The did not have a new screen available, but they put on a loaner screen, so that my daughter can use her phone for the weekend while they order a new screen for her phone. They called on Tuesday letting her know that the new screen came in. We came in, and they put on a new screen for a fair price. It only has been a week, but it works fine so far.
