I had already put all my clothes in the washer...only thing I needed was to get a new card & fill money in it. There were a bunch of handwritten signs written in Spanish which I couldn't understand it...so I asked the older man working there if they were out of order or what the situation is with getting the card...he told me that he would have to grab the card behind the counter because the money machine doesn't give cards...okay no problem handed him the cash & he ended up putting the money in the machine & getting a card out. Then he said I couldn't read & I told him I can read english perfectly fine but I don't speak fluent Spanish because that's not my background & that he should've had two signs in both languages out to avoid something like this. I grabbed the card & was going to fill the money up myself and this man starts yelling at me because He didn't understand why I grabbed the card I paid for and didn't want him handling the card or money any longer...I was super fed up with his attitude at this point & asked for my money back because he had a comment about everything. I ended up bagging my clothes up again...as I was doing this this man is saying something in the background & laughing...no one else besides me & him were there.
