The difference with Land Rover Wilmington as opposed to other LR dealers is they actual treat you like a human being. NOT your typical snooty LR dealer. LR Wilmington will go the distance to get you approved for financing at the best rate possible. HIGHLY recommend Chris in sales. You won't be disappointed! Entire staff from Bob the GM to Matt in finance are amazing to deal with. I drove in from central Jersey to buy my Defender 110 and couldn't be happier. LR Wilmington sets the bar extremely high not only for a LR dealer but any car dealer. Will DEFINITELY be a returning customer.

Extremely disappointing customer service. I scheduled an appointment to diagnose a check engine…read morelight and specifically chose the option to wait until the diagnostic was complete. I did not request a loaner, rental, drop-off, or pick-up. Despite this, I received a call directing me to simply drop off the vehicle, which was not what I agreed to. I had no expectation that the repair would be completed that day--I even arranged a ride home if necessary--but I scheduled the appointment for 8:00 AM so I could comfortably wait for the diagnosis. Unfortunately, neither the service coordinator nor the service manager seemed to understand this. Their approach was disorganized and antagonistic. If you have the option, I strongly recommend visiting another Land Rover service facility.

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT CHANCE GETTING A CAR FROM THESE SCAM…read moreARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bough my 2015 Ford Explorer 3 months ago from Larry. Who by the way has crap customer service and thinks that its okay to raise his voice at his customers. So me and my husband bought the car and told him we needed to get it registered in MD where we live. He said that they would be able to do that with no problem. They give us a 3 month temp tag which I though was weird but they said was normal in DE. So I double checked and asked him they where going to mail us our permanent tags or would we have to come pick them up and Larry was very clear that he would mail them to us. Then when our 3 month temp tag expires we call them and speak with Larry and he says that he never said he would mail our tags to us and that we had to take the car to get a MD state inspection. Fast forward we go get the inspection done the next day and the car fails inspection for multiple reasons. The back tires both need to be replaced as one had whole plug to close to the tire wall to be a good fix and the other tire had cracks that stretched all the way to the tire wall. The driver-side outer tie rod had excessive movement and inner tie rod boot is damaged with the clamp lodged inside the pinion. Both mufflers have rot holes in them and its leaking break fluid. Now there where other things wrong like the battery was bad, rear axel seals have been leaking for a while. So I call Larry and I'm pissed. He says well your cars out of warranty there's nothing I can do about it. So now I'm paying out of pocket $3400 just to get the car to pass a state inspection and I'll be having our military lawyers take them to court. This is was just crazy. Larry and the rest of the store knew what kind of shape the car was in and sold it anyway. THE WORST KIND OF PEOPLE. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I didn't have the money at the time and they charged me a "diagnostic" fee to get my car back. Turns out their diagnosis was wrong. Milana Auto Group - A Mechanic You Can Trust for Life…read more Milana Auto Group 303 7th Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19805 302‑513‑2316 Hours: * Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM * Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM I have been going to Milana Auto Group for several years, and I can honestly say this is the best mechanic I have ever had. From my very first vehicle to the one I drive now, Ozzy has been the only person I trust to look at my cars. Every time I've bought a new vehicle, I brought it straight to him because I know he will give me the truth and nothing but the truth. What makes Ozzy different is his character. No matter how busy he is, if I stop by with a concern, he always listens to what I'm saying, and takes the time to explain what's going on. That kind of patience and kindness is rare. Recently, I was going through a lot personally, and on top of that, my car suddenly showed a warning saying "battery power is reduced." I was scared to even drive it. I went straight to Ozzy. He came outside, looked at everything, and instantly knew what the problem was. When he told me the price, I was shocked--but then he said something I will never forget: "As a goodwill courtesy, I'll take care of it." Who does that? Tell me--what mechanic does that in 2026? I dropped the car off the next day, went to work, and a few hours later he called to say it was DONE. What should have cost me around $1,000 ended up costing me nothing because he saw I was struggling and chose to help. That is the kind of man he is. Not to mention his staff--especially the gentleman I believe is his brother. They are all respectful, honest, and genuinely good people. They treat you like family, not like a dollar sign. Ozzy literally saved my vehicle. I was driving around with an issue that could have blown my head gasket at any moment, and with one look he knew exactly what was wrong. His knowledge is unmatched, and his heart is even bigger. For all the women out there who are tired of dealing with shady, dishonest mechanics--this is the place you want to go. Ozzy is upfront, patient, and explains everything clearly. No games, no tricks, no runaround. I will never take my car anywhere else. He has earned a customer for life. If you're looking for a mechanic who truly walks the walk and talks the talk, Milana Auto Group is the only name you need. Thank you, Ozzy. May God continue to bless you with many more customers, because you deserve every bit of success that comes your way. L.
