went there to buy simple mobile Sim card , i asked the price the guy said 15 i said OK , then other guy come and start working to activate my new Sim card and he gave me different price , he said $20 , I told him the other guy told me 15 , then he ask him, he said yes, then he continue identify my account information , then the main guy who said 15 give me written receipt said 17,just number 17 total 17 , I told him why 17 he said with tax , you don't want pay tax,he said , i said no ,he said in front of all customers there , this is America and you have to pay tax , I told him yes i can pay when you show me original receipt explain taxes , tax $2 tax for $15 is not Texas rate ,i got mad and left , went to other store and bought the Sim card ,my bad luck simple mobile couldn't activate it ,they said some thing wrong with the system and some one mess up with your a count , I figure out he did something ,I talked to a manager and explain what happened and i report him as a dealer , that was in May -2011 I went to Tmobile store to switch to Tmobile so I can pull my number , 14 days t-mobile they couldn't;t make it works , first 3 days they said you are with Verizon not simple mobile , i called Verizon and they said your number not with us , i was in loop and canât fine a solution , finally I called the manager in NTC in Mobile and he said you gave us wrong account number and you with Verizon I told him I called Verizon and they said no I am not with them , he said there is START WIRELESS VERIZON COMPANY , I keep GO OGLE nothing under that name , then I called the cell spa but the other location in Houston not the sugary land one,both bad same owner , I asked him he said no company like that name , i told him t mobile said I am with VERIZON and Verizon said NO , what company sell service to Verizon ,I asked , he said Page Plus singular , I called that company and found my number was transferred to them , i took the account number and gave it to Tmobile to transfer my number ,the cell spa was mad at me and he transfer my a count when I fought with him about tax to page Plus Singular , my number is active with Tmobile now ,I was a bout to lose my business number , these guys is bad people, please be a way from them...google them both locations read more

Do not and never come to this place! Terible customer service. If I was not busy I would call the police. They lied customers and tried to tell you have to pay more to repair. My story: I searched on Groupon for Iphone 5 screen repair. My phone was cracked the glass, not the LCD inside. The Indian guy told me wait and came back tell me my phone broken glass only. However he told me the cable was bent or broken so his tech will replace the whole kit (lcd+glass+camera cable).The price he suggested is $50 instead of buying on Groupon for $69. I checked the price for the kit on Ebay and accept to be replaced. He also confirmed with me it will be the original part from Apple (he lied) After 20 mintues, he gave me the new sceen with the plastic seal on the screen. I noticed him there are some colored lights on the screen. He told me that's normal. They will dissapear after 2-3 hours. After 3 hours, it still there. I came back tomorrow and that Indian guy tried to hide me, he did not even look at me. One guy as the manager tried to tell me my screen was bent and the air caused colored bubbles like that. And he knew for sure his technician replaced the glass and cable only, no LCD replaced. And i need replace the whole Kit which cost $150 - $50 = $90. I told him ask the the Indian guy why he told me clearly he would replace the whole kit yesterday instead of the glass as the manager said. The manager tried to prevent that Indian guy open his mounth. He said that all he can do for me. Today I came to Apple Store at First Colony Mall, Apple tech looked at my phone and indicate my screen is not original part. It comes from third party seller which is not qualified with Apple warranty. My phone will be rejected right away if he tried to send to Apple repair depot. I told him that Indian guy confirmed it's original part of Apple. The Apple tech said "NO". I'd like everyone stay away this place. And also writing to Groupon will not work with these guys. Please do not go to this store!!!!! They cannot fix your phone !! It is a total waste of money! The reason why I came here to this store because of Groupon for 90 But I ended up paid 150 for a total to fixed the screen of my iPhone 6s Plus! They're scamming but it was too late now!!! This place is a scam! I bought two NEW iPhones in Nov and Dec 2017 for this place. The phone I bought in Nov stopped working and the owner, Sam, said the screen needed to be replaced and would be ready in 30 minutes. When I went back to pick it up, he said also the LED needed to be replaced for extra money, of course. That's NOT the issue, though! I got suspicious and went to Apple Store for a second opinion and Apple said that the phone was 3 years old!! First activation of this supposedly NEW phone I bought was in March 2015. I also had Apple check the second iPhone I had bought in Dec 2017 and they confirmed it was a couple of years old and out of warranty already! I contacted the owner, Sam, and he denied the phones were already used and had the audacity to tell me that since the Dec iPhone is working and had no issue then what's the problem?? THE PROBLEM is, SAM, you are knowingly selling products under the pretense that they're new and you're charging prices for NEW products when you know very well that the product was used, repaired and sold as NEW!! This is fraud and unethical. I have contacted my credit card and the BBB to investigate. read more

This place is a scam! So all I needed was a screen change bc mines was broken and the original price they quoted me was $90 once I picked it up they told me they found more issues wrong with my phone so they charged me $140. A bait and switch tactic! I paid it, a day later my screen is going everywhere jumping all over the place, I can't stay on an app it'll shut me out. Just completely ridiculous and mind you it had never done this before so I know it's their cheap screens. I asked for them to fix the issue they created and the same thing was happening. The didn't want to give me a refund or even try a better quality screen. So they simply told me they were waiting for a shipment from China with better screens for my iPhoneX. Just wanted to take a moment to thank Josh for helping us repair our iPhone 6 Plus. We arrived with a broken screen, or so we thought. After his thorough explanation of the differences between a cracked screen and the risk involved with reusing the LCD we decided to let him replace both. Had we not done this the problem may have gotten worse. While he was explaining all this to us I was (of course) cross-checking his statements on Google. Everything was legit. I would highly recommend that anyone use Cell Spa for their repairs. We saved over $30 by going through Cell Spa instead of directly through the Apple Store. P.S. Even though Apple advertises their repair as "screen repair", essentially they are replacing the glass and LCD as well. Thanks again Josh. 4 years and this is still my favorite shop in town. I go at least once a month and they are always packed and Tony always goes out of his way to recommend things to me when I pay my bill. My family has purchased over 5 devices and only one time I had a defect. The phone was swapped on the spot. The customers are treated like family here and they know everyone by name. Most negative reviews are from people with problems with attempted repairs. Logic will tell you that sometimes electronics fail and if it's broken maybe they need to understand that sometimes things cannot always be fixed. I was looking for a Samsung galaxy 8 for a family member. I went on offer up in search for the perfect phone. Which I did come across it. I was so happy! And the service was amazing. He sent me the address and 30 minutes later I arrived. There was no wait and Sam was very helpful and friendly from the beginning to the end! I hate to see the negative reviews! We've been going to Tony and Josh and the crew at Cell Spa for over five years. They've always taken great care of us. Whether it be fixing a glitchy phone or app, buying a new or used one, or just paying our bill, we've always had a good experience with them. I just dropped by there a few days ago to get my old phone data transferred to a new one. Five minutes and a hand shake later my new phone was ready to go...no charge. i went to a previous cell repair place and they held my phone for like three days and weren't able to fix my issue but then i came here to Cell Spa and within a matter of 30 minutes they were able to identify my issue and fix the problem! it was AMAZING! they were also very nice and compliant and QUICK! and quick is what i needed because this i've been having this issue for weeks and the other cell repair shop could not help for the life of me but I came here and they provided excellent service! they were pretty reasonably priced as well for the services they offer. :) DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ! read more

I came to sell spot because I really needed to get a new phone and accessories for my device and after reading great reviews I knew that this was the place that I wanted to come to. Sam was the person who helped us at the store and this was probably the best customer service that I've had in a very long time! I had a wonderful experience with the service at the Cell Spa. They were helpful, prompt, and friendly. I dropped my phone and needed the screen and the LED light replaced, which cost me $100. When my phone started having other problems a few days later I brought it back and they fixed it for free. I was so happy with my experience that I sent my friend there this morning to deal with her phone issues. I will definitely be coming back.
