UPDATE X2: Thanks, Loi! I brought my phone back in the next day and he replaced the screen again for free! He explained to me that it was a faulty screen and he warantees his screen replacements (i.e. doesn't include water damage, another cracked screen, etc. that happened after the initial screen replacement). That's fair and understandable. He was also nice enough to call me back because I left my water bottle there the previous day! Lastly, he was a crazy awesome Funko Pop collection! Definitely check it out while you're waiting for your devices to get fixed. --- UPDATE: My Touch ID isn't working anymore. I will discuss this with him later and see what we can work through. --- Great and fast service: He turned on an episode of Friends on Netflix for me to watch while I waited and took a little over half an episode for him to finish my phone. Right on time before I head to work. Quality of repair: Decent. The bottom edge of my phone screen is sticking up a bit and I notice a change in sensitivity to force touch/sliding, but that's fine because I wasn't expecting to have full compatibility of the screen and the phone. After a few more days of use, I'll get used to the change in sensitivity. Price: VERY GOOD. This is what I was looking for when I was browsing Yelp for prices. My iPhone was completely shattered on the front and the back, and Loi was able to fix it right away. He responds back in such a timely manner and I can tell he really cares about what he does. About a month later after repairing my phone, I noticed the touch screen was not working. I contacted him to let him know That there was something wrong with my phone. Had a iPhone 6 plus that got a broken screen again and the place I used to go to appears to have shut down so I turned to yelp and found Cell Tech. I took my phone there and even though he was finishing up one repair and had two phone needing screen replacement before me (an iPhone 11pro max, and a I think an iPhone 10) and I was out the door about 30-35 minutes with a new screen and phone was looking and working great. Loi was really nice and helpful. He definitely knows what he's doing, does it right, does it fast and his prices were pretty good. $50 out the door and I have no complaints. As a side note he was selling masks for this pandemic situation that are really nice masks. They include a filter inside and they have a huge variety of sizes and colors so it is not like all these people selling on the corners where you get what they got. These are all hand made locally and made professionally in high quality. I have about 20 different masks of types and styles and these are my go to mask for their quality, fit, and style. No more wearing a bandana like I'm some kind of old school Western bandit. :) Give this place a try if you need your phones or tablets repaired. I dropped my phone and the screen went out. Barely cracked it just wouldn't turn on. I called around and Cell Tech had the best price. He just used his last iPhone XS screen but said he could overnight ship the screen. For some reason the delivery was delayed a day but he offered to put a different screen that way I was able to use my phone until the correct screen came in. He called me as soon as the screen came in and fixed it in 10 minutes or less. He did not charge me any extra for the temporary fix or the overnight shipment of the screen. I'm so happy with how fast he was able to get it done, I'll be going back to get my daughters iPad screen fixed because she cracked it bad and he gave me a great price for the fix on that. read more
