Let's just say mistakes were made and we experienced a lot of confusion and many delays. After about a year with little progress, I was having difficulty finding anyone trustworthy, who was willing to do the necessary revisions to complete the installation. To say I was desperate would be an understatement! Jason from Living Waters came to check things out and asked all the right questions. I could immediately tell he was an honest guy running an honest business. I was comforted by the fact that he was obviously knowledgeable about hot tubs in general. He could see that we were in a bad situation, but was willing (and able) to be creative, get his hands dirty, and do what was needed to set things right for us. Once I hired Living Waters there were no more surprises and no further delays. Jason has an extremely versatile skill set, which enabled him to address various little problems, which I would have assumed were outside of the project scope. He communicates better than any contractor I've worked with, constantly keeping me updated on progress and clearly articulating any hurdles he anticipated, while at the same time providing assurances that we were on track and on schedule. We had our first soak last night, and couldn't be happier.

When on the search for a pool company to service our pool on a weekly basis, we first looked into…read moreRainbow Pools as we have used them for a variety of services, but they had a lengthy waitlist. A quick Yelp search and Request-a-Quote later and I found Precise Vision Pros who quickly responded with what I felt was a reasonable quote for summer services. I really love this company. I've had some issues with other folks that have serviced our property in the past (we rent out our home and do not live close by) but this summer has been a breeze with Precise Vision Pros. They are always prompt to respond to my emails and are so courteous when it comes to processing payments. While they do ask that you pay half up front, I had arranged services well in advance of the summer and they kindly allowed me to pay that deposit in early May rather than February. Beyond the amazing Sara with whom I've been in regular contact about services each week, I must note the quality of services overall. Each time we've visited, I'm happy with the water quality and vacuuming. They are always on top of any incoming weather that might affect the pool and arrange visits accordingly. I also love that they provided complimentary critter life savers (floats that save lives of unsuspecting frogs and small animals that might have fallen into the pool). Sadly, I'm moving after this season, and I'll really miss working with this company. They really were lifesavers for us this summer!

Riverline Pool Service - Cover just dumped outside the bin where it should be stored

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! RUN!!! These people are the…read moreabsolute worst. I had used them to open and close my pool for several seasons and each year the quality of their service deteriorated but I wanted to keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. But this year they hit rock bottom. They were scheduled to open the pool on June 23rd-- pretty late in the season but I was okay with it. They arrived on 6/23, took the cover off... and left. Didn't put the extremely heavy cover (it takes at least two guys to lift it; I cannot do it on my own) in the bin where it always goes, just dumped it in front and left (see photo.) Far worse: they did NOTHING else. Did not clean the pool, test the water, ZILCH. I began frantically calling them to see when they'd be back and got NO answer. It went straight to voicemail every time and every email I sent went unanswered; never a reply. Finally I came home to work the first week of July to see the water-- which had become a murky green swamp as I frantically begged them to come back-- was now a cloudier color, as if shock had been added, but still a filthy mess (see next photo.) Went and looked and someone had come and dropped chlorine pellets into the skimmer baskets-- but hadn't even emptied the actual baskets which were JAMMED with debris and therefore no chemicals could even begin to circulate. Why would anyone working in the pool industry not empty dirty skimmer baskets as their very first step? But that's far from the worst part. I walked over to the pool equipment to see if maybe at least the filter chamber had been cleared and not only had it not been cleared-- water was shooting out of the filter valve that was now cracked and from a hose that was split. These guys had shown up and not only did nothing-- they made things WORSE. You can imagine the number of phone calls and emails that ensued. I was literally BEGGING them to please get back to me. It was now July 10th-- I had no pool for the entirety of the Fourth of July Weekend and literally no one would ever, EVER get back to me. This is a company I used for years and I couldn't even receive the courtesy of a return phone call? I couldn't even get an email? This is completely unprofessional to say the least but also, honestly, just grossly negligent and incompetent. In the end, a different company saved the day and it cost me THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS between the deep cleaning and equipment repair (new valve, new hose, labor, etc.) to fix the mess Riverline created. These guys are to be avoided AT ALL COSTS-- or else, trust me, it will cost you. I am now about to pursue them in small claims court to recoup the $$$ I am out, that's how mad I am (and I've never sued anyone in my life.) The thing is: if your company is having issues (staffing, scheduling, etc.) how hard is it to just call someone back and say "We're really sorry but we're swamped and we're down a guy and can't make this happen"?? HOW HARD IS THAT? These jerks are rude, and they're wrong. Don't use them, you will absolutely regret it, sooner rather than later.
