I came in with a Groupon for glass replacement, but they claimed that the LCD is broken too and therefore I must pay more than the Groupon voucher. My iPhone 5 only had cracked glass, but they claim it needed the LCD too. So I paid addional $100 more plus Groupon $50. Also, brought in Samsung S7 a few months later to replace LCD without a Groupon and they charged pretty much the same price as my iPhone 5 a few months earlier. So the Groupon is a total bait and switch. Don't bother buying it. I got the Samsung back the next day and not same day as promised. That night, I notice the home button didn't press down and felt "stuck". And that same night, the new LCD screen went black within a few hours. I went back the next day and they claim that I was pressing too hard on the LCD so the LCD is damaged again. What??? It's a touch screen so you're supposed to touch it. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid for the LCD screen again and they agree to fix the "spring" behind the home button. When I got it back, I didn't look at it carefully since there's plastic film and rubber bands all over phone. I took it home and noticed that night, the home button isn't the same button. My button was not damage before. Looks like they switched out my blemish free home button for a used chipped home button!! Also, the back button doesn't light up anymore even though it still works. So maybe they didn't hook up the wires properly?? And the back phone cover has heat damaged or has adhesive on it or something. The back cover looked like crap. Not blemish free like before. So I took it back the next day to complain about the additional damage that wasn't there before. At first he said my phone was already like that. Which I know is BS because it was blemish free and flawless when I took it in the first time. After some more complaining, the tall guy (didn't get his name) said he'll fix it, but they couldn't fix it over the weekend because it's really busy over weekend. He suggested to bring it back the following week on a week day. However, the following week, Houston went into Corona virus lock down. So we didn't return until a few weeks later after we felt it was safe. During this stay home lock down period, the LCD went black again. The phone wasn't dropped or anything. Phone screen went black in middle of a text. When I went back into store to remind the (tall guy) about fixing the previous issues and to show him that the LCD screen went black again. He again blamed it on me!! He said I was pressing down on the screen too hard. Really? It's a touch screen!! Two times in row that the screen doesn't even last a month and goes black. He said he'll have to charge me again to fix the phone and the other issues too. What a scam! Poor workmanship!!! They claim there's a 90 day warranty, but don't even honor it. They don't ever admit it's their fault for poor shoddy work and I know for a fact they swapped out my new blemish free home button for a broken one. After reading other reviews, I'm concerned they may have swapped out my good parts for used parts. BEWARE don't go to Cell Spa in Sugarland. I think they're called Mastro on Groupon also. I found this business because they had 4 stars on YELP and lots of positive reviews. I was looking to buy an unlocked cell phone that would work with sprint. I went to the store and they gave me an iphone 7 plus and said it was unlocked and would work with Sprint. I purchased it. He told me there is no return or exchange. The next day I went to sprint to get my SIM card in and sprint told me the phone was not compatible with Sprint. so the following day 8/10/2020 I went back to the store and told them it was not compatible with sprint even though they sold it to me on the premise that it was compatible with sprint. They then called sprint to confirm and found it was true. The phone was not compatible. They brought out 2 more iphone 7 plus from the back to check if it was compatible with sprint and it was not. I told them to give me a refund and let me go. They said they would not give me a refund and that another shipment of phones was coming in and I should wait. I told them they deceived me by telling me that the phone was compatible with all providers including sprint and therefore they needed to give me a refund. I told him I would sue him. He said go ahead. I told him that I would write a bad review on YELP he said he would delete it. I thought this was ludricrous business and i began to record him and what he was saying. He told me I couldnt record him and called the cops on me. The cop came she heard both our sides, she asked them to just give me a refund. They said they couldn't and then she advised me to take them to court. I left the phone at the store without a refund. I am pretty sure this business owner has done this to other people and is finding ways to obscure YELP reviews. I only went to this company because of YELP but they are abusing consumers. read more

I visited there last week to fix my minor screen crack. They charged me 80 bucks and screwed my phone. After fixing the screen, it was scrolling automatically and I was not able to use my phone. Dialing automatically, phone locked 10 times. I visited there twice later same day but no benefit. At night, my phone was completely dead. I had no option than to trash it. Hats off to their work. Never recommended to visit there. Pay 150 but fix in Apple. Don't take chance to fix your issues there. I wish there could be 0 star rating. They can't deserve 1 star even . read more

Found them on Facebook and message them to ask about changing my sons iPhone 6s broken screen, they said it will be $49 I send a picture to confirm and they said yes, it's $49 to change screen. I got there and told me it'll take 30 minutes I waited (a little scared, the area is not great and were only men there) they came out and asked me to write the password of the phone to test the sensors DONT GIVE THEM THE PASSWORD!!! I was so scared and in a rush to leave that I wrote it down and they went back to do it. You can't actually see what they are doing to your phone. I called my husband and son and they came and they were so mad I gave them the password, they came out and told me that the LCD screen was also broken and that the phone wouldn't work if they don't change that and for that it will be another $50. Since we were already there we agreed. They said we need en come back in two hours so we did. I had doubts but I didn't think much of it. Picked up the phone and it was already fixed and paid the $100. One week later indeed my son had TWO FRAUDULENT CHARGES OF $50 each for iTunes. He had all his info on that phone and the people in this place were the only ones with full access to his phone. He had his card on iPay. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! Would rate lower if I could. These guys are not legitimate - I trusted the fairly strong 4 star review that was on Yelp and got burned when buying a phone. I started out looking for iPhone X's online and came across an Offerup posting that turned out to be there's. The price was fair and the condition was really good so I went ahead and purchased the phone. I immediately began noticing screen issues and started doing some research with the still naive notion that the phone was defective from Apple. Turns out, other iPhone X phones were having similar issues to the ones I was having and Apple had a screen replacement program to repair this issue. When I took the phone in Apple informed me the phone had an aftermarket screen and that they could not repair the screen unless I paid them. Now I have a phone that won't respond to gestures and taps and I'm out over $600. Don't be as trusting of these people as I was and take your money elsewhere. read more

Went in to fix my cracked iPhone 7 glass and had to end up replacing the LCD screen which i was okay with. It took them 2 hours and when I got it back the screen didn't even function correctly. They said it was an original part but clearly it was not. The home button was unleveled (even though the iPhone 7 shouldn't even have a home button because it is a single piece of glass..), the screen is clearly not retina display, and the sensitivity is terrible! I can't even manage to type a text message correctly and it presses random things on the screen. I went back 3 times to address the issue and nothing was done. Be careful of this cell phone repair Shop ( Very very disappointed ) I had one of my worst experience dealing with cellphone repair shop. I can blame my self because I did not take in consideration bad review that I read before going there. Now , I learned my lesson. I made a deal with them to replace the LCD/Screen damage on my phone. We agree for the price . I remind them for more than 3 times about the confirmation of the price $120, because, I had to drive more than 1hr 20 min to reach there and more than 1hr 20Min back. But, I was surprised that when I reached there, the first person start by giving me the price of $220 and then when I show our conversation about what we agree, he told me that , since I am already there, he can do $165. At that time, I just realized that I was fouls and just fail in an online scam . Their strategies is to attract you with a low price online and then, when you are in the store, they give you a high price. And when you thing about your gas burned, you can fail in their trap. I will advice to stay away of those people. They are scammers. Save your gas. read more

I contact this place by offer up! They advertise unlock iCloud I purchase a phone on Craigslist and is locked with iTunes so I took it they told me it will be 2 hrs and 40 dollars, after 2 hours they told me another 2 hours drove 35 miles to the place so basically wasted all day in their neiborhood and at the end their answer is sorry phone is BLACKLISTED!!!! That was clear already place look nice but I don't like to loose phone from my sight they take to the back and you don't have idea what they do!! On the other hand I have an iPhone 6 water damage wasn't turning on at all when I ask for and estimate over the phone they answer 30 dollars THATS A TRICK just to bring costumer in, then they say they try a magical solution and if is not fix they charge 89.00 and if is not fix you don't have to pay anything so at the end phone was fixed!!!!! They use non Apple parts here. Fixed 2 phones here and in less than a month both had multiple complications such as the screen fading in and out, plus home button issues. Would advise everyone to stay away from here. Don't trust the high star reviews on this place. I highly advise everyone to just go someone else and get it fixed. Do not deal with these people, they are con artists. They sold my wife and I a phone and gave us a free case to cover up a thumb sized crack on the side. They overcharged us (didn't realize this at the time) and the phone itself has not worked on data. It is a Sprint phone that is incompatible with AT&T and TMobile. They refuse to refund due to store policy even though they didnt sell us the *new* S7 as advertised. It is a scam, do not deal with these people. Rizwan is spamming Facebook and Craigslist and this has been a horrible situation to be in! read more
