight engine noise & scratched window tint. I called & was advised to bring it in. Service resolved the engine noise but was unable to repair the scratches. A little disappointed but no biggy. A week later I received a surprise call notifying me that their window rep would be in the following week & could perhaps repair the scratches if I wanted to bring it back. I agreed & everything was taken care of. I left happy - impressed, really - and two & a half years later I am still enjoying my car without issue. In the several visits I made to Wolf's I dealt with many employees in several departments - from reception/sales to service to upper management. Even their vendor rep! This is a small, family owned shop, demonstrating strong family values & solid customer service at its core. Even witnessing the interaction among them you can't help but feel the sense of Family. They work as a team to ensure every vehicle is reliable & every customer is satisfied. Leased a car wolf the end of June was in a bad car accident the beginning of June. They sold me a bad car transmission is bad they cut the wires up with a razor blade and left the blade under the hood and all the wires are melted together now my a/c doesn't work and the car over heats a lot. I took the car through inspection myslef not knowing that was going to cause a big issue. The wheel alignment is bad almost got into a bad car accident because it was a big whole on the inside of my tire I called them they told me oh well it's nothing they can do about because I missed an appointment due to me making up hours at work from my car accident. Haydee was very rude and nasty to me and was not considerate at all. They played around saying they were fixing my car for about 3 weeks never fixed anything at all because they were mad I took my car through inspection. read more

will have to say I am incredibly disappointed I even have to write this review. I had such a great experience when we initially purchased our vehicle. We were told we couldn't bring our vehicle home that night bc it had not gone through inspection. Okay cool. We pick it up later the next night. 2 weeks go by and get a call our car had not gone through inspection so I took it like a week later when I had time through inspection no biggie. Prior to this we had been noticing an issue with the car shifting hard at certain times made us worry some. Wanted to have it checked no problem. Upon taking the car back for that to be checked I realized the headlights when on point all the way left and up to the sky. Asked them to check and see why that would be doing that when they had the car to drive to see what the problem was with shifting. Without calling me about the headlights they replaced them. We had them program 2 key fobs and make a spare key for 150.00 we needed new key fob bc the one that came with the car did not unlock the doors and the alarm would go off everytime I unlocked the doors with the key. Our bill upon pick up was 411.00. We were basically told well...it passed inspection for the lights so oh well. Well yeah it passed bc you can tell they were on during the day but not that they pointed to the sky. Honestly I regret purchasing this car especially for the price we are paying. Well let start by saying this Wolf Elite Auto is nothing but a scam artist. They have no public relations with their customers and will tell you nothing but lies. in fact their so good they' would sell you sand at the beach. Their crooked. Once they get your hard earned money they will treat you with no respect. My wife bought a SUV vehicle from Wolf Elite Auto and from the start things just went wrong. The paper work was done wrong by this woman name ( Neda Blanco ) who set up the contract. Payments was off and we had to re-do the paper work again the next day. My wife was not satisfied after having the SUV for one day so she told them she didn't like the SUV can she get a smaller car insted and they lied to her by telling her no because the bank owns the car i understand that's true, but they still could of called the bank and re-do the contract... they just didnt feel like going through the hassle of doing all the paperwork again.... wow!! After one day I know for a fact that wasn't true. So my wife didn't know any better and believed them. Then a week later the engine light went on and she took the truck back. They told her to see their mechanic only on Sat since thats the only time he's there. So she did and the mechanic told my wife it was a transmission sensor and did nothing about it. So the engine light came off after they did a diagnostic and a week later the engine light went came back on. Now three weeks later my wife was stranded on the highway because the transmission stopped on her. So now she had to pay for Towing to their repair shop. I called Wolf Elite Auto to speak with the manager and to see why this vehicle broke down so soon, so my answer was from ( Neda Blanco )who said " she was the manager told me that vehicles to break down and there is nothing she can do. Thats not a professional answer or how you treat your customers with a smart ass answer. So to me ... basically they sell cars and truck that will break down since that was the answer I got from the manager of Wolf Elite Auto.... humm? Makes you wonder how they run their business. So now I have a lawyer involved and we are taking action on the act of the lemon law with a full background on this vehicle. So if I was you look else where and dont hand your hard earned money to these crooks. Like the saying goes " there is no honesty and loyalty amongs thieves. Dont fall into their B.S. scams.
