Pickup was Wednesday and delivery was Friday exactly as promised. They were easy to communicate with, professional, and careful with the rug. Even including a tip, the total was only about $45, which I thought was extremely reasonable for the amount of work involved. I would absolutely use them again for oversized laundry items.
