Poor quality!! Don't take your phone here.. They repaired my phone but in the process they did a lot more damage! That can't be repaired and also couldn't clean up the phone. They left glue all over and I can't get it off. Also they said the work was going to take 4 hrs but they ended up getting it done till the next day!!! They couldn't even give a call to let me know that it was going take to the next day to be finished. read more

Took my phone here due to the battery going bad. This is an internal battery so I was unable to take the back off. They quickly changed the battery within 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the battery was still not keeping a charge. We took it back and they ordered a brand new battery. It came in a week later and the battery has been fine since. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Ever. Coolest dudes ever, and so. fast. literally in and out in less then 15 minutes. It's been almost 3 months since i got my screen fixed by them, and the bottom half of my screen went out, completely unresponsive to touch. I took it in, they slapped on a new screen and a tempered glass and sent me on my way, letting me know if i has anymore problems, just to swing by. that 90 warranty (so long as it wasn't something that you did aka crack your screen again) comes in sooo handy. but AMAZING service, I absolutely love it and recommend everyone I know to go here. Chris was incredibly patient and professional while assisting me. I was running around in circles trying to figure out what to do with my recently destroyed phone. I ended up having to get a series of refunds after I jumped the gun on a few options I had. Chris was quick to fix this, however, and explained that if they can't solve the problem then they will not charge. The suggestions given were well thought out, and it is easy to tell the techs here know their stuff. I have yet to have my issue resolved simply because I currently lack the funds. After dropping my IPhone 11 Pro off with these guys due to major cracks in the front and back of the screen, I returned 5 hours later to pick it up. The phone screen was replaced and appeared to be fixed but when I got into my car I noticed that not only the facial recognition but also my front facing camera were both not working at all! I go back inside to inquire what had happened with the front associate. He then tripped over his words as he appeared to "explain" that the screen was fixed but the Face ID and camera didn't work because the damage was too servere. I then questioned him further as to why I wasn't notified at all during them working on it because I had given then my all my contact information when I had dropped it off. I then also questioned them as to why when I picked up the phone and paid nearly $300 for the job, I wasn't notified of the issue. Another associate came out and did his best to "explain" that they didn't my password to unlock my phone. I proceeded to tell him that if they needed it they could've had it when they initially got all my info but didn't ask and also that the camera can be accessed with out a password on all iPhones as this is common knowledge to IPhone users. He then proceeded to tell me they could fix the camera for an additional charge! The guys seem nice but poor customer service, poor communication, and overall a poor job. Anyone reading this, take your business elsewhere. read more
