Their warranty on work done was another key factor. An electrician found a dead rat and droppings in the attic, so I needed clean up and rodent proofing. In the crawl space, a bunch of the ducts were unattached by wear and tear and plumbing work that had been done in the past (which I didn't know. No wonder my gas bill was so high over the winter!). Shannon and team cleaned everything up, sanitized, reattached the ducts and rodent proofed the whole house on the outside. Apparently the attic was vulnerable, as prior owners' foam had been chewed through in the eaves. After they were done they set traps which will be checked every few weeks. I will update if there are any further rodents but I am confident in the work by the company and team. I highly recommend this family owned company.

The guy who came out was on time, a bit eccentric and very passionate about rats. He was detail oriented and did a great job explaining the job and its breakdown. Unfortunately on the day of the job, we had 4 guys come to our home on time- but none of them spoke English. Now, I appreciate them coming out, but we just could not communicate and they did not have work trucks or shirts with their company name. An hour later, we had a younger guy show up and he spoke English. The crew worked really fast, did a nasty job of removing our rodent infested insulation and put in new insulation, they mixed concrete and patched up some holes as well and put out rat traps. They came back twice to check the traps and removed them. I think they did a good job, appreciate their punctuality. But management should always send someone who speaks some English and provide a company truck or at least shirts. I personally felt uncomfortable letting into my home a group of random men with no identification.

I called a few places and had some folks come out to scope the issue, but none of them could offer a solid plan to treat the wasps effectively since it was on the 2nd floor and above my porch roof so hard to get to and providers wouldn't allow workers on the roof. I spoke to Daniel and he suggested that the nest might be inside the attic and to have effective treatment, you need to get at the source. Pest Protection Services was willing to get into the attic and treat the nest or potentially access the outside and spray a solution directly into the attic vents from the exterior. Justin came by the next day, went into the attic and sprayed where the nest was. It pretty much killed all the wasps and issue went away. The one-time pricing was competitive, particularly for the job needed, and I am going to switch to PPS for my recurring service. A bit cheaper than a larger provider I've had for past 4+ years. PPS is responsive, helpful, friendly, attentive to the details and got the job done. Highly recommend!

I received a flat rate price estimate shortly after starting a Yelp project on July 5th from this company. They were quick to respond and gave a price that was reasonable compared to others that responded and offered to come out next day. Dennis came the next day and communicated well prior to his arrival. Dennis explained what he would do well. Dennis made quick work of that wasp nest and knocked it off my roof eave before taking it away. All in all, I'd say he was here for no longer than 20 minutes. He recommended servicing our residence as well as the eaves to further prevent wasps from returning and to prevent other pests from visiting, but was not pushy about the service. I would recommend this company to others.

He did an inspection and provided a very reasonable quote (compared to what our neighbors had paid to other providers). First of all, on the first visit, within ten minutes, the technician had spotted an entry point on our roof that was likely the cause of our isse. It wasn't obvious and the previous service we used (one of the larger services in our area) hadn't spotted this. Another thing that I noticed was the respect and care the technician showed at our house. It's a small thing, but when the technician entered our house he noticed that we had shoes by the door and went ahead and removed his shoes when making his way to our attic. Taken all together our technician was detail oriented, respectful, and thorough. And he solved our problem. On top of this the price point was comparable or even less than the larger company that we had used previously. I would highly recommend Pestfinders to others.

The day of the appointment, at the time of the appointment, I received a txt message from the technician mentioning that they would not be able to make the appointment as they were double booked. He proposed to re-schedule the appointment. I had already taken the morning off to meet the technician, with hours and income loss. But, I decided to re-schedule for the upcoming Tuesday. Tuesday comes around, and again I take time-off work and income loss to meet with the Technician, and they don't show up the appointment. This was the second time of missed work and income. I reached out to the Company to advice them and they prompted that they could reschedule me, but at this point my trust was already broken. The Company didn't take my time seriously. Company's should learn to appreciate that their customers are taking time out of their day to meet with these technicians, which translates to missed income or having to substitute the time-off with vacation time that can be used for the family.

The skunk was spraying so frequently that the odor had become overwhelming and was actually making its way into my bedroom. Living in the hills, wildlife is simply part of life. Most of the time it's one of the perks of living here. Unfortunately, this particular wildlife situation had become unbearable, so I called in the professionals. OR, what I thought were the professionals... I should have just called a Doberman. I will start by saying that the technicians themselves were professional. Unfortunately, the actual service was a complete failure and complete waste of money. They came out, set a trap, filled it with cat food, covered it with a bag, and instructed me to check it every morning. The problem with that approach is obvious: if the trap actually contained a skunk, the only way to find out was to walk right up to it and look inside. Nothing says "professional wildlife management" quite like asking the homeowner to potentially get skunked. Over the course of the next week, I was repeatedly assured that the bait being used was specifically designed to attract skunks and that possums supposedly weren't interested in it. Yet somehow, the trap managed to catch three possums and exactly zero skunks. ZERO SKUNKS! The skunk that was actually causing the problem remained comfortably under my house, probably laughing at them and apparently completely unimpressed by their "specialized" bait. Meanwhile, the charges kept appearing on my credit card. By the end of this adventure, I was out roughly $700 and left with the exact same problem I started with. Three possums had been trapped and removed--none of which were bothering me in the first place--I honestly feel bad for these poor possums, what did they do with them when they took them away? While the skunk continued living its best life beneath my home. Three possums later, I'm convinced the trap's only qualification was "contains animal." I'm honestly surprised they didn't catch my own cat, a squirrel, and the neighbor's golden retriever while they were at it. The skunk, meanwhile, continues to live its best life under my house while I funded this expensive wildlife exchange program. Thank you All-in-One. If your goal is to spend hundreds of dollars catching harmless possums, this company may be for you. If your goal is to solve a skunk problem, All N One Pest Eliminators are a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!

Some contractors might recommend extra work just to make money, but Sean was completely honest and straightforward. He even came out and did the inspection for free, even though there ended up being no work for him to charge us for. It's not easy to find this kind of honesty and professionalism. They worked with us to customize their work to our coastal climate and were very transparent about exactly what materials they would be using (all top of the line, industral-grade!). I wrote a review of Certech last week and don't see it here. We have used them on three occasions. The first time for cockroaches in our garage - we received service the same day. The problem was quickly solved. The next time we contacted Certech was because my tomatoes were being eaten as they ripened. Sean came out and did inspection and determined the problem was rats although no evidence of them in the house or attic for which I was grateful. Again problem was solved - we were able to begin to enjoy our tomatoes. Sean came out again because my newly planted kale and lettuce were being eaten. He provided good advice and options for solving the problem. Sean has always been very helpful in assisting us to understand the issues and working for solutions. He fixed some minor holes to insure there will not be entry into of unwanted pests in the house. We have experienced Sean as respectful and professional. I called Certech for a summer ant issue and couldn't be happier with the results. They scheduled my appointment quickly and handled everything with total professionalism. My technician, Gareth, was incredibly nice, thorough, and professional. He used a targeted baiting strategy inside and treated the exterior perimeter with a spray. It's been about 10 days since the treatment (done on 5/16) and the results speak for themselves--the ants are completely gone from the inside, and I've only seen a couple of strays outside which have now disappeared too. Their pricing for a one-time service is incredibly reasonable, especially for the high quality of work and peace of mind they provide. I had a rat problem in my yard and under the house! I was very pleased with Certech Environmental Services. Sean made time, on his way home from a job, to come to my house the day I called. After assessing what needed to be done he said Ada would call me to set up an appointment. Three days later he returned and went under the house sealing all entries. He inspected the outside and the garage. He put traps under the house and said he would come back to check them. Gareth is our service rep. He's personable, professional and follows-through. Our gardener recently got stung (twice) by a bee hive of yellow jackets while "leaf blowing" up the hill in our back yard. I immediately called Certech. They got the message to Gareth, and he called me right away. He set an appointment with me to drop by either Thursday or Friday of this week. He showed up today (Thursday). We use Certech Environmental Services for all of our Property Management and Real Estate needs. Sean is absolutely amazing! We have called him at the last minute for mouse, ants, and spiders, etc..... issues, and he immediately follows up. All rooms will be heated for minimum 4 hours between 130 and 140 degrees. Technicians will enter home every 20 minutes to move furniture and ensure there are no cold spots in home" It's NEVER a good idea to pay an employee of the company to do the job because the employee might not have the same standards, when you pay the company, the company has to honor their commitment in the quality of their work, an employee might not care. And even though the employee might do the same exact thing as he would on a sanctioned job, there's always short cuts and no boss to answer to, and someone inexperienced might not understand exactly what it is that you're looking for. You see, I live in a complex built to house the homeless, and well, those are some disgusting individuals, I'm talking people walking past smelling like urine, people washing their sleeping bag that's covered in a large urine stain, people with their balconies filled with broken things they got out of the garbage, a shopping cart with three wheels, a broken guitar, broken doll, a bike with one wheel. So, guess what, yep, that's right, we've got a huge pest problem, I'm not just talking bed bugs, we've got roaches, rats, mice, fleas. So that means my small apartment is infested in bed bugs, and I actually got to watch them crawling under the wall from the apartments on either side of me. I've had this issue for a long time, so yes, it's my fault it's gone this long, but I've never had bed bugs until here, I don't go digging through garbage cans looking for broke items, I've always been a clean person, now I'm waking up in the middle of the night checking to see if I have bed bugs crawling on me. So I did pay someone under the table, and they did give me a heat treatment, I felt it, the problem is, it's like they were never here, I've got multiple bed bug stains along the baseboards, like a dozen, but my worse infestation is my computer chair, imagine my surprise when I walked in and it was still infested, you see, I thought they would spray the entire chair, including the inside. So those stains also signify an active infestation, I still have live bed bugs in those stains, bed bugs still crawling around, and thanks to this complex it's getting worse, I'm actively searching them out and it's been two days since the heat treatment. It's going to stay the same until I can get all signs of them gone, start fresh, start from scratch, that way I can see where they're coming from. So please take my advice, pay the extraordinarily high fees, it's an investment in your peace of mind.

The sales representative (Idan) presented a detailed plan to me for rat proofing my home's crawlspace, two garages and shed, plus cleaning up all droppings and contaminated debris and sanitizing the garages and shed. He assured me that they would use an eco friendly sanitation spray and not set any traps (my preference). Javier, on the first visit, did a great job sealing all the many openings. Roberto and his crew, on the second and last visit, did a phenomenal job cleaning and sanitizing the garages and shed. I am very happy with the results and the charges.
