Horribly rude woman runs this place!! dropped a brand new shirt off with tags To have the wrinkles taken out and have it pressed. Came back to us with two spots on it! 5 stars!! I brought a pink ball gown dress in hoping they could get it finished by the time I needed it, it had some stains and over all just needed to be cleaned. They were very loyal to the time they said it would be ready and my dress looks brand new! The prices are very fair and reasonable for how great of a job they do! Love this place, would highly recommend coming here for any attire especially if they can do so well with a layered ball gown dress!! Rude and unprofessional. I tried going there 3 times thinking maybe they just had a busy day. NOPE .... That's just them. This last time was plain and simple, simply needed new suit jacket pressed. I came back and there was still a large fold line , I asked to have repressed , he tried to insist it was fine because will wrinkle anyway ‍. The absolute worst dry-cleaner I have ever been done business with. I began to notice a few small rips in my dress shirts appearing that they had been ironed on too hot of a setting. The cleaners of course blamed it on normal wear and tear. Since I couldn't prove it I continued to bring clothes here to the tune of $50-$100 a week for a few more trips, huge mistake! Things came to a head tonight when I picked up a shirt that they ruined, repaired, and tried to pass off without me noticing! The owners explanation was that I had to have taken it somewhere else and that I was lying! It still had there tags on it! I had small holes on a couple of my favorite yet expensive sweaters and pants.. Since they were dry cleaning only clothings, I took 'em to this cleaner. The owner Janet was the nicest lady on earth! She did say that it may or may not be perfect since the clothes already have holes. A week later, I went in to pick up and they were done like brand new clothings!! I praised Janet and her crew because these were my my favorite clothings! She even managed to fix the holes and the dry cleaning was legit! I know it's a tough time with covid, but they were all wearing gloves and everything was done in a timely manner. Woohoo! I'm gonna come back next time. She just saved my clothings and $$ while other cleaners quote ridiculously over priced quotes. Highly recommend! read more

I took a shirt to be dry cleaned that I had won 3 times. After dropping it off my wife went back a few days later to pick up some other items. They returned my shirt with strange rips in each of the arms saying that we gave it to them like that. The rips were even on each arm and there were about 5 rip lines on each. It was obviously one of their machines. When confronted about it they denied any wrong doing and told me it was from sweaty armpits. Ya, they actually said that. Never mind that I only wore the shirt 3 times or that the rips were no where near the arm pits. DON'T use this cleaner. They are unethical and unprofessional. read more

Clothes came back smelling SO musty. Almost like that smell if you leave wet clothes sitting in the dryer for 5 days before actually drying them. I've been coming here for years for my nice clothes and they did great. BUT the last 2 times all my dry cleaned items smelled so musty I couldn't wear them. I brought one of the items back to show the owner and she kept trying to say bc I tired them on that I caused them to smell that way. Completely ridiculous. Terrible customer care. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I was waiting for someone outside this location with my engine off and one of the staff claimed that the exhaust from my vehicle was going into the shop. At the same time, there was a guy with a 2 stroke engine leaf blower, blowing leaves around. The fumes were from that. Besides dry cleaning fumes are noxious. To claim that the exhaust from my vehicle with the engine off was causing fumes to go into his shop is laughable. read more

The worst and most shady cleaners I have ever been to. They ripped one of my husbands exclusive brooks brothers shirts which is over $300. They tried to patch the arm and act like nothing happened. It wasn't until he went to wear the shirt that he saw what had happened. We took the shirt back to the cleaners and the lady- who owns the business- tried to deny any wrong doing. The shirt was not dry cleaned anywhere before, the shirt was not worn and she was the only one to have the shirt in her possession. Yet she still denied any wrong doing when the shirt was clearly stitched wrong & patched. She is a horrible business owner and we will NEVER be going back. I hope everyone reads this and takes their business somewhere else!!!! read more

I used this dry cleaners because it was convenient. I already anticipated that the prices would be higher than my usual dry cleaners. It was by about 25% higher. Ok, I accepted that but I was a llittle taken by surprise when the cashier freaked out because I wanted to use a credit card for less than $10 (for one blouse). I offered a debit card and that was still fairly unacceptable but she begrudging accepted it. There wasn't anything posted regarding this so I wasn't aware that would be a problem. Needed to enlarge the opening of a rug that fits around the base of a toilet. Had it pinned exactly how I wanted it cut and sewn. Explained this to both husband and wife who own shop. Yes, they can have their person who does repairs, cut and sew this, using a heavy needle, charge $10-15 depending on the labor. Came back a couple days later and their repair person had decided on her own, to GLUE the pieces together with this thick white glue - like Elmer's, instead of sewing them! I was shocked - this was not discussed and is not acceptable. I asked wife how can I wash a rug that has been glued - she said to just bring it back and they will re-glue it! Ridiculous - now I have to go buy a new rug. Never go to them - they are idiots! read more

If I can trust a cleaners is this one. I can always be confident of bringing my clothes here and receiving it back perfect. I have seen reviews that clothing has steins after you send them. I have never had that problem. I have taken clothing that has very bad steins and they always remove it or almost completely remove it. The owners are very professional and smiling. I recently moved to the area and was anxious to find a new cleaners. I took 35 pieces to this location without trying a few pieces first...BIG mistake! I am giving them two stars only because they offered me a discount for so many pieces, the packaging of the clothes was great, and they looked perfectly pressed. The problem? THEY STINK! It was like the clothes were pressed without being cleaned at all. Any existing body odor smell was intensified by the pressing. The clothes smelled worst after the so called cleaning than before they were brought in. I'm not saying that I don't sweat, but geez, it was like I wore these clothes to run a marathon, pressed them and put them back on! We took the items back in to the cleaners to discuss the problem and Janet stated they were fine, did not smell, and there was no problem with them without even taking a sniff. She responded with "the body odor is from you, not our machines. They are fine." I'm not saying that the body odor wasn't from me. I'm saying that I paid to have that body odor removed. I have never had my dry cleaning smell like this before. I was frustrated and disappointed that this store did not stand by their quality of work and offer to clean the clothes again. I wasn't asking for my money back. I just wanted to have my clothes in a condition that people didn't move seats on the train sitting next to me! I picked up my $200 worth of worthless dry cleaning and drove to the cleaners across the street. I learned a lesson though. I only gave them six pieces as a test. read more
