Horrible. Shaping isn't where it's at, they also cut multiple of mine and my friends fingers. They only know how to do basic nails, So if that's what you're looking for go right ahead. The nails are thick, bumpy, and not smooth on top. They aren't able to do free hand designs in a way other nails shops I've been to have been able to do. They were also very rude! I ended up painting over my nails the second I got home, I didn't even want to take the time out of my day to go back and get them fixed for free. My nail tech also said while she was doing my nails "I learned how to do this on youtube" and it showed. My friends nail tech messed up on her powder color and said she would do gel nail polish and said "less work for her" but didn't adjust the price for messing up on her end. The first picture is what my nails looked like and the second is what they were supposed to look like. Moral of the story I have never had my nails looking so horrible in my life. So please take my word and do not go here unless you're getting one color and you're not getting fake nails. read more

This place is ridiculously overpriced. They are the closest to my house, and I find myself consistently giving them second chances. I paid EIGHTY DOLLARS for a pedicure and it didn't even last me 2 weeks before cracking at the edges. I paid for a higher end pedicure under the impression it would be $55, and found out they charge an extra $16 for GEL POLISH.. and the gel polish is supposed to "last longer" but couldn't even hold up normal wear. Honestly this place is the biggest waste of money, DO NOT GO HERE... even if it is convenient and close. I would prefer going to Nail Bar in Apple Valley over this place ANY DAY. You will NEVER catch me here again. I'm NOT a fan. read more

Quality was decent - but I was charged $61.00 for them to cut the cuticles of two fingers at the very end when my nails were already done. Also, massaged only one of my hands for about 2 seconds. That's NOT a manicure nor close to worth $61 + a tip. I ended up with a few fingers that had gel painted on my cuticles as well. She nicked my finger making it bleed but told me it was because my hands were too dry. Also told me multiple times my hands were too "cold" so that's why the acrylic wasn't drying and dripping off to the side...... no it was because she put too much on. At least i helped a business during Covid i suppose. But, no one deserves to get absolutely ripped off. read more

I've been getting dipping powder on my nails for over two years now. I recently moved and started going to this salon, since it offered the dipping powder service. I've never had so many issues. The service varies drastically in quality. Some of the nail techs seem to be brand new and not sure what they are doing. My bigger issue is that my nails have broken multiple times, and it often happens from the most minor thing. They must use really poor quality powder. I've had them fix the broken nails before, but most recently when this happened they wouldn't. After waiting 15 minutes, they said it couldn't be fixed and to put a bandaid over it. It felt like they were being very inconvenienced by me, even though it was definitely the other way around. I was shocked by the poor customer service. With all the nail salons around Eagan, there are definitely better ones out there! Stay away. read more

Monday I had a full done and by Thursday the paint all chipped off, I went in to have them fixed and the technician was not happy she had to redo them. I had her fix one other nail cause it was so crooked and I went as afraid it would break and the new nail she put on came out shorter then the rest and was still crooked. The new paint job came out bumpy and uneven. Once she was done she said ok you can go now. No apologies for what happened. I spend a lot to get my nails done and don't think having them consistent and nice looking is too much to ask. They did an awful job. I will not be back. read more

This place is hit or miss. They are more about the "upsell" and talking than actually focused on your nails. Today, I gave them one last try & im done. I normal salon was booked and I was in a pinch so I made a quick appt here - I think the gentleman that I had was new but he didn't do a good job. I asked for a gel manicure and I didn't get anything done to my cutilices My nails were still rough on the ends after I was done and it started peeling TWO days after. They all came off at day 5 and my nails are so thin and breaking that it hurts. I hate to leave such a negative review and I know each nail tech is different but this was the worst "gel manicure" and $30 I spent. read more

I called ahead to ask if this salon allows walk ins and if they can do marble effect full set. After receiving a yes here is my experience: Pro: - Thinh is good at shaping nails. Con: - Thinh does not know how to design a marble effect (it's easy, I'm in school right now for a nails tech license and if I was ambidextrous I would for sure marble my own nails). - Thinh and all the other employees there were talking about me in a negative way (I'm fluent in Vietnamese). - I was told that everyone working there either doesn't know how to do the marble effect or they're REALLY terrible at it.. - They told me this AFTER they already glued, shaped, and put gel on my nails (seriously, why couldn't you tell me this before). - I was still charged at full price ($55) (They were only halfway into my "full set" didn't even polish my nails with anything.) read more

They did the pedi in the chair, and then stood next to me in the same chair and filed my nails, instead of cutting my cuticles they used the sanding tool...which made my nails so paper thin they are now splitting, had me hold a bowl of water to soak my fingers for 30 seconds, and put on polish. My usual nail salon changed hours and is no longer open on Sundays. So I came here according to great reviews. And I don't think I will be back, not any time soon anyway. Upon checking in, I was sat down with one giant book of manicure colors. When asked if I found a color I said no and if there are any other books. Minutes later I was given other books. When I finally chose a color, my manicurist misunderstood me and cut my nails short when I had grown them out for my manicure. My manicure looks okay but you can definitely tell that it was a rushed job. Maybe I'll try visiting again when they're less busy to see if service is any better. read more

They were talking amongst themselves about how my choice of color "wouldn't look good on my tan skin"( a light beige; I only go for nudes, white or black) but then said it didn't "look so bad" after they painted my nails. What a horrible experience. Rude staff and overpriced. $20 for a manicure. Nowhere in Eagan is it that expensive. Two employees jumped all over me because I didn't know the name of the OPI Red I needed. I showed them the color of my toenails to match it to but they couldn't figure it out. It was my first time here and definitely my last. Horrible customer service. They were all rude to every customer. They don't even deserve one star. Worst nail salon I have been to in Eagan. The customer service is horrible. They have signs everywhere you look saying can refuse service, pay in cash or it will cost more, call the salon phone and no personal contact with technicians. All technicians spoke to each other the whole time and wouldn't talk with the customers themselves unless they had to. It was so rude. My nail tech Mahu (spelling?) rushed through the whole thing. Right before she was about to put on the polish some people walked in and gave her and just talked to her. From then on she rushed through the polish process and kicked me out as fast as she could. Got upset when I asked for a 3rd coat since it was not showing up as the color I chose. She rubbed lotion on my hand and didn't do any part of the massage part which is a staple of the manicure process. I wasn't even to my car yet and I see her run out to her car and speed off. This was so rude. Why did she do my nails if she didn't have time to give me the proper experience. I would go somewhere else and not waste your time on this place! read more

The salon was clean and upscale with nice TV's, the front desk acknowledged me immediately and the manicurist was super professional and nice. Visited the first time on 6/22/2018 and it was terrible. My pedicure polish looks awful. I asked for a manicure and DIP on my nails. They burned my nails multiple times with the tools and I got the DIP but NO manicure, not even a hand soaking. Then the website said $5.00 off with mani/pedi combo and yet they fought me on it and asked for a coupon. I pulled up the website advertising it and they said they will only do it one time, yet its ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE. I will never go back!!! read more

Central nails in Eagan is very clean and they do nice work but I'm frustrated with the scheduling process. I made an appointment early today for this evening and when I arrived I was asked to wait. After waiting 15 to 20 minutes I asked about my appointment time I was told it be an additional 15 minutes. I could not stay because I had other obligations and it was just frustrating that even after Scheduling appointment they could not fit me in nor did they care. I leave for vacation tomorrow and this really put me in a bad spot. read more

Love how clean and professional they are with what they do but when it comes to customer service the owner is rude why you ask well I got my nails done by a young lady and just left them clumpy and just not what you pay for ( they are pricey ) yet that price comes with cleanness!!!!
