This 1 star rating is very generous! If YELP allowed a 0 star rating it would be more accurate. Long story short... I purchased a new case from this kiosk located at Scottsdale Fashion Square in October just before Halloween. My old case, which I'd purchased from them almost 6 months prior, had a card slot built in where I stored my debit card. The representative switched out the old case for the new one while I casually looked at the other case options behind the glass. I DID NOT leave the kiosk during this time. Upon receiving my phone with the new case, I asked the guy for my old case. (Which again, housed my debit card. I hadn't used it that day, having just arrived at the mall & the kiosk was my first stop.) He said, "I already gave it back to you." After going back & forth with this guy for almost 5 minutes, the other associate, also male approaches me & hands over my old case. "There wasn't a card inside...", he says. At no point did I mention to either of these men that my debit card was inside the old case. Hmmmm.... I examined the old case to find that my debit card was now missing. Needless to say, I left the kiosk knowing my debit card hadn't excused itself from the case & disappeared on its own! Idk... maybe it grew bored or hungry... Anyway, I immediately drove directly to my financial institution & advised them of what happened. The personal banker advised that there were 3 pending online transactions that had been processed back to back within the last 20 minutes! Seriously!! Fortunately, I was able to have the 3 charges, (totaling $826.42), reversed & the card canceled due to fraud. I'm not accusing anyone of anything. Like I said, maybe the debit card decided to make a few online purchases on its own... idk. However I urge everyone to keep this in mind... CAVEAT EMPTOR. (Don't know what this means? Look it up!) I can't believe that this place has such low reviews. I had to bring my phone in to get fixed, after getting it replaced just a few days before somewhere else. After the first place, my phone screen stopped working (the touch) to the point where it wasn't responsive to any touch. The side volume was also pressed in. We called ahead of time to see if they were still open and the cost of replacement, and the man working (I didn't catch his name) kindly informed us of the cost and that I could bring it in even right before closing. He examined my phone before repairing to determine whether it would need repaired, replaced my screen, AND helped clean the volume button area to bring the button back out. He replaced it and my screen works perfectly well now. He was so so nice. I definitely recommend this place. read more

This business repaired the broken glass on my iPhone 7S. It was installed incorrectly, and stress fractured, 2 days later. I even had purchased their new hard case, as well their screen protector, neither of which showed any impact. Wanted to charge me again to fix it. read more

0 Star Cellairis NIGHTMARE. This place is a fraud. Had an issue with my LCD screen, and they replaced it for $180. Two days later, woke up only to find that my phone screen was not working at all. Took it back to them and they said that there was a "crack" of the screen caused by "internal swelling of the battery" and wanted to charge me $240 for a new LCD screen and a new battery. Took it to apple who said that there was no signs of battery swelling and that there werre several missing parts of the replaced LCD and that basically the LCD screen that celLairis gave me was bogus. Took it back to cellairis and they still would not honor the refund, and were VERY rude and basically called me a liar. Avoid this place at all costs, horrible business with selfish and unkind scums working there. Products they sell are cheap and faulty brought in from china, and then when they break they will make up any reason to say that it is your fault and scam you out of your money. read more

So disappointed, the owner lied to my husband. He went in wanting a specific black phone case, but they didn't have in Stock, so the owner made a deal, he could purchase a clear one that day, then come back in a couple days when he gets his order in. (He said it would include the case he wanted) so my husband could do an even exchange. We went back that Friday, when he said, and there was a gal working who said the order never came in. I left our name and number so we wouldn't have to keep making trips to check. Of course they never called and now we still have a clear phone case. I dropped my phone while I was in Scottsdale on business and really, REALLY needed my phone to work by early Monday morning. My hotel called over there at 6:45 p.m. on Sunday and reached a woman who said if I got there quickly, she would stay and fix it. BUYERS BEWARE! THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!! I went to have my cracked iPhone 6 glass screen replaced and even bought a screen protector with the repair. Paid $110 for an after market glass screen and the screen protector. The store told me, I had a 30-day warranty should there be any problems. A week later, my new glass screen started to separate at the top. I went back to complain and to get it replaced (since it was within the 30 day warranty), only to be told by the owner (Sean) he wasn't going to warranty it, because there was a small chip on the screen protector (not on the actual glass screen). I got upset, but remained calm and started to videotape the owner. After I kept questioning the owner why he wouldn't replace it as per his store policy, the owner called security and lied to security claiming I was yelling and causing a scene (none of which were true). On the video you can hear me remain calm the entire time. Security called the police and when I explained what was going on, the owner lied further. I was banned by police from re-entering the mall for 1 year, so now I have no way to get this phone warranteed. The owner knew this, as he is seen smirking on the video. I know this is NOT the first time he has done this. The owner also admitted that the screen protectors cost him .50 cents to buy, but sells it for $30 (or $15 if you get a glass screen replacement). What a huge upcharge. He lost my business and my family's business. Maybe in Bangladesh this is how they do business, but here in the good ol' USA, it's not acceptable!! Spread the word about his conduct, he will do it to you as well if you're not careful. We need to make sure he goes out of business!!! He doesn't even deserve 1 star. read more
