I gave em all my clothes I was too lazy to wash, 75% of it clothes I wear to boxing or kickboxing, & a bunch of handwraps and sports bras. Hunnny, they did it ALL, made it smell nice, folded it so good I wondered about the technique, separated the stuff that shoulda been, & best of all, re-wrapped my handwraps, even better than I woulda, velcro & all. I was kinda amazed, but more impressed. It didn't take long to do at all, and when I showed up an hour & half early, they already had it bagged and ready in the back. Now, it's a small lil place to do your own laundry, so wear yuh mask and side-step past other folks if you plan to do that. And there are sooo many laundromats in that area, you may go elsewhere to make sure you get a machine. As for the other machines, some of them are out of order. They use to give you a bonus of $5 if you spent $20. Then that went down to $3. And nowadays, if you use a $20 bill in the change machine, they give you a bonus of $1. And for that one dollar, they advertise it all over the store. As if $1 was something to get excited for. And to top it all off, iIf you lose money on a vending machine, they claim no responsibility. Classy.

I found this place and decide to check it out based on a review. Got there and felt like I'd seen an oasis because it was a late afternoon/early eve on a Saturday and in relation to the size of the place, quite empty. The place is small and narrows toward the back where the dryers are on one side and the small apron the other. It gets really congested and there's no room for you to comfortably pass someone loading or unloading clothes on either side. So you have to wait or interrupt the person's process. I'm sure it's annoying being on either side of that coin. There are 3 super loaders, 6-8 medium loaders and a nice amount of space in the lane between them. 1 of the super loaders was out of order and 3 of the 20-22 dryers were also. Not too bad. The place is clean and well kept. I would come here again. But could only give it 3 stars because of the size of the place and the fact that you need cash because the machines are coin operated and there is no ATM at the laundromat (ugh!). But thankfully there's a liquor warehouse directly across the street that has one and there are 2 change machines in the laundromat.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS…read more ive been in NYC for 20 years, and have frequented many many laundromats/wash and fold spots. never have i had an experience like this. customer service/care for customers is horrendous. this was my first and last time here. when i dropped off my laundry i requested to have it all washed on cold. i cant imagine that happened, because two of my shirts' arms are now significantly shorter than before (these are shirts i've had for years) the cherry on the cake was, when i came in, i needed a laundry bag. i saw they had some. i pointed to the laundry bags and asked if i could have one. there was a long pause. i said "i can buy it".... the woman ,still staring at me, and said yes and charged me $6.75 (which is HIGH for a cheap thin laundry bag, USUALLY places just give them to you or charge like $1) whatever... when i arrived back to pick my things up i noticed a sign on the door i missed the first time (it was clearly not a new sign). it said FREE LAUNDRY BAG FOR NEW CUSTOMERS. i asked the woman who checked me out (who was the same one who checked me in) why she charged me (nearly $7 no less) for the same Laundry Bag theyre giving away to new customers for free. she said "well you said you'd buy it" i told her "thats because i didnt know...why didnt you tell me?" again she just stared... i then asked "can i please get it refunded?" "NO. YOU SAID YOUD BUY. YOU BOUGHT" i told her at that point i would not be back. she clearly didnt care. if thats how they treat their potential custoemrs/customers i want no part in this place ...and this all happened BEFORE i knew they ruined two of my shirts... adios.

I've been coming here for about a month or two now and I can confidently say that I would recommend this laundromat to those who are near and far. Yes, I have done my own laundry and have used their drop off and pick up services quite a handle of times. Personally, my clothes smell incredible, but I can't speak for everyone.
