Then when we FINALLY got to actually talk to John he said he would order the new part and we would have to come back, keep in mind we live over an hour and a half away, so we've already made OVER 4 trips without our car being fixed at this point, so then we do come back about 2 weeks later again with no updates on the car, turns out he ordered the wrong part, or apparently was sent the wrong part, also never receiving any updates the whole time he just told us to come back again. So we end up continuing to call for updates since we know they won't, about 2 weeks later we finally come back and it was fixed. When we originally came back to FIRST pick up the car I had noticed a couple new dents on the car I had never seen before, and we've only had the car a couple months prior to going to them, and it's a brand new 2022 car, I asked John if he noticed these dents and if they could fix them cause they weren't crazy big, and we were told that because WE never originally reported these little dents that they couldn't do anything about them, now being that our whole back door needed replacing I did in fact look at the entire car before brining it in and NEVER noticed these little dents, and again they aren't huge but they were visibly noticeable immediately to me when receiving the car back to us. And this is on top of getting into an argument over the phone with John about these problems and basically being told I don't know what I'm talking about. read more

They required us to wait a week for an appointment to take photo's of our BMW for the insurance company of the party who rear-ended us. At the appointment, took only 15 minutes and they asked if we wanted to wait another 30 for the report or have it emailed. We decided email is fine. Here we are 7+ hours later and no word, even after I called and was told the guy who sends the report was out washing cars and would get back to me. Not a chance I will do business with a company that is this poor at communication. read more

I need a repair on the roof of my 08 Dodge 2500. An old repair was cracked and leaking. The crew here did a fantastic job. They were nice and very professional. The outcome was fantastic. My car was damaged from the flood that we had and it hydroplane and ripped out the undercarriage did damage to the bumper and it also destroy the electrical system, when the tow truck driver came electrical system worked well enough to get me home after calling the insurance they sent out a tow truck and chose certified collisions in Oakdale, after having the car for 34 days and all they did was replace the bumper and tail light and allegedly worked on electrical, but as they called and notified me that the car was ready, returning the rental car and then coming to pick up my car I can see that it had not been completed, they did not do the undercarriage, and the sensors in the bumper don't work and the driver door is the only door that unlocks unless you do it from the passenger side, and the lift gate did not open, the guy that was working with me proceeded to blame me that they missed these things because I did not come down there and tell them, on the contrary I told him over the phone and figuring they would be professionals knowing what to check and making sure everything worked properly as I had told them electrical system was compromised, but yet it didn't work so I had to request from the insurance to take it to another shop. read more

I have a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan that was hit on the drivers door in 2015 while moving accross the country. Once I got to Oakdale they were able to repair the damage quickly. And it looks great! Yesterday, almost three years later, my drivers side window fell from it's place and into the bottom of my door. The glass didn't break. I wondered if it might be some left over damage from the accident, so I decided to take it back to Certifed Collision. I got there minutes after they opened on moday, and spoke with Brian. He said he would be more than happy to pull the door panel appart to see if the problem was from the accident. He also said that from his experience, that these things wear out and need to be replaced from time to time. After getting it apart and showing me the promblem, i could see he was right. It was just worn out. He offered to do the work and put a new regulator in. He had the part there in 20 minutes and had the whole thing back together in another 20 minutes! The total for parts and labor was about $185. I feel that was very reasonable and especially since he was able to do it so fast. I was on my way home about 915 in the morning with a brand new window regulator and a window that rolls up and down just a well as the day I bought the van. These guys are great and friendly. A good small town company that cares about their customers. Remember people, if you want to be respected by those you deal with, give respect first. It goes a long way. Certified collision center fixed my mother's car. It was a lot of work but they had it for 37 days. I've been a mechanic my entire life and there is no way it should have taken that long. Then she gets the car back and I see the paint is wrong, commonly known as orange peel. We sent the car back and they fixed it. With that said we know two people who work there personally. One is my son in law who they had buff it out. When he finished they called him in the office and terminated his employment. Wrongful termination!!!!! He had nothing to do with the the car being returned for repair. I saw the flaws as well as my brother in law who did auto body as a profession for about 10 years. This company should learn how to treat their customers and employees right. read more
