The place is a bit pricey but I never had an issue paying because service was good . I dropped off a special occasion dress 2 weeks ago to get cut . It was a gown that I requested to be cut SHORT at knee length . Went back to pick it up 2 weeks later and when I got home the dress was cut at tea length and it looked like the perfect outfit for a nun to wear and not a special event . I called and said I was bringing the dress back on Tuesday , however after rethinking the situation I realized I could not attend my Saturday event with this dress the way it was . I went in on Saturday morning and she wasn't in , her kids said she would be back before 1pm so I asked them to call her and see if she could fix the mistake today as I needed the dress by no later than 2-3pm . She then proceeded to tell me she doesn't do same day alterations blah blah blah . Making a long story short I was charged $145 for a bad alteration not to my expectation and was left to deal with it . I honestly expected better customer service considering the amount of money I spent in this place over the years . I had to take the dress elsewhere to get altered to my standards and pay again wasting time and money I didn't have . So I don't really recommend this services because all will go well until it doesn't and when it doesn't there's NO EFFORT on their part to address your concern .. I'm left with a dress u can't wear on a Saturday when no one else is available and at the day of my event .

I also recently gave them a HS leather sleeve jacket that had sentimental value and some ink stains on the sleeve. They once again cleaned up that jacket to old-new and made me smile. My friend trusted them with her wedding dress. They did great work on it, and boxed it up real nice for her. Staff is always friendly. The new owner (I am assuming) was not only rude and dismissive to what I was asking for from the beginning, but very threatening when I was simply trying to ask for them to fix my pieces. Even after paying for one of the items to be redone (hemmed jeans), they were still horribly done/Frankensteined together - I can't even explain it lol. I just went to look at one of the linen shorts I got hemmed and they are not even evenly cut??...they are also not hemmed and noticeably just used a "stem a seam". This cleaner was recommended by our hotel after they assisted us in locating a cleaner willing to take on the task of cleaning a wedding dress in less than 24hrs. The service desk at the hotel reported that they called over 20 cleaners & no takers. I was referred to Diana who greeted me pleasantly and assured me that the dress would be ok. I dropped the dress @ 4:45 and worried all night long that my sister would be a gownless bride! However, thanks to Diana and her family we had the dress in hand, stain removed, perfectly pressed, and DELIVERED back to us by 12:30 the next day. The delivery was a huge help as we were tied up in wedding day hair & makeup all morning. The dress looked spectacular & my sister was relieved to be married in the gown of her dreams. I drop off so that I can get a receipt; I have to proactively ask for a receipt as the staff worker barely speaks/engages with you; They dropped off my dry cleaning without the bag, when I called they said they would drop it off the next day...no one ever dropped it off.
