Mo had me try them on and pinned them and then did some interim work and had me come back in and try them again a day later- based on his initial efforts, it was clear which tops were eventually going to work and which were not worth further effort. I so appreciated the transparency and extra effort! I think what I ended up paying was MORE than fair- especially given the additional time and counseling Mo provided lol. I came here, was greeted with a friendly smile and reassured all the stains or problem areas would be addressed, paid up front and was given a ticket with a day it would be ready. Sure enough, i came everything was as it was supposed to be and areas addressed and I couldn't be happier! I was so impressed, that the following week, I dropped off 2 more down comforters to be cleaned and am waiting for them to be finished and picked up in a few days!
