The hours are wrong. Outside it states it opens at 9. I get there at 9am no one is there. I call the number no one answers. I come back around 9:20am no one is still there! Customer service is trash and the prices are high. My fiancé stood at the desk a for minutes and no one acknowledged him his last visit. He had to yell out for help although they knew he was there. Zero stars, do not take your clothes here. I had my jeans for 3 weeks decided they needed a clean after only wearing them twice. I didn't check them before I left which was my fault. I went back to see if they can fix them, an older lady helped and said she would try her best to fix them, It appears as if they left the press machine on them too long. A week goes by I went to see if they were done since she didn't call me to give me an update, there was a young lady at the front desk & she told me that they outsource the clothes to get pressed at another location. read more

I do not recommended this cleaner since the day they open I gave them a try out and when it was time to pick up my clothes they had a lot of grease stains I told the owner about them the first time they said they would redo them so I gave them another try. Then again I took them my clothes just to give them the benefit of the doubt and I believe the owner daughter was working the front and gave me horrible attitude. So I definitely would not recommend this cleaner save yourself time. read more

WISHED I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS: 0 STARS Went to pick up my nephews suit for his prom; initially notified the associate that I was picking up items for family and was quickly told that the bill wasn't paid. I was a bit surprised since my sister is very thorough with her things. I asked the associate to check again, she rudely looked bothered and repeated that the bill was unpaid. While she "looked" at her system I reviewed the garments, and did notice that the inside was ironed incorrectly as it left a long crease. Since I was pressed for time, I figured no one would see it although I did make note of it with the associate who honestly could care less. No attention to detail was given, and there was no offer nor effort to fix it. It was more of a what-do-you-expect-me-to-do look. Anyway, I paid for it. Later that day, I was commenting on the lack of service and the price. That's when we discovered that the Cleaners had ALREADY RECEIVED PAYMENT AND DOUBLE CHARGED. My sister called the shop, the associate was very mouthy and said it wasn't her problem; she left a message for the Owner who is no longer responding and possibly blocked her number. Today, a week later, another call was made to the shop to inquire and the same associate was a smart ass about it. Frankly, it wasn't much but it's about trust and principle; the lack of professionalism by the owner and way the associate is also acting is very telling. I can definitely understand why some clientele go-off on employees and shop owners, although we haven't. I am posting this review after watching my wife beat her head against the wall with theses folks for several weeks, then I made the un-answered calls the last few weeks. For more than a decade, she's had nothing but great success with the previous owners. If she had been to the cleaners that day she would always tell me that night when she'd be getting the armful of clothes out of the car for me to take up stairs so she could put them away, how wonderful the young couple was and how much she just loved them. Stark difference since the new owners. I put them in the "Ultra-High-End" price range due the lost clothing and frustration level. This is what my wife wants people to know about Century cleaners: I have had similar problems since they changed management. They bad mouthed Josh and Victoria the previous management for their problems. I am out a shirt because of their negligence. I had to initiate all contact with no apologies for the loss. I was promised reimbursement but whenever I call now they just give me more run around. I was always taught the customer was important to the business but have since learned this is not the case. I will never recommend them nor will I ever go back. CENTURY EXPRESS should be put out of business. To Josh and Victoria a thousand thank yous for your great service. I've brought two different things to this place to be dry cleaned and BOTH times I doubt they did anything to my suits other than (poorly) iron them and spray them with some freshener. The stains I brought them in for were there exactly how they were when I brought them in and the smell that was there for one of them was still there. I washed both things at home myself after I took them in and the problems that the lady said she "couldn't do anything about" were taken care of. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!! The previous owners left to India, and have left a group of teenagers in charge with absolutely no idea how to run a business. My story is the same as everyone else over the last few months. Personally, I dropped a uniform off here that was needed two days later, I paid for expedited service, they said it would be ready by 3pm today. Came back today and no uniform. They said it had possibly been sent to their other store, and that I could pick it up Monday. I explained that this was unacceptable, at which point they gave me a non working number to their other store. So I drive to the other store and they have no idea where the uniform is. Mind you each store is nothing but teenagers. Long story short, I just kept getting the run around, they couldn't tell me where my clothes were, no big deal to them, even if they returned my clothes a month from now it is no loss to them. As I waited at least three other customers came in asking for clothes that were "lost". They even offered a lady " store credit" for her almost new shirt that they lost. Another woman was told her leather jacket had possibly been sent to SAN FERNANDO! She said she had paid for expedited service and had been getting the run around for three weeks. I didn't see a single person come in and actually receive clothes. Yet another woman had her comforter "lost" Furthermore, they are unable to take credit card payments at this time, likely due to the fact that people's credit card information is being stolen from their system. Please read the other reviews, the workers at the shop confirm that they needed a lawyer due to some type of credit card identity theft case associated with the dry cleaners. !!! DON'T BE ANOTHER VICTIM. READ !!!! Sadly, I'm a victim of this cleaner's destructive service. (Should've read these reviews earlier) I ended up bringing my 2014 A/W Burberry Prorsum puffer coat to this establishment for it's first drying cleaning. It was a last minute decision being I travel for work. When I arrived I showed the front desk woman, Santinder, my jacket and asked whether they could clean a polyester jacket filled with Canadian goose down/feather or not. She laid the jacket on the counter, inspected it and assured me her "technicians" are skilled enough to handle the task. I left the jacket for 4 days there over a 3-day weekend and on pick-up day Santinder, greeted me and searched for my items. After a while of searching Santinder found my items and began to plastic wrap them. She got to my jacket and I spotted burn/bleached stain on the front left side. The second I asked what/where that damage came from she took defense and told me I brought the jacket in that condition even though she inspected the item and didn't see that upon it's arrival. Santinder forwarded me to the owner of Century Dry Cleaning. He told me he wasn't in the area and we scheduled a meeting meeting to speak about either fixing the issue or reimbursement. After waiting a little over than a week for a call back, I had to bother Santinder for one. The owner finally returned my call and immediately told me I brought the jacket to his establishment like that even though he wasn't there on its arrival to his establishment. I've never felt so betrayed. This is my 1st Yelp review and never thought I'd have to do this to any business. Learn from my loss and don't use this establishment. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. read more

I really like this place. I love the customer service, the management, the cleaning and the prices. Been coming here for a few years with no problems and will continue to come here. They are great when you are in a real emergency and need a suite or dress cleaned. I had a funeral I needed to tend to last minute and called the store the night before to speak to the manager to have my dress cleaned and the manager promised it to me first thing in the morning when the store opened. horrible! took my queen size, cotton bed spread to be dry cleaned. it was done a week later, but when i got it home and out of the bag, it was SHREDED! tares all over it on the top side and bottom, the gray was turned pink, the cotton batting was balled up in the center, it was full of lint and didnt smell good. i took it back, they wouldnt give me a refund, and insisted that their seamstress fix it. which i let them, which took another week! and then they refused to clean it again after being at the seamstress. and the seamstress didnt bother to try to flaten the batting balls before sowing either! the girl who helped me acted as if it was no big deal. read more
