I want to thank Tim C., Big Ed, Mason, and Lou for doing a fantastic job in restoring our pool. The work was completed in 6 days (not including the weekend or rainy days). The steps were replaced, the steel walls repaired, the holes were filled in, the vermiculite was replace, and a new liner was installed. We could not be more happy with the end results. The company that has serviced my pool for many years was unavailable when I realized that I had a leak in a pipe in my Gunter pool. We had a horrible experience with Coty Pool Company this summer 2018. After paying him thousands to replace a liner and troubleshoot a leaking pool, we were left with a total mess. Following the liner replacement, we lost over $1,000 worth of water and could not even swim in our pool. We contacted him many, many times asking him to address the issues and he NOT ONCE even came out personally to check out the job. Eventually had to hire a second company to investigate the problem which was among other things, a faulty liner installation which contract claims to be warrantied for product and labor. His website makes all kinds of claims which we found to be untrue or ambiguous at best. As of this date, he won't even return email or texts. read more
