My father and I visited this location today and were treated very poorly by their staff. We called ahead to see if they were busy to ensure we could be assisted and no answer. We decided to go in person anyways. There were four people working and not one of them even acknowledged us. We proceeded to look around and wait for assistance. We waited for about 30 minutes until my father finally asked one of the sales representatives for help. The man was dismissive and rude. He told us he had "no idea" when anyone would be available to help and to "just have a seat." We left right after that horrible response. I would NEVER purchase anything from this company!! This place is a nightmare... we ordered Over $6,000.00 in custom doors back in Aug. paid 1/2 for. In Sept, we were told that there was a delay due to Irma - Then finally in Oct. the doors supposedly arrived. Week of Nov. 13 our contractor contacts the sale person to coordinate delivery. The sale person is hard to find so finally a week later we go at the store in Doral in person - Luis sale person collects the balance and confirms door delivery at 10:00 am. Contractor waiting at the building 4.5 hours later contractor (waiting since 10 am at site doing nothing - just waiting ) calls to find out that "there is a problem with the manufacturer and the doors are not what we order" This company is a joke. I hate to be negative, but this place is just the worst in my opinion. Very poor customer service, and a lack of attention to detail. Much more expensive than you'd think for a wholesaler. Charge a 15% restocking fee on returns even if it's their mistake. Understanding or speaking Spanish is a must. Very disappointed. Miami is a big city. Hi recommend to go elsewhere. This place is horribly managed. They are not clear about their return policy. In fact, I called to ask what was their return policy and they said that it was up to sales person to decide if I could return a product or not. Then, the sales person said that it was up to the owner and the owner was on vacations. Note that the receipt does not include the return policy, it only includes a section that says that if you purchase a defective unit you have to go to the manufacturer for replacement. I needed to return a water heater because unfortunately it does not work properly in my house. The manufacturer checked the product and they state that the product is not defective so I do not have to deal with instead I have to deal with the store. The store is not accepting the return. I have been trying to return this product going from the factory to the store for the past 2 weeks. Note that I started the return process 10 days after purchasing the product. I would not recommend to his place. To this minute no one has plainly said their return policy. read more

I purchased a damaged bathtub from them that they would not acccept a return or replace. On top the fact that most of there employees are terribly rude and can not give adequate advice or assistance. Had to write about our extremely positive experience at Century Plumbing. We went to their showroom at 8:30 am on a Saturday having misunderstood that their showroom opened at 8am. When we were told it wasn't open until 9am we were about to leave when an employee, Luis Mendoza, saw us getting into our car. He asked us if we needed something and if we were willing to wait a few minutes he'd assist us. Sure enough 5 mins later he attended us. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and most of all took his time with us. The items we bought were listed much higher online. We placed our order & he printed out our specs in case we needed them for our home improvement project. All in all we left very satisfied. Its nice to know service like that still exists. read more

I bought some toilets from them but didnt pick it up that same day. When I got home and did some research on the toilets I bought (Briggs) there was nothing good to say about it. So I called the next day asking for a full refund of the toilets that was paid for but is at their store. The guy didnt speak much english and said he will charge a 15% restocking fee. The invoice said such fee apply on items received only. Since my contractor never picked them up, I am eligible for a full refund. I also spoke with a manager named Eddie who speak english and he informed me to bring the sales order and the proof of payment to the store and he will issue me a full refund. When I show up at the store and show him the docs required, he changed his mind and wanted the contractor's copy. I told him that I do not have it and he said it is because he does not want the contractor to come in with the copy and still pick up toilets after he refund me the money. I questioned why would they do that if they refund and cancel my order, he said it doesnt work that way. I was very upset and called the contractor on the phone asking for the whereabout of the receipt. Eddie then started raising his voice at me telling me to read the fine print. I read the fine print in front of him and it only mention sales order must be present when requesting refund which I have with me. He refused to read the fine print himself and tell me if I keep at it he will charge me 15% fee or not refund me the money at all. HOWEVER I PAID FOR THE TOILETS AND THEY STILL HAVE THE TOILETS. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. BTW I WAS THE ONLY FEMALE AT THE STORE AND I AM NOT HISPANIC. HE SMACK MY CREDIT CARD AND THE SALES ORDER ON THE COUNTER AND TELL ME HE IS NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING FOR ME ABOUT THIS SITUATION. I was told the price at Century was $170, but was discounted to $130 and was told I had 30 days to return. I searched the internet again and purchased the part for $68. When I went to return the part on the 15th day I was charged a return fee of $18 to restock an item that literally took less than a minute to restock. Major ripoff!!! " read more

Do not buy a water heater from Century Plumbing. I had a Kenmore water heater that leaked overnight after 12 years. They sold my plumber at Cabrera Plumbing a Bradford White water heater which is not accredited and has 1 or 2 star reviews claiming that they leak after 2 years, they do not honor warranty etc. I am a single mother which has spent xmas with no walls, damaged tile, clothes computers due to the leaks. I asked Century to refund my money and they refused. I just paid almost 800 for the heater and installation. I cannot afford to change it now without a refund from Century so I can buy a Kemore or a Rheem. The owner Carlos Pino refused. He was rude and not understanding at all. I am turning this over to the attorney since this brand of water heaters are sub standard so I can get a refund and they can have the heater back. They should not be selling this with such bad reviews and ratings. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND! read more
